Our day was great. The personnel were super nice. The only bad thing was when we were getting ready to check out. The elevator was broken and we had to carry our luggage down the stairs three flights and then go back up to get more. That kind of put a damper on our stay, that everything was good.

This is a great spot if you don't need to be right in downtown Prescott. We're local but went here for a little "staycation" because my granddaughter dreamed of a winter swim. I called ahead to make sure the indoor pool was open, then booked. When we arrived the next day, Zac at the front desk - who I'd talked to on the phone - checked us in. He was friendly, very courteous, and efficient. The room was great. Spotlessly clean with a comfortable bed and Disney on the TV. The fridge was clean and cold. The indoor pool area is great. There's a little kiddie pool, a normal pool, and a hot tub. The decor is very kid-oriented with faux palm trees and jungle animals. A giant elephant sprays water from his snout in the middle of the pool. This is awesome and a contrast to the much more sterile/boring indoor pools elsewhere in Prescott. The granddaughter had a blast swimming. There are several restaurants nearby. We just grabbed burgers and hot dogs at Five Guys, but there's also a Texas Roadhouse and a great local called Augie's very close by. The free hot breakfast was excellent. Bacon, omelets, biscuits and gravy (though the gravy was a bit thin), waffles, etc. There were even churro waffles. Anyway, we had a great staycation. At the end, my 5 y/o granddaughter looked at the pool and said, "Best weekend ever." Totally worth the very affordable stay!

Amazing breakfast and nive staff. However, when I reserved there was no mention of construction. Parking was very difficult to find and loading and unloading was challanging too because of the lack of access to the entry way. Also, the pool was nice but something needs to be done about the ventilation in there. It was so very hot and humid that it was hard to breathe and made being in there not enjoyable.

Clean hotel with attentive staff. Appreciated amenities like water filters, a BBQ/outside area you can use, and especially the fun pool. Also there are EV chargers in the parking lot, which was important to us. Breakfast had a great variety and even had things like almond milk. This hotel has a lot of attention to details, such as doors that don't slam shut. Best and smoothest stay we've had in awhile, very refreshing to feel a hotel is well run.

This was a fabulous stay! The staff and management were warm, welcoming and attentive. Everything was perfect for us. The pool area looked as if people had not showered before entering, but we didn’t use it. The outside area with a grill and fire pit are great for relaxing after exploring Prescott. The tv is set up for streaming several options, e.g. Netflix, Tubi but we couldn’t figure out how to pause with the remote. And absolutely, the puppy with the smile cup on the elevator door will bring a smile to you.

After we had checked in and gotten our kids in bed, we realized the carpet by the AC/window was soaking wet. We called front desk who offered to move us to another room, but our kids were already in bed, so we thought it would be ok. Without AC, it was miserably hot. Service, breakfast, and pool were amazing and perfect for our needs!

Asked front desk to turn off music in breakfast room given two TVs were on with news being broadcasted and music competed with news. They graciously turned it off.

Probably one of the nicest hotels I've ever stayed in. It was so new and clean. Beds were so so comfortable. We were put in a room with quick access to elevator and pool.( Pool.was beautiful, perfect temp and extremely clean.)That was a blessing because I had hurt my back and knee the day before. It was a fantastic location! Got to go to Trader Joe's, Cotsco for gas and Sprouts while we were there and easily went to Prescott center, easily accessed two key roads, 69 & 89. Will always stay there.

The hotel is beautifully renovated and the room we were in was very clean and very nice. Hotel staff was wonderful. They were helpful, polite, and helpful. Unfortunately, with everything being as nice as it was, this hotel has chosen to go with the world’s hardest mattresses in their rooms. That is literally the only problem I had with this day unfortunately, it’s a big one. We were coming off of a canceled reservation at another property because they had their pool closed for maintenance. Zac at the front desk was great and made myself and the kids feel welcome immediately. My kids went from disappointed and cranky after a few hours in the car, to really excited to be at the hotel and go swimming. Zac made sure we got our fresh baked cookies and was very friendly and helpful the whole trip. The room was comfy and clean, the pool area was great for the kids, the breakfast was perfect and everybody on staff was super professional and helpful. On the way out, my daughter dropped her entire drink on the lobby floor and nobody batted an eye. Just said it was okay, told me to go ahead and leave it and went to grab a mop. Great stay, great service, will definitely be back.

The room was not available and I got put in a different hotel for more than double the price. Then was told I had to request a refund for the room I originally reserved. And when I received the refund I was told they were "being flexible" and wouldn't charge penalties...It should have been an automatic refund. And the accommodation at the sister hotel should have been at the same rate.

Just stayed here with my husband and son for 2 nights. Very impressed with breakfast and the complimentary coffee and hot chocolate all day was awesome. The firepit and pool was also nice. Didnt receive housekeeping when we were there due to a short stay bit im sure that would have been superb as well. We will definitely be back. Zac was very welcoming when we arrived and we were able to check in early!

Nice hotel. The property is very well kept, and the hotel building and interior are in excellent condition. Very clean. The rooms are well decorated, comfortable, and clean. It's a quiet hotel, too. The daytime staff are amazing and friendly. The evening desk member needs to go to charm school. However, I highly recommend this hotel.

The staff was great. The breakfast buffet was small but never ending. The rooms were clean. So very appreciated this fact. It was quiet. The pool an jacuzzi were clean and adequate. There is not much around the area and forget about Uber or Door Dash delivery. You will have to go pick up your own food. Property Room Service way more than other places. Maybe this is just the way it is in the Prescott area but not even Loews or The Dell room service was as costly. Other than that, this place was great with a friendly staff.

Staff were very nice and always had a smile when you walked past them. Rooms could use new pillows however. Also for breakfast, make sure the hot items are hot - eggs were luke warm so ended up tossing most of it.

2nd year staying here for new years and we love it! Breakfast is amazing! Indoor pool is great for family and the hours are accommodating. The staff are very nice and I appreciate the complimentary coffee and hot cocoa all day!
