The hotel has tons of parking including a covered parking garage and carport in the back with CCTVs watching all of it. The area is a few blocks off the highway so there’s no road noise, and the neighborhood is mostly medical businesses, so it’s super quiet and seems safe. Very nice receptionist though I arrived quite late. Easy to bring my dog: $15/night.

The rooms were fairly clean although one had a strange smell to it. The garbage at the entrance was full and overflowing. The baseboard in one of our bathrooms was held up by thumbtacks. The towels smelled clean but we're very stained and I didn't want to use them. The breakfast was extremely limited and pretty horrible. No hot foods except a waffle maker, no eggs or breakfast meats and the juices were watered down.

Top notch nasty, filthy yucky I didn’t stay no way first I saw a roach, no way I’d eat, furniture was nasty, floor/carpet was nasty, cable box was balanced on the tv, room had a ceiling fan with an inch of dirt on it, bathroom wall was gross etc etc, I left went elsewhere

Room221 tv was not easy to operate, bathroom needed painting, breakfast was out of waffle mix and coffee. It took 10 minutes to get coffee. Air conditioner was very nicely and we had to turn it off to get to sleep.

The guest next door was extremely loud and made noise throughout the night. The noise and laughter with walls hitting felt like everything was happening under my bed.. I notified the front desk multiple times to kindly redirect them, staff stated there was nothing she could do than call but they did not pick their calls. She also said, “there are times we have difficult guests like that, we can’t control them “ First of, that was wrong. Guests should be encouraged to respect other guests in the facility by keeping their voices down because nobody knows what other guest is going through that a little quietness may fix. I was up all night..feeling so horrible knowing that I was doing a 6hr driving early in the morning. It was the most horrifying experience that I’ve ever had and I don’t wish to experience again. I struggled all through my 6hr drive.. coffee could not fix the tiredness. I’m requesting a full refund! Mo’

This was halfway between our daughter's house in New Mexico and ours in Texas. We got a good price, the beds were comfortable anf the room was spacious. It was great to have a little sink area with a microwave and mini fridge. The only negatives were that we couldn't turn off the ceiling fan and the bathroom fan didn't work. There were lots of good places to eat within a mile. We would stay here again.

First I paid for my servatuon online be then when I checked in the I had to pay 100 more as some kind of deposit for "cleanliness". I don't expect I'll get it back even though I only brought a phone charger upstairs .I'll never stay here again

Staff was rude and inappropriate. Staff would come in my room during the day while I was sleeping even when I had the do not disturb sign on the door. Front desk staff talked down to me and treated me like a child. Will not stay there again and will not recommend to anyone I know.

Room was recently painted but at the time we walked into the room painters tape was still in many areas of the room. In the morning walked down for breakfast and many of the breakfast food was out. No coffee, no waffle mix etc.

Great price but now I know why. This property advertised breakfast included but they only had cereal and 1 bagel. The juice was warm. Totally unacceptable. The staff was also not friendly or helpful. The room was short on towels and they couldn't be bothered to bring any to us. There was as stench at the front desk and in the hall. Not sure if it was the staff or the facility but it was not good either way. Room was decent. Clearly recently renovated but also clearly done on the cheap. Will be crappy in 6 months. Definitely will not stay here again despite numerous future trips to Lubbock in the plans.

The young man at the front desk was very polite and helpful. If you don’t mind hearing everything that goes on in the rooms next to you this is an ok place to stay. Breakfast is limited and if you get down close to closing time you may miss out as they start to put food up or do not replenish anything.
