Beautiful setting. The cottage is very well equipped and furnished. Our host was very helpful and responded quickly to all questions.We couldn't be happier with the week we spent here.

We’ve stayed in several vacation properties over the years and Overton Cottage is definitely tops. The house was spotless, comfortable and its central air conditioning was very appreciated. Robert was friendly and helpful but in no way intrusive. You really can’t beat the views and privacy. This property is a winner.
