The staff was great , we met G one off the managers, she was a people’s person, great personality, the only thing we did not like was the pool area, there was no ventilation, in the room , it needs to be vented, no fresh air, we did not see anyone in the pools , the three days we were there, and I am sure that’s why, other then that it was a very nice place .

27 rooms on each floor and it’s a six floor building only one elevator just think 150 people waiting for an elevator also there is no coffee served except breakfast hours in the lobby. I booked a king suite and the TV was so small. I could barely see it.

Staff was incredibly friendly. Breakfast was very good. Most parking is behind the building. We had a late flight and having a dennys practically in the parking lot was very convenient

The hotel look nice, the front desk was very helpful, the rooms looked clean but my allergies and my moms asthma just got really bad as soon as we enter the room, the room smell like humidity. The breakfast was cold and the lady that work the area was pretty rude not only to me but to other customers too. Area had a strong bleach smell but the pool itself did not look clean. I really like all the marriott hotels that I have stayed in so far but this one dissapointed us.

The pool was Filthy, they didn’t do the room every day no toilet paper available I have to ask for extra towel and on top of it they charged me $60 extra dollars and they don’t say why

The hotel was nice and quiet, the bkfast was delicious, Annette the cook was really nice she made me a special omelette for bkfast the 2nd day I stayed there. Just didn’t like the indoor pool the water was foggy and there was no jacuzzi. Overall it was nice and would stay there again.

This hotel was great! It was clean, the free breakfast was really good, and the gym was huge for a hotel gym. They even gave us an extra hour to check out. I'll be back

I wasn't there much, only to sleep, but my stay was pleasant, there was a couple of set backs, like only one elevator was working, and the sink in my room had very low water pressure. But other than that, i enjoyed my stay.

We expected a little more with the name Marriott attached. When we walked in everything looked good but when we went to sit on the couch, it was very dirty, so we refused to sit on that not knowing what it's from. The walls had what looked like bloody dried snot flung on them in the same living space. In the bedroom area, everything was much cleaner. The bed sheets and things were clean. Bathroom had some mold around in the shower, so could've used a good scrubbing and the shower faucet leaked. All in all, it was fine for the 1 night we were staying but I would have requested a good cleaning or another room if I was staying longer.

When we go to hotel the pull out trundle bed was so dirty housekeeping came out and cleaned I also found some bugs in bathroom and my kids have bites all over them so I am pretty sure they have bed bugs

The room size was very good. We appreciated the atmosphere and aroma of the hotel. The breakfast was decent. The few issues we had was the refrigerator in the room made a buzzing noise that was constant all night. That wouldn't have been so bad if it wasn't for the toilet running on and off all night. That noise was drowned out by the ridiculously loud AC unit. Needless to say it was not a fun place to sleep. On top of this we never received service to our room even after we made a point to let the receptionist know. We had the room booked for 5 days. I dont think we will be back there to stay.

My room was very small, felt like I was staying in a Motel. No complimentary water, the walls was paper thin, you could hear everything. No little extras with this hotel, no tissue box and etc, and one TV.

The front desk staff were SOOOOOO nice! Special shout-out to Cameron who was so accommodating and just a ray of sunshine every time I passed by the front desk. 10/10 hospitality!

Guest service is terrible. Only one front desk person greeted me upon entering and exiting. The rest didn’t even make eye contact with me. Elevator is slow and hot! Didn’t enjoy this property and won’t be back

The front desk employees were very friendly everyday of our stay. All of the staff spoke when they passed by you( a plus). The food was also excellent! It was the best breakfast I have had in awhile. I will definitely stay there again.

Very spacious room. Clean and tidy. Lobby also clean, nice breakfast spread. Staff was so nice and friendly. They even helped us when we wanted to use the library area for a small graduation celebration. Great location near airport and the graduation ceremony at NSU. Not too far from Waterside District for great food and views on the water.

Easy to find. Safe and secure. Room was clean and spacious. Free parking too. Carmen at the front desk was a sweetheart. She gave us a list of restaurants around the area, and categorized it by types of food and provided information about it. You can tell with each guest she checks in or out, she builds a wonderful rapport with them.

The omelet and waffle station closed at 8:50am while being advertised as available until 9am. Breakfast is scheduled until 10am. At 8:51 we couldn’t get an omelet or waffle.

Hotel was great. Was told breakfast was from 630-10am with a waffle station and omelet station. Got to breakfast at 8:50am Was refused a waffle at 8:52 when questioning the lady working it she rudely said we close this one hour before breakfast is over. I looked at my phone and said well it’s 8:52 so I should be able to get a waffle for another 8 mins. She then explained they closed it 10 mins before it “actually” closed. No customer service at all and if breakfast is advertised until 10, you should be able to get it until then!!!

The hotel is very nice, clean spacious rooms. The breakfast is the best! Never expected an omelette station! The staff is friendly and accommodating. The only two cons is the elevator was a little concerning. It starts with a big jolt and water in our bathtub couldn’t be turned off completely making it difficult to turn on the shower.

When you eating breakfast they have people to help you bring things to table if you have a lot of plates or foods or could drinks. Also have fresh omelets made to order omelette when I was there so good!!
