Room was clean; breakfast was good. Towels & coffee packets in room were limited for 3 people and kleenex box empty. Liked that there was a hot tub, but spa action was limited and water wasn't that hot. Pool area very noisy. Desk staff screwed up our bill and double charged for the room. Not inclined to return.

I was just disappointed on the pool hours. 9:00am-9:00pm. We checked in at 8:45pm and checked out 8:45 am. I only booked with this hotel because they had a hot tub and then when we get there are unable to use it in the evening or morning.

An excellent stay overall, the room was large and had decent space and we appreciated the pet friendly option. It was clean and neat and parking/entry was very easy. Service and communication was very good. About the only drawback for me was that the bed was a bit more firm than I normally like. My wife and son both thought they were great though, so it's just me.

Room and building was clean. It's a property that is a little older, but beds were comfortable, pull out bed was not. There was not bedding for the pull out either, which was a little hassle when we arrived super late and had to walk down to ask for it. Folks were kind, eggs, sausage and waffles were good. There was a pile of vomit right by the main entrance that was there when we arrived at 1:30am and still there when we departed at 10:30am. All that said, I would stay again.

Upon arrival not welcoming, room had cob webs in the corner and the smoke detector was open with no battery. Very disappointing had travelled all day was not expecting this. Do have photos and no did not say anything as I seemed to be an inconvenience for bothering the front desk for even showing up.

This hotel is in need of a major revamp. I felt like we got cat fished into thinking it was a 3 star hotel when honestly it barley would be a 2. The rooms themselves were okay. The bathroom was gross and my daughter had paint chips in her hair when she got out of the pool. 🙁 Also the *included internet* did not worl the entire trip.

To start off, I am not one to complain. So for me to write this, know this was bad. Check in was ok, the lady at the front desk took a longer time to check us in than most places but, no biggy, I'm a patient person. The lobby was a normal hotel lobby. Elevator did it's job. Our room was on the 2nd floor at the very end of the hall, the hallway to the room smelled off. It wasn't a disgusting smell but it wasn't a tolerable smell. But the main reason for this bad review is the room. First the positives. The beds were firm and white sheets were clean. That's it. Negatives, the carpet is destroyed in more than one place, the sink areas had hair all over the place and the sink was not clean. The mini fridge sounds like it's on its last leg and made noises I didn't know were possible. Bathroom was what did it in for me and had me grabbing my phone to review. Again, hair every where. All over the floor, all over the tub. The tub floor looks like it has never seen a cleaning product. I actually put a towel down to stand on. And the toilet has seen better days. Now in most cases I would just deal, but don't charge me $120.00 plus tax for me to sit in filth. If I wanted that option I would have paid $55.00 to stay at the cheaper hotel down the road. I didn't pick that one because the reviews scared me and this review should scare you. I still feel dirty.

The room was nice and spacious. And mostly well taken care of. The property seemed to be dirty all over the place. It was really bad in the hot tub. Looked like it hadn’t been cleaned for a year. Went into the pool room and it was blowing cold air. Our bathroom had dirt in the corners and needed to be mopped.

Beautiful, comfortable, quiet property with large comfy rooms. Breakfast was good with several options and hot entree. Staff was helpful and courteous. Be sure you realize that they only service the rooms if you request it. everything was clean and up to date. Coffee available 24/7. lots of shopping/dining close by.

The room was clean and the staff was friendly. Our room smelled musty and was very damp. We had other family members in other rooms, and their rooms were fine. There is nowhere to sit and gather outside, which was disappointing. The breakfast was minimal, and we ended up going out to breakfast.

Staff was very nice! Room was clean, but the only thing was the bathroom door didn’t shut well unless you threw your whole body into it. The outlets were also very loose and the lamps would unplug and replug constantly making it flash. Other than those two things, it was a really nice stay! We used the pool and hot tub, and had the breakfast both mornings! Thanks for a great stay!

We got locked in the elevator for 20 mins. Called front desk. She was gonna call her manager. We called Fenton police. They were sending the fire dept. It was very hot in the elevator and with 2 kids and my father who is elderly it was scary and horrifying. The front desk asked me if I knew why it happened. Nope just so scary. No apologies, she didn’t come find us to make sure we were ok. We were at the pool, so it wouldn’t have been hard. Just was concerned at the lack of care shown when I was scared to death.

I was on a two-night stay. They didn't clean my room overnight. It was no big deal, but when I mentioned it to the front desk when I checked out, one of the staff was snippy about their policy. Can opt-in for nightly cleaning. That's fine, but I think they should have let me know that and asked when I checked in. Main issue was the tone of one of the staff. Breakfast was mediocre.

When we checked in, the lady at the desk swiped my card a incorrectly causing the hotel To hold twice my room cost ($1170.00) on my credit card. I could not use my credit card my entire trip because of this error! I had to borrow money from relatives to eat and gas up! Was traveling from Georgia! It has been 7 days and this has still not been corrected!! There is still a hold on my credit card for $1070.00 and I still cannot use it ! The room headboard has thick dust sitting on top like it hadn’t been cleaned in months! Glad I travel with Lysol wipes! There was hair on the bathtub walls. The 24 security door was busted and they threw up plastic over the door. Some security! Our room was a few feet from it and any stranger could have walked in and robbed us! Hotel smells moldy and the desk personnel is completely incompetent. They managed to swipe my card at least 8 times causing major issues with my creditor that 7 days later are still pending! I will NEVER stay here again and I’m Planning on reaching out to their District Manager this week about my awful experience. This was the worst Christmas I’ve ever had!

We actually canceled a reservation at a different property because it was completely disgusting. Our second reservation was with this hotel and it was delightful. We actually left in the morning before breakfast was served, and the lady at the desk opened up enough to let us have a bagel and a yogurt and some juice for our little ones

Great property and stay. Day staff was super nice and very engaged. Only thing I observed was that lobby coffee was cold/ out at 3:30AM on the morning of our departure. Recommend you all keep that hot/ full 24hrs a day for travelers. Rooms do have coffee makers though. We will definitely stay there again. Great bag for the buck in Fenton. Close to everything.

My room was comfortable and quiet. Had the pool and hot tub to myself for a half hour just before it closed. The breakfast was hot with many options to choose from and fresh food was replaced even right up until the end of the time. We visited family for the weekend and the hotel was nearby. We shopped at stores we don't have and did breakfast out two of the three days. The breakfast room is small. We did not use the pool, but would have if the jacuzzi was working. Housekeeping wasn't used, but we were asked every day if we were in need of anything.
