When we arrived there was people standing outside drinking and playing loud music. Inside there were dead bugs and dusty and only 2 towels for 4 people. Housekeeper was rude when i asked for 2 more. Also, stayed 4 nights and we had to take our garbage out and when i asked for garbage bags she ignored me. Says free breakfast which consist of juice and muffins. Swimming pool bery small and not kept up.

The people worked there were polite. Pool was clean and nice. The room needed some help. I had reserved for 2 days but but woke to find a bed bug on my pillow and a quarter size spider on floor. Didn't feel comfortable staying over another night so came home early.

The room was decent. The biggest disappointment was the so-called breakfast. It was probably the worst breakfast I've ever had in a hotel. Also, the swimming pool looked dirty, so we never used it.

The staff was very polite and considerate, and great.I greatly appreciated their courtesy and the job they did.However, the first room we were initially checked into,had an air conditioning issue and it was HOT.So they moved us into another room, which was better.The swimming pool was dirty, and we didn't care for that at all.And the so called Superstar breakfast that they advertise in the lobby is a bad joke.As in hOney buns, black cherry Activia yogurt,nutri grain bars, and coffee and juice machines for beverages.The pictures and advertising is very deceiving and unless you are desperate,or just strapped for cash,or just wanting nice employees,I can't recommend anyone stay at this place.

The room was dirty...hairballs on the floor, stains on the chair, smelly, etc. The pool and pool area were gross. The pool chairs were broken. The person at check-in was even rude. Very disappointed!

Our room was dusty/ dirty. There were roaches crawling in our sink. The television did not work. We had no hot water in the morning for a shower. We were suppose to stay to another night, but I refused. Booked this hotel through Expedia, and management made me go through them for a refund. I did just that!

Did not honor price quoted. The front desk person had no idea what she was doing. She had to call manager and during their conversation on phone they spoke a different language. Very unprofessional. Rooms were filthy. Very out dated. Toilet was stopped up

Hotel was older, kind of ran down. They updated the rooms, but beds were swayback and room smelled stale. Had someone’s food left in the fridge. Outside was trashy, no breakfast at all. If all you’re doing is crashing it works, but overall I would not recommend.

Should have turned around and left, from the order when I opened the door, the noise of the guest, to the socks turning black from just one trip across the floor - this was a bad place to stay. Bathroom walls had a grease film if you dared touch anywhere, just about every type and color of hair was present of bathroom floor. Scary place...reminded me of a motel room forced to stay in in a third world nation.

This place is completely unsanitary, and the continental breakfast is a granola bar and coffee. The beds are uncomfortable, sheets have cigarette burns, and I doubt that they’ve mopped the floors. It’s a shame that this is listed on Expedia.

The main office was closed when we got there late at 2:00am. They had a small window to receive. We opened the door to the room and put the lights on and the many German cockroaches scattered. It was disgusting. We put our cooler box and items back in the car for fear of taking cockroaches home. Since we had 9 more hours out of 15 to drive that morning, we decided to keep our clothes on and lie on top of the bedspread to get some rest. I tried several times to set the heater on, but it always failed. Because of the filth, we decided to check out at 5am....3 hours later. I told the manager and he said, "sorry".

We checked in late at night and when we got to our room it was disgusting. Bugs everywhere, sheets not clean, pieces of ceiling had fallen into the tub. We immediately left and went to the comfort suites across the intersection which was an amazing stay.

Motel was not clean. Sheets had stains and there was crumbling plaster aroun the room. It looked like someone tried to repaint, but they did a terrible job. The new paint was peeling. Tub was dirty. Bed was uncomfortable. I tried not to touch anything and left as soon as I woke up.

The only negative review I have is that the wi-fi did not work in my room. I could get it to connect if I sat in a certain spot, but as soon as I started working, I would lose it. Very frustrating.

Our air conditioner made the most god awful noise i've ever heard an ac make waking us up everytime it kicked on. Standing dirty water in bathtub and bugs in room. They also charge a deposit which is not mentioned anywhere in anything when booking.They told me to my face 50 bucks for that, but then checking my bank info the charged over 65( surprisingly they did return thr deposit the next day). I think $133 for this room was insane. I would advise against this place. I wasnt expecting a whole lot, but I was expecting better than what it was.

Friendly, safe and good price. Only issue, which I consider one of the most important aspects of a Hotel room is the TV. After a long travel day/work day, I like to at least be able to watch 1/2 hr or so of tv. .news, etc.. this tv was staticky at best and then would go to "double-vision" and become unwatchable. Didn't feel like changing rooms as I was exhausted. . I gave up and watched on my laptop.

We reserved 2 non smoking rooms, the rooms smelt like an ashtray and one room the air conditioner did not work. Got moved to another room at 2am and the air conditioner did not work in that room either. Planned on staying another night so before leaving for the day we asked to have air conditioning looked at and the rude woman pretty much said I was lying there was no way the air didn’t work in the 2 room. I did get a call from them letting me know they were replacing the ac unit and was in planning on staying the second night. We stayed the 2nd night since we had already paid for it and they had replaced the unit and it worked great. The beds are god awful, pillows aren’t worth even laying on. Non smoking rooms smell like ashtrays and the woman at the counter is rude! Wouldn’t stay here again if they paid me too!

Room was very clean and a great value. I had a late check in scheduled. I was sent a link to check in ahead of time to speedup the process. Sent a a pic of my ID. The link said all i had to do was show my ID and pic up my key. When I arrived I informed the clerk that i had checked in ahead of time. I showed him my ID, He said that he needed my ID and form of payment. Clerk was very abrupt with the request.He took both and went to do what he needed to do. Came back with room card.Pushed it thru the window, I had to ask him for directions. My question would why offer a way to speedup check in that is not used?? Again very clean and a good value.

The motel was conveniently located to the interstate and to several restaurants and gas stations. That's the only positive. The bathroom had mold stains around the tub/shower and ceiling. The wall HVAC unit was a little bit loud when I first turned it on. However, at about 2am, the unit began making a very loud grinding and roaring noise that woke me. It continued to cool but was so loud I was not able to go back to sleep. When I checked out at 7am I told the desk clerk about the issue with the HVAC unit. All he said was, "Oh. Sorry." He barely looked at me. I suggested the unit needed to be serviced/repaired. He said, "OK." I seriously doubt that he reported the issue. I feel sorry for whoever is so unlucky to be assigned that room.

Immediately had to change rooms due to overwhelming cigarette smoke stank in room; clerk was quick to do so which was nice. Very old, run down down motel, but you get what you pay for. "Free Breakfast" included yogurt and some pre-packaged danishes. Pretty pathetic, but see first comment. They actually shouldn't be able to advertise free breakfast. When passing by this area again we will not be staying here ever again.

Awful! Comforters had burn holes. Roaches found in the beds, room smelled of smoke, was supposed to be a non smoking room. Shower constantly dripped. Breakfast was non existent. A honeybun and yogurt. No juice, no waffle maker… nothing.

I stayed one night while traveling back home from a trip. The staff was very helpful. They only had smoking rooms left which unfortunately made all of my stuff smell like cigarettes. After some time to air out though everything was good. One complaint I have is that they say they have breakfast but they really just have yogurt, granola bars, and honey buns. I wouldn’t call that a breakfast.

It sucked, there was a roach in the sink the blankets looked like they bought them from the local jail. Or Temu the tub would not drain. Towels were left on the ac unit the breakfast looked like it was the owners leftovers from the night before there was 1 hunny bun and 3 yogurts in the fridge
