Worst hotel stay I have ever had. The carpet was full of stains, walls had stains and stuff on them (some might be soap scum in the bathroom), sheets had old stains. The lighting choice in the room is horrible. Bright white light, not the nice warm light you expect, but the bright white light you expect to see in an aquarium. It was incredibly loud and noisy, from the loud road nice from the express way, that litterally shook the building and made it sway like a small earthquake to screaming children at midnight and loud music from neighboring rooms. The doors are steel and have large gaps under and the hallways, for some reason, are covered floor and wall in black and white striped ceramic tile. The tiles makes sound bounce around the hallway and you'll hear every single thing. Avoid the 4th floor, the managers family might live there and there was a lot of noise. Also, the elevator kept making loud clanking noises whenever it operated. I have never in my life heard sounds like this and the tile walls kept the sound boucing around the walls. Absolutely horrible stay.

Rooms were pretty decent especially giving the fact that pets are allowed there. Cleanliness isnt the best but it worked out for my pet and i for the night.

It would be more accurate not to call it a hotel. First of all, the elevator was broken, it worked on the 3rd try. After we got to the room, there were cockroaches(bugs) on the door and we could not enter the room. There were limited rooms because the hotel was under renovation. They gave us another room and we did not see bugs in our second room on the first day. In the hotel where we bought breakfast included, they gave biscuits and fruit juice in the package, which is a complete money trap. We couldn't take a shower, the hot water comes after about 30 minutes of running water. On the 2nd day, when we saw cockroaches(bugs) in our new room, we could never sleep. We decided to check out of the hotel before our plan and the staff at the reception saw the bugs in the room and agreed with us. Before checking out, I requested a refund of the money I paid to both hotels.com and the staff at the hotel. It took 1 week, and since the hotel did not accept the refund, hotel.com sent an e-mail that there was nothing to do. It's a total disgrace! I am adding photo.

The Good: The hotel itself was of value of what we paid for. It was conveniently located for what we needed, and it allowed our dog to come with us. The Bad: The staff are beyond rude, and absolutely zero help. We had problems finding parking, so we called the hotel to ask where they recommend their guests park. As a response we were met with yelling and being told to “stop talking and listen” as they did not have onsite parking, which we already understood. Overall if you just need a place to crash for the night it’s not a bad spot, but hopefully you don’t have to ask the front desk staff anything.

Worst hotel ever. Within 24 hours I needed 4 new key cards to enter my room having to go up and down the stairs in frustration since the elevator is the slowest in the city. NO hot water, no TV (the few channels I did have dissapeared for good the 2nd day) Trash pickups at 11pm. I'll stop here by saying I left a day early w/out asking for a refund just to get out.

Small room, parking on street only (not easy) but perfectly OK for an overnite stay

Great prices and a plus that they are pet friendly and first pet free. In lower part of Brooklyn near the water but lots of construction and cranes so can’t walk near the water. They don’t have parking but there is a bridge right across the street where you can park under and street parking. Breakfast was basic but didn’t expect much with the cost of rooms. The plus here is the pet friendly hotel. This will likely be our hotel when we come to NY.

It was right under a major highway. No safe parking near hotel. No duvet or bedspread just gross blanket. Could not access one side of bed due to furniture placement. They had a bath mat in main doorway. The interior courtyard looked like a prison yard with a man sleeping on the ground. The pot smell was everywhere so we did not explore hotel just went straight to our room. Staff had to reset our tv. Worst hotel I have ever been in and it wasn’t cheap.

Clean little hotel but the proximity with the highway makes the noise unberrable. Bring Ear plugs to be able to sleep. The hotel has no parking. Security is tight though. New sheets are needed.

It was amazing! Clean and safe.

We had booked four nights. When we checked in, we changed the room straight away as it had obviously not been cleaned properly. The new room was only slightly better. No room service was provided on the first day. And if it was done, it was not complete. We found cockroaches in the room several times. The hotel is located directly on an 8-lane road. The windows are not very soundproofed, so you can always hear the road. We cannot recommend this hotel to anyone with a clear conscience. You should actually get money if you stay there and not pay!

This stay at the hotel was the worst it was roach infested

Check in delayed due to computer issues. Found silverfish in sink and shower. No chair in room. Can only sit on bed. No clothes hanging capability and no dresser. Water in evening only Luke warm. Ok in morning. Coffee maker missing coffee holder part. 10 lanes of traffic outside my window and not good sound insulation. Cold in front of window. Would never stay there again!!!

Don't waste your time/money staying here! It ruined our first trip to NYC. We had to find different accommodations because the property was extremely disappointing. We checked in and within seconds of opening the room door we seen 5 cockroaches. We immediately took our luggage to the lobby and requested another room. We were showed 4 other available rooms on a different floor but we were still finding roaches. Out of the five rooms only one "seemed" to not have any roaches but we were wrong. We had to clean out the fridge and found a dead cockroach and mold in the freezer. The shower floor was very dirty and we also cleaned it but still didn’t use it. It was very late when we checked in and the manager wasn't available to request a refund till the next morning. The very short one night stay was the most uncomfortable night ever and it was difficult to get rest thinking of the cockroaches. We didn't even want to unzip our luggage just because we didn't want any nymph or adult cockroaches to crawl into our luggage. With little to no sleep, I called Orbitz the moment I knew the manager of the hotel would be in that following morning and requested that we check out and a refund for our stay. The manager wanted to only refund the remaining nights but later agreed to refund the one night stay as well. I had explained that I had over 20 pictures of all the roaches we had seen. The worst of worst was when I seen I had a nymph cockroach on the bedsheets were I had tried to sleep.

They urgently need: A good Housekeeping manager, the rooms are not clean. They need pest control, there are cockroaches. I hope they do it right very soon.

I stayed in the Queen room which is small but the pictures were accurate and the cost of it is a good value. Would suggest not be close to the elevator-as it borders some rooms and noisy

Tv didn’t connect to WiFi the entire stay

It was great but the only flaw it had was the TV won’t connect to the WiFi so the TV was basically unusable but besides that it was great

I booked this place because it was close to a location I was doing an even at. It is clean and well kept and includes breakfast. It’s reasonably close to the subway as well. Only downside was was it’s right next to a freeway and it’s very noisy.

The Television and the hotel wifi was not operating at all that well.

They put me on the front corner side of the hotel RIGHT next to the highways so my room shook EVERYTIME a truck drove by the 1st or 2nd level busy Brooklyn highway. Why put a hotel right by a highway? Horrible rest.

The people were extremely helpful and very nice! There is a hiway close by but that can not be helped. The A/C system works perfect and did drowned out the noise perfectly! It is super clean and secure!

The receptionists were incredibly nice! We checked in late and they called to make sure we were still coming, and when we asked for a slightly later check out time, they were very understanding!

Said property had no hot water nor did it have a functional TV. When staff was notified about said issue no accommodations were made to resolve the matter.

I stayed here for over 3 days and the entire staff have been really wonderful and catered carefully to my concerns. The on the go breakfast is such a great touch ! This area is also filled with both walking and driving distance of less than 10 min restaurants, cafes and bars. I personally met the manager Sam who is very patient and hands on at this hotel. The area also has public transportation within walking distance which is also very helpful. I truly appreciate my stay and definitely recommend this hotel to anyone.

It's located in a neighborhood that is being redeveloped. The Industry is the area just a couple of blocks away.

Pretty close to the train station. Places is clean and easy check in experience.

this hotel is great if you're visiting Park Slope! it's so cute and clean, and conveniently located near two R train stops. Only down side was that we couldn't find the complimentary breakfast, but we found a really good brunch spot and halal deli with amazing breakfast sandwiches anyway!

This hotel is very basic, don’t expect much Breakfast was continental bagels, slices of bread, tiny donuts and pre-cooked egg also juices and coffee. Better than no breakfast.

Highway noise was loud. Some graffiti in hallway. Breakfast options were very limited and not good.

Property is in a really good location . The breakfast is ok. Best price for my stay. Its small but perfect for my needs.

Very disappointing. The hotel was so hot I drank over 24 ounces of water and got up 3 times to run cold water over my wrists to get through the night. Thermostat in the room was a joke. Instead of the breakfast promised they gave a brown bag with a granola bar, potato chips, 2 cookies, peanut butter crackers, and a bottle of apple juice that had been opened! The desk clerk could not answer my question about whether parking across the street from the entrance was legal. I had to track down a staff person to find a chair for the desk. Cleaning supplies and boxes cluttered hallways. Take this one off your list!

I love how courteous and friendly the staff is. Their breakfast has a limited selection of items but it's ok. Maybe they should add peanut butter packets and bananas. . Its a top selectionwhen I go to NY.
