Overall we had a nice visit. Our room was spacious, clean, and well appointed. Food options were outstanding. Poolside food and service was exceptionally good. Music was a bit loud in the steakhouse. Despite receiving an email that we could checkin online, and spent considerable time creating and account to do so, we were told that option wasn't available since we booked via 3rd party. Desk clerk could not override this issue. Although our checkin information indicated our room would not be serviced during our two day stay, the attendant entered our room without notice at 4:30 in the afternoon, startling us considerably since we were trying to sleep after several hours by the pool and a long night out planned. Two pools are available, both very nice and impeccably clean. We chose the smaller pool, with a slide since it was closest. The pool was very cool and refreshing, quite a surprise for Miami in Aug. As noted the poolside service was amazingly good. I should warn you that the music at the pool was much too loud. The towel staff commented independently that the tech guys has it set way too loud. Thankfully the multiple waterfalls drowned out some of the volume. Overall a very nice stay, and we will return.

The room was very nice, except no HBO or other movie channels. Must pay for On Demand. Casino is spacious and trendy. Excellent restaurants (we went to two). They could use more help to clean and straighten the slots. Same with waitresses - more help. The pool is outstanding.

The checkout via the ap did not work. I felt that getting around the place was difficult as the signs are not clear. We ended up parking in a garage that was a long walk from Checkin and then another long walk to the elevator. I had forgotten that there is smoking on the casino floor which is a major disappointment. Would not return for these overpriced rooms and additional resort fees.

Parking was easy. Check in was efficient and we were greeted by a lovely young lady. The room was immaculate and very spacious. The food and drinks at HR Cafe were good and our server, a guy from Rhode Island was a lot of fun! The casino was a lot of fun. I imagine it would have been the perfect birthday celebration if only restaurants, coffee/breakfast stations and the MAIN POOL were open. It was our first time visiting and we were really looking forward to it. If we had been told when booking the room that the restaurants and main pool would be closed, we would have chosen another date to visit.

Overall stay was quite good. The only problem I really had was the resort fee. Getting charged 2 days for a resort fee. The pool was only open till 6:00 and you check in at 4:00. Then you check out on your last day by 11:00 and the pool didn't open till 10:00. So where is the 2 days of resort fee?We only enjoyed the pool one day.

Map for the property is dismal! It’s all about the vendors! Which doesn’t mean a dang thing if you can’t figure out where you are. Label your hotels, all parking decks, north south East and west at a minimum!

Don’t stay at the Hollywood Hotel area of this property! I paid more than a standard room would cost at the Guitar Hotel (over $500 on a weeknight), thinking I was in the area adjacent to the guitar hotel, which is actually called the “oasis tower.” Instead, I’m on the opposite side of the compound in the “Hollywood Hotel.” The Hollywood Hotel is definitely removed from the action and a long walk through the smoky casino to get to the restaurants and the guitar hotel pool. Also, the pool on this side doesn’t open until 11am, whereas the guitar hotel pool is open at 8/9am, depending on the day.

Great concert venue, excellent acoustics and accessibility. Labyrinthine hotel/casino with less than helpful staff to get you where you need to go! Rooms were spacious and very comfortable. Chipped paint everywhere, which subtracted from the luxury vibe. Expensive.

The price of the room vs what we got is not normal. There was mold in the shower and the view of the room was a dirty roof. If you dont like the smell of cigarettes, the casino is not a good place for you, its smell disgusting in the area and the little area for non smoking people is too Small for the people who wants to go in this area. The council and oak restaurant was delicious and we had great services.

Somehow there was blood on the bathroom light switches when we checked in. Literally a biohazard. Aside from that property was well maintained, staff was friendly and helpful, not much to complain about.

The shower in the room was absolutely disgusting. There was black mold all over the inside of the shower. Someone had fornicated on the main window, there was face and body smudges on the window, as well as bodily fluids. Very dissappinted for a resort to have this level of cleanliness.

The hotel is nice with lots of restaurants and pools. We stayed in the older rooms and found a cockroach in the room but otherwise the hotel seemed clean. It’s kind of like Vegas but a lot more family friendly as there were lots of children. We did go to the day and night clubs and they were fun. It’s nice to have this place close by. Would come back if there was a concert I wanted to see. I would stay in the newer rooms in the guitar if I come back though.

No smoking room yet. All you could smell was cigarette smoke. Ashtrays outside the elevator doors on every floor. Cigarette burns in the carpet. Food stains or at least I hope they were food stains throughout the carpet. Black mold in the shower and tub. Shower curtain was black with mildew at the bottom of the curtain. A three day stay and never got maid service. Paid $40 a day for access to the pool that was open from 10 AM till 5 PM! Elevator, hallway, hotel room, no matter where you were the overwhelming stench of cigarette smoke was everywhere!

The hotel was nice. The rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable. Our view was terrible however. We really enjoyed dinner there at the hotel - many restaurants to choose from. But you need to make a reservation in advance. The atmosphere of the casino was great. - but smokey. We enjoyed the overall stay. The cost for the standard 2 queen bed room with terrible view was very overpriced. ($1,500 per night with fees) So I wanted to take advantage of the pool and casino on Sunday morning (Check out day). Well, the pool didn't open until 10am and the casino had very limited (20%) tables open - all filled. So overall, I had fun but the stay did not justify the price.

Overall it was fine the main issue is the a/c was not cooling down the room we stayed in. Turning on/off the thermostat did not help adjust the temperature. It would say what temperature you set it but it shows the actual temperature and it would not get cooler. We all slept without any covers on, it was that unpleasant. You’d think for the costs you’d get a functional a/c unit for your room but it’s just a vent on the wall to cool the room.

This is a very large hotel, casino and entertainment facility. Very beautiful and grand. So much to see and take in. I had tickets for a concert at Hard Rock Live, which is a extremely nice music venue. Then spent the night at the Seminole Hotel. Everything is over the top expensive. And in my mind they go way over the price / value line. My room was okay but certainly no-where near a five star hotel. It was just blah. Certainly not worth the price I paid. I ate several meals at the Hard Rock Cafe. Nothing to write home about. Average at best but with Michelin Star prices. They have no problem attracting customers and thus they can command any price they want. Bottom line I would have to get a much better deal before I would stay again.

For the price we paid for our room, it was old looking, lacking amenities like micro wave, balcony was so tiny could not even put a chair on it. Terrible views of trees that were in need of trimming. Would not stay again.

Hotel is beautiful! Rooms are clean and bathroom is a great size. Front desk staff for check in/out very kind and welcoming. Security was awesome and vigilant, appreciated the attentiveness to hotel guest and casino guest, not allowing any wonders go up.

Great property, clean and fun. The casino is huge so there are a lot of gaming options. The room air conditioner would not go below 72 so I wish I would have brought my fan. The tub is very high to step in and could be difficult for some.

We waited 40 minutes past our scheduled check-in time. The check-in staff was not helpful and couldn't care less. The cigarette smoke in the casino is overwhelming and the stink of cigarettes permeates the entire hotel including our room. I had another stay scheduled that I ended up canceling and checked out a day early during this stay. I won't be back for future stays. On a positive note, the concert venue is terrific and the Darius Rucker show was great.

All staff was rude we came into contact with and didn’t seem like they wanted to be at work. Coming back late at night from a concert valet was a mess and told us valet was full when we had already paid for the day. I’ve never been to a resort where i felt so unwelcomed.

Extremely disappointed with my stay at the Seminole Hard Rock Hotel in Hollywood. The service was absolutely unacceptable. Reaching the front desk was nearly impossible — no one would answer, and when they finally did because I have to go in person , they were rude and unhelpful. The room smelled heavily like marijuana, to the point that it was impossible to sleep. For a so-called luxury hotel, there was no soap, no shampoo, no conditioner, not even a single bottle of water in the room. Completely unacceptable. This experience was far below the standard I expected. I would never return, and I strongly advise others to think twice before booking here. Overpriced, poorly managed, and definitely not worth it.

For such a high cost to stay the amenities and the staff were not very helpful. We got 2 towels in the room for 4 people and had to wait 2 hours to get another. They couldnt bring up an cake or strawberries for a bday. They lost our luggage for an hour....they didnt know which valet after going to the front desk 3x to look for it. There is a tuentable you cab get for the room but i had to carry it to my room myself.

CHECK-IN First time staying at this property, or any Hard Rock. Very smooth, and Patrick was very friendly, treating me as if I was a regular. Kudos to him. COUNCIL OAK Hostess found us a seat in the bar when it was crowded and recommended us options. Very sweet and once again, she treated me as if I was a regular. Kudos to her. Unfortunately, can't recall her name but she was working Thursday night, dark hair, and mid to late 30's (guessing)

The grounds are amazing. My son and I had a great time. However, the pools being open longer would have been better. Also, food and drink by the pools should stay open longer as well. Easy to get to Hard Rock Stadium and back. Fluffy’s comedy show was awesome.

After reading some of the reviews, I was concerned about staying at the Hard Rock. However, we had a great experience. Our room was very nice, spacious and clean and no smoke smell. The staff was very friendly. The pool was nice. There are multiple dining options to meet every budget. The later you are in the casino, the smokier it will get which is to be expected at a casino. We saw a great show and appreciated not having to deal with parking and driving home after. We are not gamblers so we would never stay here unless we were there for a show. But we would definitely stay there again and again for a concert. We loved it!

We came for our anniversary. The convenience of the food court and nice restaurants for dinner made our stay convenient and comfortable. Having a drink by the pool helped complete our relaxation. We will be back!

The ventilation in the Hotel needs updating. You can smell smoke wherever you go instead of the signature scents Hotels have. I live in Las Vegas and the casinos here have great ventilation you don’t smell it as much as you do at the Hardrock. Dining options are not good at all! Let’s start with a nice breakfast and coffee. Limited areas that have coffe causing long lines no area where you can get a nice breakfast. Food court has terrible food options. I had to leave the Hotel for coffee and dining.

Food & drink was so ridiculously overpriced. Food was not good at all. Pizza came out raw poolside. 18 percent gratuity on a lemonade! Kuro Japanese restaurant, overpriced isn’t the word. Appetizer wasn’t enough for infant. Paid all that money & left starving. Never again.

The comps from the casino and restaurants were terrible! Also my hubby was disappointed that he could not get his Starbucks everyday! The pool area was incredible and the restaurants were really great! Also, we stay at a lot of casino hotels and usually receive offers from them. I have not gotten one email from them since we left!

We had an amazing week at the Hard Rock! The staff was friendly and helpful, the room was spacious and clean, and we enjoyed gelato every day! The pools were very nice and spacious - we especially liked the heated ones! The food at the Hard Rock Cafe, Bae and The Bol was delightful. I also loved how dog friendly the property was and enjoyed seeing the occasional pup on his owner's lap on a slot machine! I appreciated that there was a smoke free slot room as well. Just a truly enjoyable and stress free time. Hope to be back soon!
