The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. The rooms are comfortable and spacious. You do pay additional for breakfast. A day pass for the pool area is $75 if you have any friends or family who want to visit. The main concern is not enough elevators. We were in the 6th floor and had to take the stairs to avoid waiting in line for an elevator.

This was a staycation as I wanted a getaway in kc. Margaritaville made me feel like I left town and gave me much needed downtime. The front desk staff Michelle and Amy were amazing and went above and beyond to help me learn about all the offerings at the hotel. Masterson, the recreation manager helped me with upcoming events and how to maximize enjoyment at the pool with activities available. The hotel is located right next to Atlas 9 an immersive experience, a go kart facility, the legends, bass pro, Nebraska furniture mart, restaurants, and soon to be the new chiefs stadium. I will be back multiple times!
