Room was never cleaned in my 4 days stay. Dining room could use a spucing up too, food on the floor multiple days. Pool was closed for 2 days. No chemicals was what I was told. Why?

Hotel was awesome but the hot tub was luke warm.

The property is being renovated. The room was very spacious with a living room and sofa. The bed was very comfortable. The room was by the pool, so that was nice. I enjoyed the fitness center off of the pool area. The continental breakfast with waffles was delicious. The price was $80 with 2 queen beds for 3 of us. That is very reasonable with all the amenities. I would definitely come here again and would love to see it after they finish renovating.

Hot Tub Was Not Working, Indoor Pool Was Very Cool To Even Want To Go In To It.

The Fitness Room was very warm. In the pool area there was an off odor, almost like electrical fire or wires burning, or excessive chlorine. It smelled like fumes. Same goes for in the elevator. Not 100% Satisfied. Front desk could not provide me with a receipt upon checkout and I've not seen it online.

Under renovation and definitely needed. Outdated, dirty, noisy. Would not recommend until renovations completed and better management on site. Traveled during a snowstorm otherwise, we would have looked for a different location. Price not close to in line with conditions and amenities. We kept lowering our expectations and the experience kept finding ways to get under them. The last straw was finding unlaundered towels in the bathroom. Yuck!

The pool has algae and the building is under construction. Unhealthy and unsafe

Not sure why no one is talking about this but this hotel is under MAJOR renovations right now. The entire lobby was tore up and there is no breakfast because of construction. Also the pool and hot tub are drained and also under construction. I have stayed here three times in the last 6 months because it is cheap but it’s not for everyone. HOWEVER we had a room that was like 90% completely renovated and it was clean and comfortable. Just buyer beware cause it does not say anything on Hotels.com!

I chose this property based on recent reviews which I found to be fairly accurate. The hotel is undergoing renovations which didn’t affect our stay. The pool area was clean enough although lacking in towels. Didn’t see much staff except when we checked in. The breakfast offered is standard: waffle maker, cereal, juice/coffee, yogurt, fruit. The place was good value for the price.

Breakfast is basically a bagel bar. A couple fruit choices and dry cereal. Pool was closed the entire time were there. Bed had new mattress. Sheets and pillow cases were stained. The pull out desk had not been cleaned and was covered with crumbs and food smears.

The rugs were very dirty. My shower curtain had mold no towel bar. Couch had grease stains on it and one side was flat. Towels were good bed was nice but my sheet had a Tare in it. The staff was really nice and accommodating and the breakfast was super nice. Thanks. However I wouldn’t stay here again.

Quiet but dirty. Rooms are very dirty and dusty. I dusted the top of headboards, tables and the tv. Cobwebs hanging from ceiling. First room I was given had shattered glass, sprinkler heads falling out of ceiling, entry door wouldn’t close unless it was slammed, and again dusty and dirty. No vacuuming by bedside tables huge piles of dusty debris and found peanuts under bed skirt on floor.

Not very clean. Mildew in the shower, dirt/crumbs on the floor. You can tell it was a cheap remodel, looked very sloppy. We had a shower with two shower heads but only one of them worked.

Checked in after 8pm, and I had 2 rooms. First had the noisiest AC possible, and it was already on, so the crew that cleaned the room must have heard it but did nothing. The nonstop running fridge (we didnt even use it) was very loud as well. Molding coming off the walls in several spots, along with MOLD on the ceiling in the bathroom and sticky floors highlighted the general dirtiness. Even simple things like dirty tape on the remote control to hold batteries in just showed a poor quality to the rooms. Second room was missing the remote, the do not disturb sign, and had food in stained couch, along with chips and other dirt behind it. One of the comforters had a weird stain on it. Thin walls were not enough to keep sounds of neighbors amorous activities from waking us up in the middle of the night. All of this for a premium surge price due to homecoming weekend.

This room had trash in it on the floor and around nightstands, the hallway smelled of weed, the refrigerator smelled stale. When we looked in the bathroom, it had paint marks all around and on the door as well as surrounding furniture. We had stayed at the building before it was remodeled and you can stand in the hole where the wall used to be in the room. The room had a bed, two chairs, a TV stand with desk and a lamp, that was it. Half the room was empty. When we left the cleaning crew was asking people if they were checking out, and what room they had come from. I was unimpressed with the staff and the entire venue was not worth the price we paid to stay at it. Hard to believe that it was a Hilton chain. The only good things were the bed was comfortable and the shower with two non matching shower heads was neat. The rest as a disgrace and whoever paid for the renovation should get money back.

The only positive about this was the front desk attendant let me check in early after arriving in the area earlier than expected…but then I walked into my room. It was just gross. Sections of the wall peeling off. Very dated. The couch in the room was COVERED in stains. The carpet was filthy. The pillows were covered in yellow stains. Then, I pulled back the covers to the check the bedding/bed. It was absolutely covered in black hairs. (Looked like of the pet variety and of the short and curly variety. Yeah.. that kind of short and curly.. Just, all over.) At that point, I checked out.

The Good....The room was quiet and the beds and pillows were comfortable and the coffee was pretty good. The Bad..... Filthy, sticky carpet in room. Toiletry dispensers in bathrooms were broken off the wall and shower wall so no shampoo, etc. Rotten, moldy food in the microwave oven from weeks ago. Never any towels in the pool area so had to take them from the room, even after asking for towels several times. Lots of garbage in parking lot and grounds. Breakfast was below average, at best. Took pictures to show mgmt and staff so they were aware of the issues. They were apologetic and nice. We just tried to make them aware of the deficiencies to avoid further complaints. For $200 per night we were very disappointed. I don't think we'll be choosing this hotel in the future with many other options available in the area.

Room was not very clean, shampoo, conditioner, hand soap bottles were empty.

Our dresser is broken and falling apart, collapsing in the middle. The shower was GROSS. Mold/mildew on the shower head, cobwebs above all the doors. The fridge didn't work, the microwave didn't work. Will not ever stay again.

Hotel was okay. Service was good, friendly people. Room was not super clean. Found stuff left in the microwave, and had to clean it up to use it. Bed was fairly comfortable. Clean bedding. Convenient location and close to restaurants and shopping.

We needed a reasonably priced hotel while helping out daughter do some remodeling. The bed was great, the room was updated and clean. We have never stayed at this hotel, but will keep it on our list of places to stay when in the area.

I was disappointed in that there were no charging options in our room. Other than that our stay was amazing!

The lady was nice and it was very early, so she gave me one and stated there had been issues. Came back from work, tired and hungry. Mentioned it to the man working at night, he was not alone. He asked if I had a plunger, I told him yes, but I couldn't get it. He told me it wasn't his job to look at it and was rude. I had worked a long day and just wanted to eat, shower and go to bed. He didn't care, I reminded him it was not my job to fix the plumbing. After telling me again it wasn't his job he moved me to a different room, but told me I needed to bring the key back immediately. I tried to hurry, he didn't offer to help at all. Brought the keys down and he was in the back chatting. I realized I forgot to bring my slippers from the other room, called down and he was rude about coming up 1 flight of stairs. The next night, same guy was on and my room key didn't work. It did the night before and that morning. He was rude again and told me that was the last time. It had been a nice stay before and everyone was so nice, not sure what happened from a few months ago. But, won't be staying again.

We booked a king bed and were given a room with 2 beds, we had no sound on our tv so we couldn’t use it, and our bathroom door did not close tight. We will never stay at this hotel again. We were not offered any money off for no working tv.

Was happy all around with everything. Had a problem with a running toilet & we were immediately given a new room. Only thing we didn’t like was lack of enough outlets by the beds.

The room was better than expected. Unfortunately, I had to switch rooms at 3a because the heater in my room did not work. The woman at the front desk was helpful.

Service was not good - TV in our room did not work and called front desk and no one came - frustrating that not even a call to say they had no one to come fix it - not good service

First room I was in the air conditioner leaked onto the floor, the shower leaked onto the bathroom floor so I tried to call the front desk and the phone didn't work. I was given a second room but it smelled strange and it was not as nice but I wasnt given any amount of refund. The staff on the first day wasnt very helpful but on the second day she was super nice and caring. Enjoyed the breakfast!

The front desk staff was friendly, check in was fast, the room was spotless, and the hotel was quiet. I was very impressed with how smooth my stay was!

Staff was not at the desk. More than one guest was waiting. Asked for 2nd bath towell only had one, and extra blanket. Did not show up when we were told they would deliver. We went to desk and he gave us another sheet- not blanket. The bathroom smelled. Said my rate was $109. And you charged $134 . Something was not right.

The staff was nice at check in, the room was huge, if a bit old. A couple points off for being difficult to find (it's hidden behind a Texas Roadhouse with no signage, and GPS tells you you're there in the middle of the highway) and poor selection for breakfast. The morning I was there, all they basically had was make your own waffles and cold cereal. The waffles were great, but not much to start your day on.

Parking safe, location good, and close to the hiking trails I was interested in. The room was clean and I enjoyed my stay.

Was very difficult to find the entrance, google maps took you to the back side and a back alley to the entrance with very minimal lighting, entrance is on the backside of a restaurant- I missed the entrance twice, made me feel uneasy and no entrance sign at the parking lot driveway.

Great spot right off the highway, but you could miss it if you didn't look for it behind Olive Garden, behind the gas station.

Location is a change out from a Days Inn I believe. They seemed to lack in help. When we arrived the outside garbage can was over flowing with garbage on the ground. The cleanliness was sub par. The complimentary breakfast was very limited with just pastries, toast, juice machine and waffle as an option. Beds were comfortable and the room for the most part was clean. I did like the location being next to some wonderful hiking trails and not far from downtown La Crosse.

King suite was roomy, the bed was comfortable, and I slept well. Easy access, close to shopping, parking lot was well lit. Quiet. Staff was friendly. Hotel is being updated. Breakfast is basic. Price is good. $25 pet fee. Will definitely stay again.

The property was very clean and the room was very large. It was easy to get around the room with my walker. The one thing that could use some improvement was the breakfast variety and I thought they could have allowed more time for breakfast..

The location is great. Hotel is good for the money. Not much for breakfast-cereal, waffles, toast, yogurt.

Don’t be deceived by the initial walk into the hotel. We arrived on a Thursday and when we went up to our room we were pleasantly surprised with the main lobby. We got to our room and it smelled of curry and/or tacos and continued to smell like that for the rest of our stay. We noticed on Thursday night that the pool area was quite gross. There were beer cans by the hot tub and dirty towels everywhere. On Friday night we attempted to go down to the hot tub. The same beer cans were there and the dirty towels were on the ground. I picked them up to be kind to the other patrons. The garbage was PACKED full. The hot tub was also luke warm at best. The towels within our room were not clean. There were makeup stains on one and the others were dirty. Breakfast was subpar. They were not keeping it stocked for the patrons coming through. The toaster was broken. Coffee was half empty. I personally would not come back which is sad to say because the location of the property was great. Please work on improving your location!

Free parking and easy handicap access So many variety food and shopping choices in the surrounding area to pick from. They offer American-style breakfast: waffle, toast, cereals, mini powdered & chocolate covered donuts and fruits. The one thing that is missing is protein, throw some egg or bacons in there or something. ( not unless if I missed out on the good stuff already ) This is the first hotel place that I've seen that offer slot machines, how cool is that. I mean beside Vegas hotels or if you're at the casino. LMAO They have a hot tub and swimming area that is 3-5ft deep only. One thing that would of been nice to have the towel rack fill up, it was empty. That led our room floor wet since its laminated flooring. Some hotel do not have the kitchen, this place does with a full size fridge, sink and electric stove top. So to say our room was cozy, comfortable and clean. Except for the bathroom, which could use a tab more cleaning. There was water residue on the shower faucet which also was leaking after showering, so you can hear the drip all night. Definitely behind the bathroom door need to be clean or wiped - I can see wet towel that previous people hung that the water dried from the towels. And that bathroom door can use some paint job. Also, the was a yellow stain inside the toilet bowl that needs to be clean and scrub off. Overall, to look past the bathroom issues I would say my stay wasn't bad. I will give you guys another try, when i'm back in town again.

Great price, 2 beds one very firm other extremely firm. Waffles, cereal, toast and bananas for breakfast options. No frills but well worth $80.

Minimal breakfast options. Everything else was good. The owners do care about the cleanliness and property.
