Holiday Inn Express & Suites Hawthorne - Elmsford North by IHG

Room was clean and staff was very nice

We just discovered this hotel right beside my doctor’s office. It was great, especially the hot breakfast.

This hotel used to be a Comfort Inn& Suites that we happily visited for years. We mourn the change. This new place is impersonal, pricier, and the breakfast space is tighter. That said, the room was clean and quiet. The bed was comfortable. The breakfast had healthy options. We will return when they offer competitive pricing, which seems to happens at times.

The only complaint I have is the invasive odor of cannabis smoking. The odor was stifling which was surprising because this is a smoking free hotel.

Clean room, new renovations, friendly staff!
