We had a total of 4 rooms and the one shower had slime, hanging from the shower head. The carpets are all stained and dirty. Breakfast staff was nice and friendly. The pool was nice, although pretty chilly, but the sauna heated up beautifully and was nice and hot!

This property is very run down hot tub wasn't even hot it was no different than the pool shower in the pool area was all busted didn't hardly work no shampoo no soap nothing very disgusting will not return to this property again

Room was clean, smelled good, and was cool (it was very hot outside). Staff was friendly and helpful. Swimming pool and hot tub open late and in nice condition. Breakfast was good for a typical hotel offering.

Pool and sauna are in poor shape. All the wood in the sauna needs to be replaced. The pool area was messy with towels and the floor was dirty even slimy.

The stay was fine. Be sure to ask if there are any events going on for the weekend if you have a concern for quiet. Main issue was it was a Hockey weekend so there were a LOT of children running around unsupervised. They were knocking on doors and running away. Pool area was packed and I had to tell them two days in a row to get more towels into pool area. Also, one of the elevators was partially broken so you could tell what floor was on. I also heard that a button was broken on 2nd floor. Could have been the kids. The staff were excellent and friendly. They were quick to see to our needs.

This is the 3rd time ive stayed in the last couple of months and this time was by far the worst. I will say that staff is very friendly and accomidating, however they asked what my service dog is trained to do at check in and by law they cant do that. I have her papers and her id which they didnt ask for. Next this is the second room i have had that had black mold in the shower. And last was the beds. I usually get a king bed when i travel alone however this time i got 2 queens as i had my friend with me. Never had an issue with the king beds but the queens first off were more like doubles and they were the most uncomfortable beds either one of us had ever slept in. Both of our bodies hurt so bad by the time we left it was hard to function. Also it had snowed and they never attempted to plow the parking lot or put sand or salt down so it was a skating rink and very dangerous.

We read many reviews about how clean and quiet the hotel was- it was exactly as the reviews described. Even though it was just short of full capacity we never heard any of our neighbors, their televisions or showers etc. It was very easy to fall asleep and stay asleep on the comfortable beds and in the quiet room. Had a nice indoor pool area also. All areas were very clean and staff was helpful and friendly.

Hotel had hair and animal hair all over the beds… BOTH BEDS!!! I told the staff and she switched me rooms. It was absolutely disgusting to know they tried to have me and my sister sleep in 2 used beds…. Not just 1 but 2.. the first bed had longer hairs… that’s why made me check the other bed. Upon checking the other bed I almost threw up over all the print hairs…..

The pull out couch had so many stains on it I wasn’t sure how to sleep on it safely. I needed up putting several sheets over the arms and bedding. I wouldn’t recommend this location it needs several updates chairs in the eating area stained also!

This is a nice place to stay. The staff is friendly and helpful. The breakfast is good. And the beds are comfortable. However for the price of the room i did not expect to find black mold in my shower. This is something that can easily be fixed if they are paying attention. I mentioned it to staff when i checked out and they said they will make a note of it and have it taken care of. Hopefully they do.

The room was very large and comfortable. Impressed that there was 4 jr hockey teams staying there and we never heard a peep. Sound proofing was great. However i was so disappointed in the bathroom and breakfast areas. The bathroom in our room was so small that i couldn't even shut the door with my walker. The toilet was a low seated toilet and was difficult to sit on and get up from. The breakfast area sas not accessible at all. I could not reach anything while in my wheelchair. And while i struggled, your two ataff members just watched me and did not offer any assistance. I hope they enjoyed the show. When i looked to book a room, i specifically asked for handicapped accessible hotels. Unfortunately, yours was not.

Room was dated. AC did not work well, and it had a smell in the room. Walls are thin, heard next doors neighbors alarm go off at 4am for 45 minutes straight, without shutting it off.

The inside door handle to our room fell off. Everything was wonderful until we went to breakfast. We were there 10 minutes before the breakfast hours ended. The breakfast worker was rude & very unpleasant. She had already turned off the waffle machine & put away the batter. The hot items were cold and half the breakfast choices were gone. We took some of what was left & sat near the kitchen door. She closed the sliding door with a SLAM! I have never had this experience before & it changed what would have been a lovely stay to a very unpleasant morning and not a breakfast we could enjoy. When breakfast is open until 10:00 it should be open until 10:00!

The room was great, clean and spacious. The latches on the door to the room sucks. I fully slammed the door closed and when I got back that night the door was still opened. The front desk guy seemed like he rather be anywhere but there when I went to go tell him about the door. Thankfully nothing was stolen but still annoying that it happened. 10/10 on the breakfast!

Hottub jets didnt work. Said they would send someone to look while we were out but didnt. Claimed they didnt even have maintenance on site. Manager never returned our repeat calls. Couldn't move us into a new room ans would not give us anyrhing else because we didn't book directly through them. They had zeron solutions, only excuses or no return calls. What kind of manager doesn’t return a customer call but DOES talk to her employees behind our back?

My bathroom vanity hadn’t been dusted in who knows how long. The tissue holder was covered in dust. The shelf where the towels were stacked had piles of what appeared to be drywall dust. The closet had a handle that was duct taped. The Manager of the property was beyond rude.

Check-in was rough. Front desk person left a note at 9:30p saying they would be back soon and arrived back an hour later, with 20 of us in the lobby waiting to check in. The next morning the general manager was hospitable and very aware of needing to address the issue with the overnight employee.

Have stayed at this site several times and have been pleased with the experience. Our go-to location for Twin City accommodations for family visits. Easy access, friendly staff, clean (our particular room this time had very faint scent as if time for the rug shampooing, but not a problem at all and not noticeable to my mate). Good breakfast with a hustling staff keeping it stocked. Lobby is clean and neat. My wife appreciates the available coffee! Because of Winter Storm Warning we had to cancel our last night and head home early. While they didn't have to, the staff very graciously refunded our last-minute cancellation of our last night. They were so understanding and great about it, and we were able to beat the storm home. We recommend the site!

Great location! explore the twin cities then escape to the quiet Lino lakes area for the night. Property could use some landscaping, and the hotel is a little dated, but the kids loved the pool, and the customer service was excellent. The room was nice, clean, and comfortable.

I liked the fact that the property has a nice long driveway, it's just a short drive from Interstate 35, yet there is no traffic noise. It's surrounded by wooded area on the back side which makes it almost like being next to a state park. Highly recommend this hotel.

We have stayed here before. Even though this hotel was booked solid, we were impressed about how quiet it was. We love how rural it is, even tough it's in the city. We feel very safe here. The staff was very polite & friendly also. Thank you!!

We have stayed many times and always thought the hot breakfast was good. But today, there was only sausages, no eggs or omlets as in the past. Really seemed lacking. And when asked, the girl tending the food area seemed to not know what I was talking about. A disappointment. We left to go out for breakfast.

Nice comfortable stay close to a variety of restaurants (within driving distance). We felt very safe and the hotel & surrounding area was nicely kept up. It was peak fall leaves time and the property had a lot of really pretty trees around it. We didn’t swim so can’t speak to those areas. Everything in our room was in very good working order. Breakfast was good. Omletes, 2 kinds of sausage, waffle-makers (large and mini), a variety of breads, cereals & juices. For someone who is trying to eat super clean, maybe not so healthy. But it was alright for one morning. ;-) Overall it was a great stay!
