My family had amazing time as always. My son and I worked out in the exersise area. Afterwards he swam in the pool for a few hours. While my wife and I used the onsite computer to catch up on some of my work.

When I checked in they didn't even acknowledge my request I made when I reserved the 2 rooms. We asked for either connecting rooms or at least close to each other. They had us on 2 different floors until I complained. She said they were booked and I said well that's not going to work for me so she looked and gave us rooms on the same floor. I booked thru Expedia and made the option to pay at the hotel but the hotel charged me the day before. They also required a deposit which is not on the Expedia website. The pool was ok. The hottub/spa was much to be desired. It was lukewarm, the water was very cloudy and jets barely worked.

We didn’t like that we couldn’t get a refund when we changed our minds about staying at this location after seeing it. Room was left halfway clean with papers towels sitting there from when they were “cleaning” bathroom was not cleaned and the refrigerator was broken, door wouldn’t close and could hardly keep any cold in.

Everything was going well until it was time to get in the bed. I pulled sheets back to what looked like poo streaks on the bed and pubic hair on the sheets. I was so disgusted. The front desk did give me new sheets but, it’s the point that I should have been checking into a clean room.

The smell in the hallways and rooms is terrible. They need to replace the carpet. They place these air fresheners over the ac vents to mask the smell, but it just adds one bad smell on top of another. The place needs some serious updating. The location isn’t great, with nothing to walk to. It’s surrounded by highway. So you can’t really leave the parking lot. The very few basic restaurants are across multiple busy streets and impractical to get to without a car.

There were several shady individuals hanging out in the parking lot when we pulled in. Thankfully, it rained pretty hard shortly after checking in, so those people would have needed to either leave or return to their rooms. The rear parking lot was blocked off with traffic cones, yet there was a truck parked back there the entire length of our stay. Check in was fine, but the hallways wreaked of marijuana. Our room was absolutely freezing when we got there. When it started raining, water literally poured into our room via the window. The window, however was not open at all. Luckily, the water did not flood our room or cause an issue with the air conditioning unit positioned directly under the window. I was concerned the water may cause a hazardous situation being near electricity. I can only hope the room beneath us didn’t have water coming down from our floor. Checkout was easy as I was able to do it online. Other than these issues, we only stayed one night, so it was bearable.

I think it could've gone better, overall though it was a good-ok stay. 1. My room was right by the elevator, not good for a light sleeper; people aren't the quietest when getting off/on. Luck of the draw I guess, it's fine I just used a pillow to cover my ears. 2. The tv had some type of line/defect going through the screen. 3. Remote didn't work right, the channel changer also lowered/raised the volume at the same time. There were instructions near the TV in how to get it to work, so it's a known issue? 4. No soap/body wash in the dispenser in the shower, already wet so there's nothing that could be done at that point. Nice convenience but shouldn't it be checked after so many stays. 5. Sprinkler head really rusty in the bathroom, not a good look for what you pay to stay there. 6. The a/c was turned all the way up so it felt like being in a refrigerator/freezer when I walked in, maybe leaving it cool/comfortable for the next occupant would've been better.

The room & hotel was clean, the pool & jacuzzi was nice, the breakfast was good, and the staff was friendly. The only thing disappointing was the people above my room were really noisy stomping their feet back and forth late at night & early morning. Overall, I would stay again.

It was a good stay, the staff was nice and quick to get my checked in . Also they had a per check in which was texted to you that was nice as well. My only complaint which is more personal is the dislike of the bed frames . The solid metal bed frames that made loud noice everytime to accidentally kicked or got up to quick from the bed was abit annoying . But besides that it was nice for its price the location was in a nice spot that made you close to pretty much everything . The beds were soft and comfy and all in all liked our room . Would definitely stay there again.

Do not stay here! I was woken up at 4:30am with a strange man trying to get into my room beacause the front desk gave him a key. When I went to ask about this at the front desk I was told that they dont know what rooms the guests are in. No apology at all! I had to wait until 7:30am until the manager got in and he just shrugged his shoulders and said I dont know what you want me to do, it was an accident. No consideration for guests safety at all. Now im in the process of trying to get my money refunded. If you want to feel safe DO NOT STAY HERE!!!!

Hotel not as expected and over priced. Staff at reception patronizing, room very noisy as nect to motorway, had to be moved. No coffee machine in room, just cheap skates all round. Breakfast choices were ok. Paid $140 should have been a $70 per night place in fairness. Would not stay here again.

Front Desk Clerk was a pleasure to interact with. We were in a handicap accessible room due to my husband's injury and the clerk was very mindful of this and asked me if he needed anything specific for his stay, I asked about a shower chair and within 5 minutes it was delivered to the room. Absolutely wonderful service.

Usually Days Inn wouldve been a NO-NO if it wasnt our whole RUGBY TEAM staying there. But, as the saying goes "Never judge books by its cover!". Everything about this hotel was a BLESSING !! Clean Rooms, Great Room Services, Front office personnel was TOP TIER. I would recommend this hotel a million times. Thank you for you hospitality and keeping our Young Womens Rugby Team safe 🙏

First impressions not good. Property is unattractive. Desk clerk seemed annoyed. Check in process was extremely slow with a lot of awkward silence. Room was adequate though a bit run down. Bed was comfortable and the hotel quiet.

Front desk clerk was welcoming & friendly. Very cozy, clean & inviting lobby. We didn’t swim, but pool area looked really nice. Our room was clean, bed was comfortable. Would definitely stay again at this location since it’s close to the airport & price was reasonable.

Really enjoyed our stay, the staff were all so nice, from the front desk to the ladies cleaning and making the breakfast, which was also very good!! It’s also a great location, the Capital and Monona Terrace and the zoo are all just a 15 minute drive!
