Check in was normal, staff was friendly, and most importantly, the room was clean. Hotel is right on the beach and walkable to a restaurant and a couple stores (a mile or so). No issues. Would return.

We loved the beach and pool. The shower had some kind of orange residue on the wall that could be scraped off, and sand on the floors - though I imagine being next to the beach that is probably hard to avoid. Breakfast included bananas, bread, waffles, coffee, juice, and cereal. Very simple. No complaints. The beach was so wonderful we would easily return (maybe with my own towels and cleaning supplies just in case).

Wanted 2nd floor and staff did not change. Online did not specify what floor. Good access to beach. Frig was iced up. One lamp did not work. Breakfast was vague, no meat. Pool closed too early not agreeing with posted sign.

The room reaked of cigarettes. There is a god awful bright light by the pool area that just shines through the mediocre curtains. The best was horrible and the comfort or was the thickness of loose leaf paper. The tub was repaired and it wasn't a great job so it was slick as heck and there was hair all in it. It was only a single night but I did not sleep at all. Not sure how it gets good reviews because it's definitely dated and needs help.

The best thing about this property was the close proximity to the beach thats it. The pictures on Expedia are false representations of how the hotel really looks! The linen was dirty, we had to ask for another set of bed linen Top cover included, there were stains on the top cover that looked like someone had just been there in an illicit way. The curtains were old and barely covered the windows. There were rodent traps in plain view and dust buggies as well as dirt and cobwebs in plain view. It seems as though they put the Expedia guest on the outer perimeters of the hotel, however there were people living in the inner perimeter of the hotel, not a good look at all for what we paid. The breakfast did have waffles no fruit, and the juices and coffee were watered down, we watched the attendant take bread that had been left out and return to it to the container for use the next morning... There was no iron or ironing board in the room either. I have never had this problem when staying at an Expedia supported property! We did cut our stay short do to this property not being up to standard.

Two hundred dollars dollars a night for an under a hundred dollar room. There were cigarette burns in the comforter as well as human blood on the door jam, there were blood stains on the sheets. The place is very ghetto. The breakfastwasalso very lacking.

We have stayed at this property many times, but this previous stay was extremely disappointing. The room was not cleaned and it seemed as if the bedding was redone and that’s it. There were hairs all over the bathtub, toilet seats, and even on the white flat sheet. The room was so dirty that we couldn’t even sleep on both beds and shower. Extremely disgusting and disappointing.

The room was dusty, smelled strongly of chemicals, and gave me headaches. Outlets didn’t work, the sheets weren’t clean, and at the end of our stay I even discovered a stain on the bed. The toilet wobbled and the A/C units dripped all over the walkway and trash everywhere. The walls are paper thin…you can hear other guests partying late into the night and babies crying. Thankfully, it didn’t wake my son, but it made relaxing difficult. The beach location is the only plus, but it’s clear the owners are being cheap instead of investing in upkeep. This place has potential, but right now it feels neglected and disappointing.

Very disappointed in the overall facility. The room was disgusting. Bedspread was old and had holes in it. The floor was not carpeted and dirty. The walls were dirty with paint chipping. The door had cracks at the bottom and the ceiling painting was cracked and chipping. Baseboard had stains and was dirty. The wall behind the commode had tiles off. The whole room was outdated and furniture should have been replaced. Nothing about the room was inviting, and had it not been so late, I would have left. The room smelled bad and I was not comfortable. I will not recommend the place to anyone.

Room was in horrible condition and definitely hasn’t been cleaned since the last people stayed. Room was filthy and floor hadn’t been moped in quite a while. Countertop was all busted up around the sink. Bathtub was filthy with black stuff all in the grout. The beds had sand on them and under the sheets. Supposed to be a smoke free hotel but had burn holes on the comforter and the sheets. And there’s constant prostitutes in the parking lot.

The Wi-Fi was terrible, booked a room for 5 adults arrive to 2 small beds and when we asked for some kind of extra sleeping mattress or something of the sort couldn’t not help us at all. Overall it’s clean but would have definitely liked to have been informed the mat one room was not going to be good enough for 5 people.

Ok so I’m torn. Location? Beach was RIGHT THERE. Price? Spot on. The pool was beautiful and warm. The beds were clean. The building is dated and worn and in great need of sound proofing, (that toddler in the room next door was having a bawl during bath time. It sounded so cute, honestly) but it was clean. However - a foot shower at the edge of the property would improve things by far! Sand was everywhere and I am borderline OCD about such things. With no way to clean off, it’s impossible to keep it out. The beach was almost 100% private but a little trashy. Literally. Ya get what you pay for with clientele also. People were smoking everywhere and we could hear everything happening in every room around us. The lady who checked us in was not seemingly friendly but the guys were more than pleasant. Would I stay there again? Probably not. But if you need a family getaway for a tight budget- look no further. You can enjoy yourselves here and still have money in your pocket when you get home. :)

The outlet by the sink didn’t work. The bathroom didn’t have any air vents it was very hot trying to take a shower. There was sand on the floor and the floor was dirty. We had to ask for towels and trash bags every day we were there. The place smelled of pot. Sone shady looking people hanging around. We could hear the people in the room beside us talking and partying all night. Will never go there again.

Upon arrival, the electronic lock for the assigned room did not work and a new room needed to be assigned. The bedspread had holes in it. The pillows were small and for a king bed not enough were provided. The TV did not work properly. The internet did not work properly causing a meeting to be held on my phone. The breakfast was limited to dry cereal and toast. It was just disappointing for the cost.

The sink in the hotel had holes, and you could also view the other room. There was a vent in the bathroom that was missing. The toilet was filthy, and although it should have a couch, I got two full-size beds in this room. The bathroom tub remained dripping water

This was a last minute book. Whem we arrived the guy who checked us in was very nice. When we gotvtobour room the curtain was open and the sun beating into the room. It was 95 degrees out and the rooms ac was turned off. When we checked in at 7pm we turned the air on and went to the beach-which was beautiful. (Prolly the best part of the property). We then headed to the pool where we had to pass people smoking amd would not move. Once at the pool it was crowded. Once back in the room it felt like the ac was not working. We all showered with the 4 towels we were allowed for 4 people. Once out of the shower the heat kicked right back in and sweating non stop. Went to the front desk to inquire about doing something about how hot the room was and the guy at the desk (not the same as checkin) didnt seem to care. The people around the hotel we questionable. The door wouldn't shut all the way, the sibk wouldnt go down, and the room was crazy hot. Needless to say we packed up and left at 10pm. When leaving the guy again did not seem to care we were leaving because if everything, and then seemed bothered when i asked for a receipt to show i checked out early.

The door wouldn't shut all the way, the sibk wouldnt go down, and the room was crazy hot. Needless to say we packed up and left at 10pm. When leaving the guy again did not seem to care we were leaving because if everything, and then seemed bothered when i asked for a receipt to show i checked out early.

Good service from the employees, everyone was nice ready to hhelp, and kind, but in the room, we found 2 big spiders and a roach right away we opened the room door, the floor looked like nobody swept, the refrigerator didn't cool off, and we had a leak under the sink which wet the floor in a big part.

It was very clear that they have been gradually improving and upgrading their look inside. The outside should have been kept cleaner, dust, webs and debris around the railings and doorhinges. I was a littile disappointed by the lack of seating in the room and breakfast area. But the staff were absolutely awesome, friendly and helpful. We enjoyed our stay.

Paid over 400 dollars for 2 nights in a suite and it was extremely hot rhe whole weekend they told me the only tine i complained that i could only get a fan thats all they could do so i ask at checkout could i get a discount or something due to it being hot all weekend the man told me no and that i shouldkve just checked out also called me a american and said americans always want something for nothing

Upon arrival, the electronic lock for the assigned room did not work and a new room needed to be assigned. The bedspread had holes in it. The pillows were small and for a king bed not enough were provided. The TV did not work properly. The internet did not work properly causing a meeting to be held on my phone. The breakfast was limited to dry cereal and toast. It was just disappointing for the cost.

Check in was normal, staff was friendly, and most importantly, the room was clean. Hotel is right on the beach and walkable to a restaurant and a couple stores (a mile or so). No issues. Would return.

We loved the beach and pool. The shower had some kind of orange residue on the wall that could be scraped off, and sand on the floors - though I imagine being next to the beach that is probably hard to avoid. Breakfast included bananas, bread, waffles, coffee, juice, and cereal. Very simple. No complaints. The beach was so wonderful we would easily return (maybe with my own towels and cleaning supplies just in case).

We booked this based on the view. The view was incredible. Room was average. Bathroom was satisfactory. Bed was okay. The area is questionable for this side of town. Felt a little unsafe.

Rooms were not very clean , but for the price and location it was worth it. Easy access to the beach and very quiet area. Breakfast was a no go with the hours only being from 6am to 9am. Most people on vacation are sleeping in. Would definitely go back in the future.

I was so pleased with my stay. Prior reviews made me weary of the place and almost cancelled. I am so glad we did not and we got to enjoy a lovely stay. The place was clean. Room was spacious and clean. No bugs. Water pressure was great. There were no homeless people around property. No drugs . No trash anywhere. It was very nice and clean. There was even one person cleaning the sand away from the rooms making sure the property looked neat. There was someone. Trimming the bushes as well. Beach was right as you opened your door. My husband and I were very pleased with our stay. The breakfast is limited but it did have Belgian waffle irons and toast. The property also had a very nice coffee maker for espresso and regular coffee and it was something we enjoyed very much.

The best thing about this property was the close proximity to the beach thats it. The pictures on Expedia are false representations of how the hotel really looks! The linen was dirty, we had to ask for another set of bed linen Top cover included, there were stains on the top cover that looked like someone had just been there in an illicit way. The curtains were old and barely covered the windows. There were rodent traps in plain view and dust buggies as well as dirt and cobwebs in plain view. It seems as though they put the Expedia guest on the outer perimeters of the hotel, however there were people living in the inner perimeter of the hotel, not a good look at all for what we paid. The breakfast did have waffles no fruit, and the juices and coffee were watered down, we watched the attendant take bread that had been left out and return to it to the container for use the next morning... There was no iron or ironing board in the room either. I have never had this problem when staying at an Expedia supported property! We did cut our stay short do to this property not being up to standard.

Hotel was older and not kept up very well breakfast was terrible 1 waffle maker 1 dry cereal and a loaf of white bread breakfast was only served 6am-9am got down there on the first morning at 9:05 and it was completely cleaned up on second morning I arrived at 8:30 and it was at least 10 people standing in line for the waffle maker. I finally at 8:50 was 1 spot away from the waffle maker and the guy said the dispenser of batter was empty and the refused to refill it still with 3 people in line behind we finally had to get the front desk to refill after a lot of complaining. Very disappointed with the hotel will never stay or recommend it I would like some compensation from the hotel. I also went to the front desk to get clean towels because room service never came around and was informed that they were running behind and that we needed to wait for room service to service our room to get clean towels

Pick somewhere else. This hotel is very dated, dirty, and your “view of the ocean” is marred by a giant parking lot. There were no blankets, and only two small hand-towels for bath towels. It was a real stinker; we would never stay there again.

See pictures. Just keep in mind, you get what you pay for. Price under a hundred a night means it's no resort. It is run by standards from a foreign country that are lower than what's considered basic decency in US. I will include pictures of peeling paint, hair on the wall, brown splash stains on the walls that a simple wash rag could remove, torn curtains, stained curtains.... It's one thing to be an older or outdated motel an yet clean, it's another to show the client you just don't care; to be so lazy in cleaning that it screams that the client doesn't matter, we don't have to do anything but charge money and give you a bed.
