This hotel looks like a large complex with a pool and hot tub available.

Decent stay and value for budget, dining area and other amenities like the gym and reception is located in a different complex which can be tricky navigating on the property. The EV charger does not work, management has no plans to fix it.

No aircon in the gym. Hot day it was like working out in a sauna.

It is unique because it almost looks a compound of two story homes complete with shutters. A little brook runs through property. Indoor hot tub, outdoor pool. Breakfast was normal,good hotel offering. Lots to do and eat near by. I liked tiled shower vs. tub. When they saw we were elderly, they gave us a first floor room. Night light in bathroom was handy. Handicap parking next to door. Would stay again.

The property was arranged in four different buildings. I was on the first floor and i wanted ice, i had to go outside, up two flights for the ice machine. The public laundry (advertised at their site) was (out of order) and by the looks of the room it had been for extended time. The hot tub and swimming pool was across two parking areas from my room and outside. the construction of the building permitted me to hear every footstep in the room above and the noise from the adjacent showers was very audible. All in all not a very user-friendly place. would not stay there again.

No elevator to upper floor - have to use outside stairs. Dangerous for seniors. Mattresses have plastic covers that are uncomfortable. Hot tub out of service but no notice of this. Minimal breakfast selection. Will not stay again.

The room was nice. We had a view of the pool. It was off-season so the pool wasn’t open, but would’ve been great in the summer. There was a hot tub, but we weren’t able to use it as we didn’t bring our suits. Wish we had. The staff was amazing. Very helpful even changed our room to the 1st floor as they don’t have elevators & made it so that we were close to the outside door and didn’t have a long way to walk as I am having knee replacement surgery later this week. They were even kind enough to bring us ice as the ice machine in our building had been unplugged. We would definitely stay there again. In the future, I would ask for extra blankets as they don’t have comforters on their bed and we didn’t realize it until later in the evening.

Staff at the desk was great! Breakfast was nice. But the “electric vehicle” charging advertised was $20/hr and then it didn’t work. If you don’t need a charge, great place! But we were not happy with the “bait and switch” tactics from the management.

So close to the freeway and shopping. We were surprised to be in a building that did not have an elevator and we were on floor 3. We didn’t recall reading that in the building description.

Rooms were very clean, beds very comfortable, staff were nice. Walking distance to Restaurants and shopping. I would definitely stay here again

They refused to give my money back and refused to comply with hotels.com. The hotel was very poorly cleaned, as shown in the photos. I was given three rooms as well. The first one was occupied, the second had hair on the shower wall (as pictured), and the third had large clumps of dust and what looked like corn chips on the floor. I asked for a refund and stayed somewhere else for the night, but they denied my request as well as the attempts from Hotels.com to get my request approved. I spoke to the manager on the phone in the lobby about my experience, and he proceeded to yell at me. It is not acceptable to treat customers like this; obviously, the state of the rooms is not my fault, nor did I think I was being overly picky. I don't usually complain about minor issues, but this was unacceptable.

Floor was dirty

The stay wasn't too bad. However, the bathroom shower area was covered in hair, from the drain to the walls. Whoever cleaned it last, definitely did not bother to wipe it down and sanitize. It was gross, to stand and have to avoid the hair getting on my feet. I called front desk and let them know, I feel they should have just moved me.

The room wasn’t very clean - lots of dirt coming out of the heat/ac vents. Linens had holes, mattress was wrapped in plastic and internet was very weak, unusable. We were given a room on the 3rd floor and there was no elevator, only an outdoor stairway

This is an older hotel that appears to have been bought by Wyndham, but it did not have the same standards you expect from a Wyndham. We had a basement room in a set of 3 buildings, so getting luggage down the stone steps was not easy. The room was dark, and dirty. The furniture was way too big for the small space in the room, and it was very cramped. The bathroom was not better, both of my shoulders touched the walls that surrounding the toilet. When you flushed the toilet, the pipes banged so hard it sounded like someone was pounding on the walls for a whole minute after you flushed! The bed had visible stains on the mattress and bed skirt, along with hair and crumbs. There was caked on dust on every baseboard that was visible, and when I spilled water on the floor the white towel I wiped it up with was black!

We stayed here one night out of the three we had booked and there was no hot water, hair in the shower and on the floors, a sticky floor, a musty, smokey smell, a broken shower curtain rod and hair on the new towels. We called the front desk to get help and they didn’t give it to us. We did not stay here our remaining two nights and requested a refund which they refused to give us. Very disappointing. Do not recommend staying at this gross establishment.

Not the best experience. Multiple times, when we needed help, there was no one at the reception desk (we waited for a while). Breakfast was not good. Our room was dark and dirty.

We were impressed with the quality and cleanliness and a very good value.

Clean room. Smaller bathroom. Broken tv remote. Very comfortable bed. In a busy retail area but didn’t notice any noise in room

There was a water stain on our ceiling and part of the ceiling drywall was broken/hanging into the room. The walls were also extremely thin, could hear almost everything happening in adjacent rooms and the hallways. Was excited to see they had a charging station for my car, but wanted $20 an hour to use it, ripoff!

It was really cute and well kept, you could just tell the building was old, still areas that could use a better face lift, our room still had that old cigarette smell and the shower curtain pole was broken so water got EVERYWHERE, but the bed was super comfy, we were able to keep the room a perfect temp to our liking and good curtains to block out all light. all in all we enjoyed our stay.

The room was massive and clean. It feels a bit dated. We were on the 4th floor with no elevator. It was fine, just be aware. Also the wifi doesn’t work in the Charleston building.

The bedding was very comfortable and we slept well except for early morning noise from the laundry room across the hall. The TV did not work well the first day and not at all the second day. They politely told us it would be fixed after we left. Overall it was a good place to stay for a night if you want a comfortable sleep. If my produce wasn’t frozen in the fridge, and we could have watched the game I told my partner we would be able to watch if he came with me, would have given it 4 stars.

Asked for a quiet room leading up do my stay. Was notified at checkin that room was on freeway side of hotel but assured room was quiet. Arrived in room to find that freeway noise was noticeable, as well as find a fridge emitting high pitch noise when not actively cooling. Returned to desk told no similar rooms available and if I wanted to “upgrade” for a $50 fee. Poor business practice if the requested change is due to their defective equipment, and if they have any interest at all in returning guests. New room was perfunctorily clean, however because there were very few easily accessible working outlets, when I went to plug in devices around the perimeter noticed that baseboard areas were pretty gross. Complimentary breakfast was very limited. Could tell it was set up to intentionally prevent guests from taking anything out. They didn’t even have the single serve cream cheese packets out, just two sad unpackaged sploots on a plate that guests had to share. Although was staying two nights, the next day my keycard was invalid and would I had to go back to the desk to have that renewed. Ending on a positive note: the bed was great (and that IS the most important thing at a hotel) and the window had an extra pulldown blackout shade which I haven’t had in other hotels in the area. It was also nice that the building itself had secure key card access.

I had one of the best nights sleep in quite some time. Amazing bed, sheets, and pillows. The room was dark and temperature was perfect.

The mattress and pillow in our room were extremely soft. So soft that I have been 2 days with extreme pain on my neck.

This was a great location, easy on and off the freeway. The facility was very well kept, the rooms were clean. The only drawback was the rooms on the freeway side can be noisy.

I was greated with a smile from Angelo my check in was pleasant and went smoothly. My room was clean and bed was comfortable. The complimentary breakfast was a nice clean experience and the people were friendly and helpful when I could not find something! They have a good selection of choices for everyone. My checkout went great Jyoti was so helpful with my next reservation for my next visit is booked! I look forward to my next stay ! Thank you to the team! I felt safe and I am so happy!

I was extremely disappointed in both the customer service and condition of the property. We booked two rooms for two nights' stay. Ahead of time I had requested in three different places online that we have rooms near each other. I also called the actual hotel ahead of time and requested the same thing. I was told it was written down and 'shouldn't be a problem'. Upon arriving I found out that the rooms weren't even in the same building, one of which was across the street from the other. As I tried to make the request to the manager at the front desk she interrupted and said "we are full, there is no way". I persevered and tried to explain that this had been requested numerous ways. She again cut in and said, "there's nothing written here, we are full. There is no way." She made absolutely no effort to try and accommodate this request even though we were checking in right at 3 so I knew all the rooms weren't occupied. One of our rooms did not have hot water the entire time we were there. When we went to the desk to tell them (because the phone in the room wasn't working) we were told "yes, we know. The boiler isn't working." It was not fixed before we left. So despite knowing we would have no water we were not told ahed of time. The cold cereal in the breakfast was actually stale. The rooms were nice sized and clean. But we would not recommend this hotel to anyone because of the lack of customer service and customer concern.

The lady at the desk were rude the guests were rude and loud after i got settled into my room they called and said my card was declined so i had to fi d an atm to pull cash out well my card was also charged and i paid cash plus for 2 nights it was 150 dollar deposit.....the room stunk the key wouldnt work half the time never again will i stay there again .......

The MANAGER has been nothing but harmful and rude since we got here. I called ahead to confirm it was wheelchair accessible since I am travelling with someone in one. She was so rude and said that they were all taken and I asked her to please check again. She finally gave us a room after attitude. Then breakfast is in a different building. Up the hill, across the road. So we haven’t been able to eat breakfast. I can not push 300 pounds up that hill. It’s not possible. The manager lied to Expedia so we didn’t get any refund. Wheelchair lifts don’t work for pool. Manager told me we have to ask her for house cleaning. So I called and she told me I had to come to the office to exchange/pick up. I get to the office (which is up a hill in a DIFFERENT building) and she tells me I should have asked for room service and then she called house cleaning to my room. The house cleaner couldn’t even believe it. Apparently the manager is incredibly disrespectful to staff. Multiple staff told me to document my experience as I would need proof fighting with their manager. I understand now. And shame on you Wyndham. When I sent in a complaint explaining this was the manager, they gave me the manager’s email to come to a solution…… what a freaking joke.

You’re simply not going to get a better deal anywhere in a more convenient location. The staff are really friendly and attentive and there is absolutely nothing to complain about.

Absolutely one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had at a hotel. First, the clerk at the desk gave us keys for the wrong rooms. Strike one. Then, after giving us keys for different rooms (which were now in different buildings despite being a single booking), one room’s keys didn’t work. Had to trek across the rainy parking lot again. Strike two. Right by the entrance to this building was a giant pile of poop. I mean giant. Human sized. Strike three. But this ain’t all. The clerk, who seemed SO put out that they had to fix their mistakes, gave me a new set of keys. They worked. However the room was a 1 king bed room, not the 2x queen we reserved. Another trek across the parking lot. Oh and don’t step on the poop. Strike four. Clerk said they “couldn’t tell which rooms had two queens and which didn’t in the system.” It was now 2:30 AM. Clerk spent more than 10 minutes doing something on the computer. Finally got another key and said “let’s make sure this is right.” Walked up to a room with a DO NOT DISTURB SIGN OUT FRONT. Strike five. And six. At this point I’d been “checking in” for an hour. The clerk said “I don’t know what to do. You’ll just have to talk to the manager.” He gave me a key for another room with, you guessed it, a single bed. Not what I paid for. It was 3 AM. Avoid this place. Absolute clown shoes nonsense.

I had a great experience the manager Jyoti was very helpful and has a big smile and a warm greeting. Made me feel welcomed and that I was in good hands . The check in and check out was very efficient. The staff kept the breakfast station clean and everything was decorated so festive for the holiday season. My bed was comfortable and my room was clean and smoke free! Thank you so much for the fabulous hospitality! I look forward to my next visit ! Happy New Year to all the staff that worked together as a team to make my vacation so enjoyable!

The AC is a big cheap one making the air in the room really dry, at night when you call the front desk for a wake up call nobody is answering, our last day we missed our flight and decided to stay another day after being charged $40 for staying an extra 2 hours..which is ok even if nobody took our room..We asked to pay for another night and have the $40 removed..They told us no problem.. Now a few days later still have the charge for the 2 extra hours and almost $180 for an extra night,,I called ,was told a manager will call me ..2 days later ..Still waiting..

I tried to address an issue with my reservation and the front desk staff shut me down, ‘no changes with third party reservations’ end of discussion. She did not let me explain the issue, just saw Travelocity on my reservation and stopped me abruptly. It was a terrible way to start my stay.

We stay at this hotel when we visit family in Bellingham, staff are freindly, comfortable rooms, good breakfast, close to shopping and restaurants. Hot tub is nice but not always very hot.

Nice hotel, clean close to restaurants and shopping. Many casinos nearby. Cell reception was not good.

Location is excellent, walking distance to shopping and restaurants. Also close to airport. Stairs to upper floors are outside and could be slippery if cold conditions. Breakfast was really good

It was nice. Comfortable bed, very close to the hospital. Nice front office people. Really came to appreciate it more when I had to change to an awful property up the street due to them being sold out, and I needed to extend my stay. Nice breakfast.

Easy access to shopping and dining options. Enjoyed Thai House resturant multiple nights. View of a quiet creek outside my room. Overall I will stay here again for location, clearness and quiet setting.

Went to Bellingham for a soccer trip to Western. This was affordable, friendly, clean, safe. It’s close to a mall so teens are happy. Beds were great, shower was perfect temp/pressure. No tub so no ice bath. Breakfast was as described and had protein, carbs and coffee. Only thing weird was the walking around to different buildings. If we had been there with a large team and younger kids it would have been a pain for them to meet up b/c you exit the buildings to get from one to the next. In the rain you get wet which was fine with us b/c we are local, but in snow or ice may be difficult. Overall a great stay.

Complimentary breakfast was advertised but not provided. Excuse was they needed to get groceries. Frustrating when travelling with a young family.

Breakfast looked like it was going to be great big beautiful nice facility and then I tasted the food. They had scrambled eggs finally the first place to have them and one bite and into the trash they went rubber cold plain bland eggs no thanks and that's where we going with this don't judge the book by cover cause the cover was great but the book was absolutely terrible

In Bellingham for a medical procedure. The front desk made the best choice for our room closest to the entry. Everyone was courteous and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was pretty standard, bagels, toast, waffles, eggs and sausage. Most notably the hotel is older but everything throughout is clean and easy to figure out. No issues at all, pleasant stay.

Decent room for the budget conscious traveler. Sounds from hallway are very loud- every door slam and conversation was heard. The fridge had a leak overnight- thankfully the floors were LVP. Breakfast was good- hot eggs and sausages, make your own waffles, toaster for bagels and breads. Coffee was good but only take out cups
