This was a terrible hotel for the price. The 2nd and 3rd floor halls smelled like urine, the elevator was hot and smelled awful, too. Our room was dirty. Dirty sheets, towels, floors, shower. I think there was actually urine on the picture in the bathroom. Toilet paper stuff in damaged walls. The deadlock on our door did not work. Street noise was very loud. My 14yo and I spent about 10 minutes trying to figure out where the sex noises were coming from. The breakfast was not being refilled. The cereals and biscuit gravy were empty from 820am until we left at 845am. No fruit. Tables all dirty. I can't believe I paid almost $150 for a hotel that poorly maintained.

The guest that was in the room forgot their stuff and housekeeping did not see it in the drawers and the floor was sticky in the room.

Honestly, this place seemed understaffed. The front desk person was running both the desk and breakfast in the mornings, which means that when someone came by the desk, they’d have to ring the bell to call them over. I don’t know if this is the reason the staff seemed a bit burnt out or what, but they occasionally came across as tired rude. Not rude like inappropriate, but rude like they are tired. Next, on first glance, the room was fine, but then I noticed the cracks in the wall and ceiling in the bathroom. When I was taking a shower, I noticed that there was a dirty and used washcloth on the shower curtain, which was disturbing to come across as it shows that the room may not have been thoroughly cleaned. I suspect the cracking and caving ceiling were related to how much condensation formed from the steam of the shower. I don’t take particularly hot showers, but I still use the vent. However, I am concerned that the vent may not work given how much steam was still there. The parking lot was poorly maintained with trash all around, including a broken glass bottle. As for amenities, I was a little sad about the pool hours as I typically left the hotel prior to 9 am and returned after 9 pm, so I couldn’t use the pool. The breakfast options were disappointing—adequate, but disappointing. Especially given what it cost to stay here, it was not worth it, which is disappointing as I typically like the Wyndham locations. I will not be returning here and may not go to others.
