This place is ok for a trucker, but not for visiting family. This place accepts dogs but there are literally 2 little spots of grass for them. There were down power lines in the back yard. Also if you’re going for the heated pool like I did, DONT. If I could put pictures of the turds I found in the pool I would! Human feces in the pool. We had to clean our own rooms as instructed by the front desk. The maids didn’t speak English so getting a garbage bag or towels was a game of charades. The staff was friendly but the property was not. the room had holes in the curtains and the tv was a 27 inch. My autistic brother and I came to NC to visit my nephew and relax in the hotel and watch movies. I would never stay there again!

Room was nice and clean but room and bathroom was very small. Front desk lady was amazing and very helpful. The parking lot had a lot of people just hanging out- we came back late from concert around 1am and there were about 20 people just sitting in parking lot- little stetchy.

Terrible breakfast with very few options. Swimming pool was tiny, dirty, and used by a swim school most of the time we were there. Room was fresh and clean and the older lady at the front desk was very sweet and kind, but we likely won't stay here again.

Sheets were dirty, bathroom door was filthy. The hotels claims to be non-smoking and I signed an acknowledgement but the room reeked like cigarette smoke. The air conditioning started to vibrate making such a strong noise I had to turn it off because it would not let us sleep. Horrible experience. I opened a claim with Expedia.

Carpet in room was damp, room smelled musky and like mildew upon entry a/c was not on. They must have just shampooed the carpets due to it being a dog friendly room. Staff was friendly and property was clean. Beds were comfy.

Front desk clerk was friendly and super helpful. I had mistakenly booked my stay for the wrong night and he went out of his way to remedy the situation. Room was spotless and very comfortable. The stay was well worth more than what I paid.

This property was very nice! It was just what I needed after a long day of traveling and needing to get a good nights sleep to continue driving the next day! Sleep Inn did not disappoint. Comfortable and clean. I would definitely stay here again.

I liked that it was clean. Parking was easy. Check in and check out was quick. It was quiet at night, and I slept well. Only negativity is that the door handle to our room was loose and made me question how safe it was. I would stay here again though.

Was poor about this hotel is that it’s not the hotel itself it’s the guy that works in the morning they tell you it takes 14 days to get your deposit back when it only took them one second to take it off your card

My stay was very pleasant! I was frustrated when I checked in but Ms. Patty was very polite and helped me. She smiled and reassured me that everything would be alright! I really appreciated her hospitality and concern for my issue. Thank you Ms. Patty! If I were to visit the area again. I would stay at the same hotel because of Ms. Patty.

The toilet was clogged and no on site maintenance to address the issue. There were also no available rooms to move my family to. I ended up leaving early and found a better hotel 20 minutes away. I will never spend my hard earn money at Sleep Inn.

It was also in walking distance to a couple restaurants and a gas station and pretty close to everything in surrounding areas to where we weren't having to drive super far.

It was in a quiet area but a few places to eat in walking distance and a gas station right there before going back on the main road. Right off the main highway and was very clean! Their sausage gravy and biscuits for the breakfast was excellent!

The property was close to eateries and to my family. The staff was ok, I placed my order on line. It stated that the total cost was the amount with taxes etc.. There was an additional $150.00 charge for a refundable deposit. That is my only complaint.

The room smelled like a wet dog. We were in staying in a pet approved room, but most hotels I’ve stayed in with my Yorkies don’t smell bad. Some teenagers got in through the back door and were beating someone up. The police had to be called. I DID NOT FEEL SAFE ALL NIGHT. There was a very loud man down the hallway who was talking very loudly about his drugs. I would never stay there again. The parking lot was full of rigs so I think it caters to truckers.

Great location just off the highway. Comfortable bed. Pleasant staff. Average breakfast but great it’s included. Quick in and out to continue on trip. It even had a pool. It was too late for us to use it after dinner and a long trip. We would definitely stay here again on our next trip South/North if the timing is right. The price is reasonable compared to hotels South of Charlotte. No complaints.

We stayed one night before driving to Gatlinburg. Our beds were very comfortable with good pillows. The shower worked well and I was grateful for the small tube of conditioner since I somehow hadn’t packed any. The included breakfast wasn’t the greatest but it was still appreciated . We would stay there again.

This was the perfect hotel for my needs. First off, I was wowed by how many stories the Sleep Inn Northlake had. I requested a top-floor (fifth) room because I’m a light sleeper, and Patti at the front desk immediately put me in one. She was very friendly and got me checked in quick. I was in town for Carowinds WinterFest and wanted to stay somewhere on the way back closer home - this hotel was perfect for that, while avoiding all the Carowinds traffic. The bed was super comfortable and room was spacious. TV worked well and great water pressure. Breakfast was super tasty and filled me up. When I am back in Charlotte for Carowinds, this hotel will definitely be first on my list.
