Stayed 3 nights

Our experience was horrible to say the least. Me and my fiancé arrived to your hotel at 1AM not knowing it was close to the truck stop. We were woke up at 4AM because of the noise. We had asked about switching rooms and they kept putting us off the entire day, finally at 3 PM they let us trade rooms. The room its self was disgustingly. We had to take a towel and wipe off the floor because the t was causing our feet to be dirty and nasty. We were there for three days and nights. Our room only had one towel and one wash cloth, and only half a roll of toilet paper. When we asked for more the manager told us they were limited on supply’s. For the entire trip we had to use de two towels, which one we had to use for the dirty floor. So really we didn’t not had one for the two of us for the entire trip. The manager was extremely rude anytime we tried to ask any type of questions or concerns. Absolutely the WORST experience I have went through when staying anywhere.

Stayed 2 nights

We made a reservation through Hotels.com for a king bedroom 2 two nights, two adults. We arrived only to find out there were no King rooms available. We settled for a queen room. When we checked in the room, had one towel one washcloth and the bed. And no ice maker in the building. It looked like someone had just gotten up off of it. I went down to get some towels. They said they were all still in the dryer. They asked if I wanted a phone call when they were ready. I said yes. We fell asleep around 1030 PM. At 11:45 PM the front desk called the room phone. This of course woke us up and she started the towels are ready. I asked them to bring them up. She did not answer and hung up on me. I went down to the desk to pick them up and told the person at the desk that I didn’t appreciate her calling and waking us up at quarter to midnight. She said “you wanted da towels, didn’t ya?” I replied that I did, but I expected them to be in the room when I checked in. She stated “we was busy“. And I said “apparently not busy putting towels in rooms”. Very rude very unprofessional we canceled second night. do not recommend.
