Holiday Inn Express & Suites - Kansas City KU Medical Center by IHG

We were very pleased with the property. Our room was nicely appointed, check in was quick and the breakfast was just what a traveler needs.. Overall, very nice! Thank you.

Easy check in. Staff were friendly and efficient. Easy off-street parking. Comfortable, clean room with all the basic necessities along with a comfortable bed. I liked the pillows but my spouse prefers fluffier. So if you have a special pillow preference and you can travel with your pillow - do it. Breakfast was decent but could be a little crowded because of the layout—which in my experience is typical for a downtown hotel. Check out was also easy and no hassle. Would definitely stay again!

Very clean and comfortable.. we asked for a late checkout of 3 hours past normal checkout do to needing to shower after a physical fitness test to avoid a 5 hour drive in sweaty clothes.. they were unable to accommodate us on this request.

Wasn’t there to long. Room was very clean and the air conditioning worked great
