The outdoor pool was too close to the dumpster. The room is nice but the AC unit is way loud. Parking was plenty and easy. Most guests were supper friendly and courteous. Some guests on the same floor we stayed on Friday were inconsiderate and constantly entering and leaving and knocking and slamming the door. I wish the staff could have intervened. Same thing could be said for those guests who parked their cars in front of the hotel entrance (and blocking an already narrow space), a place that was supposed to be load/unload and leave.

This is a perfectly quaint hotel with all the amenities, ideal location, clean and just adorable for the cost. I the Juliette balcony was a nice added touch to make it feel even more grand. The staff was accommodating and friendly and check-in was seamless. A bar and restaurant in the atrium made it even more convenient. I can’t recommend this hotel enough.

My car got stolen! I admit, the key fab was left in the vehicle on accident but I probably would not have stayed there if I knew the "hood" was right behind it and per the police and other local business' "A problem". Beautiful old building, nice clean rooms, but the elevator rubber smells gotta go.. Got my car back very quickly thanks to the Lexington POPO. It was in the neighborhood behind the hotel. I walked 4 mintues from the hotel to my vehicle after listening to the sirens chasing my car for a few. There are not even security cameras at this Hilton which baffled me. No cameras in 2025? That sucked but I rested well in my nice clean room.

This Doubletree looked like an Embassy Suites inside with room's that overlooked the central court which I liked. The place is bring renovated as we kept being told so the bar area was under stocked. The rooms have very comfortable beds and nice bathrooms in the jr suite we stayed in and was clean. No hair anywhere or signs of previous guests. The HVAC was super loud and we changed rooms because of the first unit only to have the second room still have a loud unit when it kicked on. Bad axx kids playing in the open court area and in halls middle of the night. Cookies were delicious. Location was convenient to downtown.

Last stay our floor was saturated with water from a leak. This stay our car got broken into in the parking lot. When asked if there is cameras we were informed “only pointing at the entrances”. We were also informed that “it’s not on the hotel, call the cops.” And “well, what did they take?”

This was an unexpected one night stay as my car was struck by lightning on the way to vacation. I was not expecting to walk into such a nice hotel for the rate we paid. This place is gorgeous! As a horse person, all of the equine touches were appreciated (not bad being stranded in the thoroughbred capital!). The pool bottom was a little dirty and they were out of pool towels but staff ended up restocking before we were done swimming. They offered warm cookies at check in (I declined because I was in panic brain, I'm still sad about that), have a small convenience store, a bar, and what looked to be a delicious menu for room service. Breakfast was available at an additional charge.

The pool was clean and so was the room. It was spacious with two queen size beds and a living room with a couch and couch bed. The shower was amazing!!! Water was nice and hot and it didn’t get cold with several people taking showers back to back.

The room layout was nice. $3 water and charging $15-20 for parking in a public lot is bad optics. The AC in the room was INCREDIBLY loud. The elevator made very strange noises. The toilet ran all night. The shower head was clogged. The pull out bed had a terribly worn mattress. The refrigerator didn’t work. No one maintains these buildings anymore.

The hotel is clean, the rooms are quiet and dark, and we had a small ant issue day one that the housekeeping staff took care of right away. The pool was nice and clean and the staff kept the clean towels stocked well through the day even though quite busy. The location was great for us, close enough any stores you could need and close enough to downtown for a quick drive there and back for great restaurants etc.

Nice hotel, clean and quiet, prompt staff. There was a septic or refuse smell walking out the back to the pool that might be less noticeable with fragrant trees/ bushes. Pool area was unkept and clean as well- seemed to be a shortage of towels in the towel caddy but that was easily remedied by asking for more. We stayed two nights and my only complaint was I asked housekeeping for extra wash cloths and they forgot them and they didn't re-supply our coffee bar. We would go back for sure. I loved the openness of the interior property and although the decor was done with dark finishes it definitely wasn't dingy or dated. A diamond in the rough!

Cleanliness would have gotten 5 stars but we were originally assigned a room that had been heavily smoked in. I did not appreciate walking into a room that smelled of smoke and areosol spray. As an asthmatic, that is a MAJOR no-no. Fortunately, the front desk quickly got us into a different room which was very clean and smelled amazing. The hotel may consider having a better cleaning plan in place for when something like this happens. Heavy areosol sprays over cigarette stinch is not a good plan. Where was the communication between staff and why was this room even allowed to be used? The rest of our stay was good. The parking was wonky, though.

Had to pay $10 for a parking pass. Toilet in my room wouldn’t hold water in the tank or flush properly. Low water pressure. Woke up this morning and there were ants all over the stand that the TV was sitting on. I told the front desk about it and was told that all they could do was give me $10 towards my parking pass.

I had requested daily room cleans, in 3 days and 4 nights we got our room cleaned 1 time. There were ants in our room. The ice machine was out of order on our floor. It was clean and comfortable.

Nice place, nice price but $15 parking fee? I’m not sure if that was mentioned at the time when I made the reservation. I had no outside window because my room looked out on the mezzanine restaurant which was expensive. That was weird.

The hotel is newly refurbished and very clean and pretty. Bathrooms are spacious, however, our toilet didn’t work the entire weekend despite having discussed it with the front desk twice. Going down 5 floors to the public toilet was inconvenient to say the least.

The property has just been remodeled, with a beautiful atrium view—only problem with this is if there are loud voices below, they echo EVERYWHERE. So everyone in the open area on the first floor (which is where breakfast is served) needs to recognize VOLUME. The AC in my room kept me up all night (the 1st night). I got smart and turned it off the second night so I could sleep! The AC vent is aimed right at the head of the bed and is very noisy

I had a horrible experience at Doubletree Suites by Hilton. Google showed it as having in-room jacuzzi tubs. They did not. The a/c unit was halfway out of the wall, the tub didn’t hold water and the toilet was not flushing properly and ran all night. The front desk just shrugged their shoulders and told me I should have called maintenance. I wasn’t settled in the room - because they refused any refund until after 12:30 am. I was exhausted and as a woman traveling alone, I certainly wasn’t going to invite maintenance in. The room should have been checked and readied before I checked in.

Stayed here for the weekend to attend a family member's memorial service. This is an aged 3 star hotel masquerading as 4 stars. The building has been renovated, but still shows its age. My room still had an old school chain style secondary security lock, which was missing the end of the chain rendering it useless. The room was missing the remote for the TV and the room phone did not work at all, so I had to call the front desk on my cell to report the missing remote. The "free airport shuttle" was unavailable on a Friday evening when I arrived to Lexington. After calling the hotel, I was told I had to prearrange the pickup for my arrival and they could not pick me up. It was also unavailable when I tried to schedule it for my return trip to the airport as well due to my early departure time to the airport. I ended up having to take an UBER. Neither of these circumstances were in any of the hotel's descriptions for the shuttle service. While I was at the airport waiting for my alternative transportation to arrive, multiple other area hotel chains arrived to pick up their customers. Skip the cookies and stay elsewhere.

Everyone from check in to check out was very friendly and eager to make our stay comfortable. The hotel overall is very nice and the room was spacious and clean. Right outside the front door there is a very nice strip mall with an excellent mexican restaurant. The in-hotel restaurant was also good. Access to the highway for travel is very convenient as well. Overall, I would highly recommend this hotel and will stay again when we come to Lexington.

Booked a honeymoon suite for our anniversary specifically for the deep soaking tub and king bed. Arrived and got checked into a standard double queen with shower. Told the hotel did away with all tubs during their remodel at first. Then got told our room was double booked and there was nothing else available with a tub. Was also told there was no manager available that evening, so needed to come back in the morning to talk to someone about a refund. We didn’t stay and this really put a damper on our evening as we had this stay planned during our only week off of work together. Overheard that a manager made the change to our original booking, so that and the fact that we were lied to originally about all of the tubs being taken out left us feeling misled about the whole booking. Won’t be returning.

I stayed at this hotel extensively 25+ years ago when it had a different name. I had a great experience then and was very pleased that it remains an excellent choice. Rooms are beautiful, bed was comfortable, staff was friendly, great overall atmosphere. There are excellent restaurant options a few steps away. I cannot imagine staying anywhere else in Lexington.

The property is hidden in the back of a shopping area. The facilities were wonderful. A private party was still drumming after 10 PM, but i was tired enough to fall asleep dispite the thump, thump, thump.

This hotel is a little bit hard to spot from the main road. It sits back behind a small shopping area. Plenty of dining options near by. It is aging but they appear to be doing something about that. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Overall, it is a nice hotel with plenty of amenities, on site bar and restaurant, for your average trip to Lexington. Would stay again and recommend to others.

Our stay was in connection with an early surgery appointment. The location of the hotel was convenient to the surgery center, allowing us to stay overnight, enjoy a meal out, and get to our appointment easily the following morning. Staff was very helpful at check in and following.

We stopped here on our way to Georgia. The hotel is beautiful!!! The rooms are clean and spacious, beds are comfy, nice big shower and the warm cookies you get at check-in are amazing. We will definitely be back
