The room was very nice! The bed was comfortable, and the shower was very relaxing. The bathroom was equipped with Dove products (body wash, shampoo & conditioner, and lotion) and a hairdryer. The room also had a Keurig coffee maker, which was a major plus! The breakfast buffet was available every morning from 6am-10am and offered scrambled eggs, pork sausage, turkey sausage, cheese omelets, pancakes, coffee, fruit juices, and a variety of other breakfast items like danishes, pastries, bagels, and fruit. The hotel also has an exercise room and laundry room that we did not use, but good to know they were available.

I found that hotels assign book thur Expedia are assigned the most undesirable rooms. For this stay our room was next to the laundry and across from the breakfast room. Very noisy. Room also had a irrating whistle every so often night and day. I will no longer be booking stays thur Expedia.

We had a very pleasant one night stay. Check in was the fastest I've experienced anywhere. Beds were extremely comfortable, very friendly staff. Breakfast had lots of options and the employees working were keeping it clean and well stocked. 12 pm check out was a nice bonus. Would definitely stay again.

ON CHECK IN WE WENT TO THE ASSIGNED ROOM, BUT SOMEONE WAS ALREADY IN THE ROOM. WE RETURND TO THE DESK AND THEY COULD NOT EXPLAIN THE MIXUP, BUT THE MAN DID GIVE US ANOTHER ROOM, BUT WITH ONE KING BED INSTEAD OF TWO BEDS WE HAD RQUESTED. IT WORKED OUT OKAY AFTER WE WENT BACK FROM THE 3RD FLOOR TO THE DESK FOR ANOTHER ROOM.

I want to mention Jordan. He was working the evening shift until 11ish when we arrived at 4pm. Let me tell you,he is a very warm and friendly person. We clicked right away. Throughtout his shift we chatted often. Do anything that you can to keep him. The young lady who checked us out this morning was very warm and friendly.She set up my email for us to get our points for the stay there. Your breakfast was great.I need to say some words about your kitchen staff.Spectacular to say the least. Everyone was very warm and very attentive. I didn't know their names,but they were superb.The food was great as well. Treat the employees that I mentioned well. The room was very clean and the bed was super comfortable.We will be back for sure.

Had to cancel due to weather conditions on the road for that (Saturday, Oct 11, 2025) and my health in relation to driving around 200 miles to a cookout at the church. As an Interim Pastor in the area, I was very disappointed in the lack of accommodation or adjustment for the cancellation. Not sure if I will use Holiday Inn Express in Danville VA again. Even Expedia was spoken negatively by the manager. Lack of respect and courtesy for the customer during the hazard weather conditions for travel. Im definitely staying there on my next trip. All rhe personel were nice and professional except for the girl who was in the morning shift, i asked here for the breakfast hrs and she was really rude for no reason, maybe she doesn't like her job IDK but other than that not complains ar all

Breakfast was phenomenal! Fresh pancake maker! 2 different cooked meats every morning. Fresh fruit, oatmeal, good breads, and cinnamon bons to die for! Room was great! They even labeled the softness of the pillows. No noise from other rooms. Bathroom was very good - tub with shower, water pressure was good. We were less that 3 miles from target and 5 recommended restaurants. The staff was professional and attentive.
