My only complaints were that there were so many handicapped parking spaces near room 118 that we had to park quite far away, which was a pain. Also, the pool sure could use service. Other than that, we had a good time. Thank you.

The rooms are nice, the property is pretty clean. The room was clean except for the towels, they were folded and washed but there was hair on them. The mini fridges have been removed leaving an empty space where they once were which was fine until I took the ice bucket and liner down to the front desk and asked where the ice machine was, was told there is not one. So why do they provide ice buckets with plastic liners?

Thankfully this motel is quieter than the previous 2 years except if you are on Hwy 5 side-East. Toilets can be problematic--I'd scrap their weird type if I managed here. Also, wish the shower heads were towards the back of the shower. Pool is down. Ice machine better than some Motel 6's CA. HVAC is automatic--call 0 for help if needed temp wise.

The staff at check-in was nice but aside from that I was very disappointed. The pool was closed and looked abandoned. The room was extremely dirty and had a very strong smell. The linens were stained.

1 room was semi ready, microwave and refrigerator were missing. Second room wasn't ready and when we were able to check in, it hadn't been touched. 2 hours later we checked and it was done. Very low water pressure for shower's. Freeway noise. Facility marginally maintained.

Location was convenient for a Motel 6. Check-in was easy. It was a little noisy, but you get what you pay for and this wouldn't have bothered us too much. That all being said, this was the absolute dirtiest hotel room I've ever stayed in. Next time we will harness our inner boomer and request to change rooms because it was vile. Pretty sure there was poop on the wall by the toilet and blood on the bathroom light switch. The shower was filthy and the floor didn't even look like it'd been swept. The sheets and bedding seemed clean.

Arrived at 7:45 PM and the room wasn't ready yet. It took until 8:45 PM to be able to get into a room that should have been ready at 3:00 PM. Then I found dirty towels, trash on the floor, long hair in the refrig, etc. I've stayed her before and not had these problems.

Alot of people hanging around who did not look like they belonged. Very noisy during the nite with doors slamming and heavy footsteps. VERY kind staff, especially headhousekeeper and Alicia, who came into our room to fix the heater, despite the fact that Steve was sick in bed. BIGGEST complaint: the floors were FILTHY, and had obviously NOT been mopped in a VERY ling time. They were literally BLACK with GRIME when I had to wipe something up.

Disgusting!! The room was so gross, particularly the bathroom. The shower curtain had that pink mildew at the bottom as it had been so long since it had been washed. There was brown splatter on the side of the wall, and I used a towel to wipe up a bit of water on the floor and it ended up black. One side of the bed smelled like urine. Thankfully, it was only me as it would’ve been unbearable for the other person to sleep on that side. I was at a wedding and a bridesmaid and couldn’t switch rooms. This is fraud and in any other industry, it would be criminal as I was charged $150 for this room . It was absolutely horrendous and just right down disgusting. The one lady was really nice however, the guy who checked me in so rude. If you can at all, avoid this property, do as you will be disappointed.

The room was very dirty (bits of fake eyelashes on the bedspread, dirt on the covers), the toilet was clogged when I arrived, and there was sand/dirt on the floor. The room also smelled strongly of kitty litter. The shower curtain hooks were broken and didn't cover the shower, so water would spray out, no matter how I arranged it. There was so much dog poop on all the grounds that I didn't want to let my dog walk on the grass to pee. I honestly have never seen so much dog poop, anywhere. Staff were all awesome, but I suspect that they need to be paid more!

My room (smoking room) as requested was the 2nd floor farthest corner which was about 300 feet from the highway. No threshold under door so noise was constant, but I guess the price for wanting a smoking room.

this property is next to the freeway and there's no sound wall. heck they don't even seal the door with weather stripping (bulk of the noise was coming around the door). it is LOUD. that's not something that usually bothers me, but this is exceptional. lovely staff (11:10), and the room was very clean. and good price. if you have to stay here insist on a room on the front side of the buildings. i was in room 116

Our door had nothing on the bottom to filter out noise and keep out animals and insects. Any kind of bugs could have crawled in during our stay. Its about an inch of space. It was super noisy and also not safe as someone could gave stuck a contraption under the door in attempt to unlock it.

The front desk help was very friendly and helpful. We had some trouble logging in to the WIFI and she actually came to our room to help. The room was very clean and organized but quite small and the highway noise was annoying.

The employee who checked me in was AMAZING! She engaged with me as made me feel welcome. She didn't just "do her job" but she had such a pleasant attitunde and was approachable. I can't recall her name but she worked on 6.15.2024 at 8 PM. She even gave recommendations of where to eat.

It's a Motel 6, so our expectations weren't super high. The lady who checked us in was very nice, knowledgeable, and helpful. When our first room was discovered to have a leak in the bathroom, she quickly got us into another room. She even warned us about the freeway traffic noise (which, honestly, wasn't so bad). Overall, it's a decent place to crash for a short stay when you're on a budget. Bare bones, and the beds are comfortable enough.

We booked through Expedia and when we arrived, there were no regular rooms available. They offered us a room that only locked from the inside, or a smoking room. This was completely unacceptable and we asked for a refund. We were told that we had to contact Expedia for the refund. They also told us to let Expedia know that the hotel could only be contacted by email as their phone system was out of order. We are still fighting for our 2 night refund.

Tried to check in at 3pm but there were no rooms ready. They had no estimate when it would be ready but told us they would call. It was almost 5pm when our room was finally ready. It was a non smoking room but reeked of smoke. Our eyes were watering and we couldn’t stay. It was on the highway side of the building and we could hear every passing car. The curtains were also broken and the room was not clean. We stayed for about half an hour then asked for a refund and found another place to stay. The gentleman at the desk was very accommodating and friendly and processed our refund without question.

It was wonderful and quiet. The front desk personnel were wonderful and have coffee ready at 6:00 am. The two housekeeping Ladies were simply AWESOME!!! They are courteous and make you feel so welcome plus are always asking if you need anything and keep the rooms clean. I know one of their names is Korin (sp?) but both Housekeeping ladies bought us a lunch as we had to move out unexpectedly and I didn’t have any money - such a Blessing - thank you!!!!

Went to check in they did not have the handicap room, it was very hard to use the restroom ..... There was no bars and the toilet was low. We went to check in and told that it would be in about 1 hour before the room would be ready this was at 4;30 then they gave us a different room ..... Just did not work, will not stay there again.

The property is not fancy but it is certainly adequate. Unfortunately it's right next to Route five which is a very very noisy interstate pretty much 24 seven, however the room seem to have really good soundproofing so if you have your windows and doors closed it mutes the noise pretty well, not totally but much better than I expected. The staff are very friendly and very helpful. The funny thing is is that the bathrooms do not have enough bars or hooks for towels and wash clause and things like that there's like one hook in one of the rooms that I stayed in that I had two double beds in it so obviously they would have the room for at least two adults maybe more and there is one little tiny hook in the bathroom for her to hang towels on after her shower or whatever But there is a lot of wall space but no other towel bars..

I thought it was great for the price. Friendly staff, clean room. It was a little tough to find. The light on the motel 6 sign in the driveway was burnt out so I drove right by. I did notice the pool was empty but I wasn’t planning on swimming so I didn’t care. Basically a good hotel if you are looking for a clean, quiet room for the night.

Staff were great. The motel is run down but it's a cheap place. The tv was good. Close to the I-5 and easy to find. Close to Western Washington University.

I liked the pet policy, it was easy, no questions asked and no extra charge. The room was clean but the toilet paper holder was broken and sitting on the bathroom counter. They were very stingy with the towels. When i took a shower, it set off the fire alarm.(?) I was on the side of the highway so it was very noisy. However, it was inexpensive and i might stay there again with realistic expectations. Also, no breakfast. So, not horrible, not great…just mediocre.

The employee who checked me in was AMAZING! She engaged with me as made me feel welcome. She didn't just "do her job" but she had such a pleasant attitunde and was approachable. I can't recall her name but she worked on 6.15.2024 at 8 PM. She even gave recommendations of where to eat.

The motel was convenient (walkable) to gas station, various fast food restaurants etc, which was handy. Our room was facing the freeway and it was quite noisy…but the value for cost of the motel was great, most reasonable motel in the area and the pool was a pleasant surprise. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. Minor suggestion…the parking lot could use a good sweep.

Cheap, clean and great staff. For the price I paid ($67 for one night) it's really unbeatable. Shower had good pressure. Had microwave and fridge. Next to the freeway, but not noisy. Several food spots there and gas stations and such.

Well it's the best-priced place in the area, so it lacks many of the amenities that I was used to, no coffee pot! No breakfast, This was a work stay so I just wanted inexpensive...

Room smelled so strongly of cleaning supplies that it stung my eyes and kept me awake at night. Most hotels offer soap, shampoo etc. but this one didn't have any in the room and you had to buy them at the front desk if you needed them. I will not be staying here again. Lots of freeway noise.
