Pillow cases had hairs on them and were not clean. Wifi did not work in the rooms at the back of the buildings, despite the staff reseting the wifi router. Office was not open as promised at 8am for questions/check out and got no resolution to the issues. Family suite was generous in size, however the bathroom was ridiculously small with door swinging into the front of the bathroom vanity. For such a large room/suite, its a small and waste of space that the bathroom was not bigger. Sofa bed was not made, and we had to make it ourselves, even when arrive late and exhausted - very frustrating. Also had to call for linens for the sofa bed.

This was a one night stay while traveling up the coast and did it's job. The area did not seem great and has residential apartments with access to the parking so that was a bit concerning. Thankfully we did not experience any security issues. There is no elevator and had rips in the carpet in the hallway. The bathroom was updated but the room could use a refresh as the floor vinyl was ripped and may have had moisture damage as there was a slight smell initially. Not the worst stay we've had.

Apart from a bit of musty smell in the rooms and basic utensils missing from kitchen such as knife and more spoons etc, it’s a good place to stay. Could do a remodel of the kitchen to bring in dishwasher instead of the oven.
