The Riv was wonderful! We enjoyed these small mini homes and it was exactly what we needed with all the luxuries and comforts one would want in the desert. We were able to cook, and the view from our patio was beautiful! Enjoyed every minute of our stay.

I loved that the kitchen was fully equipped with plenty of pots, pans, Tupperware, etc. I found the saran wrap and foil to be super useful. Everything was super clean! Looking forward to seeing the pool and hot tub!

Beautiful property, the room felt like home. Bed was very comfy, the kitchen was fully stocked with supplies, just gotta bring your own food! The noise level was 0 as you have no one above you or in a room next to you. The Roku TV had plenty of options to kick back and relax to, just a very pleasant stay in gorgeous southern Utah!

Zion was about 15 minutes away and it's a super easy drive. The owner and staff really go the extra mile to make you feel appreciated - welcome gift basket, and assortment of K-cups for your morning coffee, high-quality shampoo/body wash in the shower, an AMAZINGLY comfortable king bed. The property will complete the pool and hot tub area soon (Fall 2025) - so that will be a great addition after hiking all day in the park. We hope to return soon and we'll 100% stay at The Riv.

Great place to stay when visiting Zion NP!! Less than 10 mins to entrance of Zion which we loved since we planned on getting to the park early. Place is BRAND NEW!! perfect layout for a family with kids as the upstairs loft had space with a queen and 2 singles. Would absolutely stay here again!
