I had one of your presidential suites. Absolutely lovely. However the hot water for the shower never worked well, only Luke warm at best. You need to fix this. Gracias

Clean room, great location, nice staff. Only downside is the soundproofing isn’t good. Not a big issue for us though. I’d stay there again.

Excellent place to stay. The hotel is new, very clean and well air-conditioned. Breakfast on the patio was also excellent with many possible choices. The staff was very helpful and pleasant.

Casa Postal is a beautiful boutique hotel with charming architecture and very clean, well-maintained facilities. Unfortunately, our stay was overshadowed by poor customer service. The mini-split A/C in our original room did not work. Staff made two unsuccessful attempts to repair it before moving us to a two-bedroom suite. We appreciated the upgrade, but then had to pack up and move again the very next morning into another room. Having to change rooms twice in less than 24 hours was a major inconvenience. Given the circumstances, we asked if the hotel could offer a goodwill gesture. We first requested a discount at the restaurant, but were told they could only offer “a pizza or two salads.” Since we didn’t want those items, we asked for a discount on dinner instead, which was refused. We then asked about breakfast and were offered only a 5% discount. What disappointed us most wasn’t the broken A/C—it was the attitude of the owner/manager. Rather than showing empathy or trying to make things right, they were rude, dismissive, and seemed uninterested in resolving the situation. Problems can happen at any hotel, but great customer service is measured by how they’re handled. The property itself is lovely, but based on our experience with management, I would hesitate to stay here again.
