Spacious room and very nice hotel bar, breakfast and hall. Unfortunately the sauna didn’t seem to work. The room was ok though the wall paint was not very well done and some wall outlet fixations in the room looked unfinished.

Sofa bed in our room was broken so we didn't have a place to sleep for 5th person. The staff resolved the issue by giving us access to another room and they said we can use both rooms as it was late at night. We did not get any instructions about transferring completely to the second room and also nobody contacted me about fixing the sofa bed in the first room. So we used both rooms for two nights as it was clear the room will need to be cleaned after us anyway, so it makes no difference to the staff if we move completely or not. However, it was quite a surprise when I got billed full price for the second room during checkout as if it was our decision to use both rooms. Nobody at the reception spoke English at that moment so it was very difficult to communicate about the situation. Also, it looks like most of the staff are people that don't use the facilities as it took me at least 15 minutes to figure out how to get to the pool change room from the hotel reception because nobody was able to give be simple instructions. The staff really needs to realize that English is the business language. You can speak however you want and whatever is the local language, but you must speak English if you work in hospitality.

Loud and noisy restaurant. No atmosphere. Understaffed. Lots of tickets, enveloppes looks chaotic at the bar and check out. No minibar in room, but also nothing at the bar or a vendor machine. Asked for a digital invoice, nothing send. Deposit took few days to refund. I think some startup hick-ups. Room and bathroom are good. The shower has at least a nice closed glas shielding what prevents water floating on the tiles in the "dry"section what is mostly in other hotels. Sauna and gym are good. Parking in front of the hotel and easy to acces and close to the airport.

The hotel was easy to find by car, you drop off the end of the E 70 heading into Zagreb and its very visible. Good parking and friendly reception. Rooms clean, huge bed, and large shower but lacked a luggage stand. I believe we were in a bedroom for disabled which I had mistakenly booked. Despite the room facing traffic, the glazing kept out the noise. The reception did neglect to point out the key car is needed to be able to select the floor in the lift which seemed to catch out several others. The restaurant provided an excellent evening meal. We also had a very good hot breakfast.
