TV was very limited, no music channels. PBS kids? Pool and hot tub closed. Can't put that on the website though. Not even a jetted tub in the room. For the bit over $800 for the weekend without the pool and hot tub, I won't I'll choose here again.

Attended a concert in the Mayo arena. Loved the skyway connection (no waiting in line in the cold). Free parking ✅. Friendly staff✅. Comfortable, spacious rooms✅. Great stay!

Cannot park a 3/4 ton truck in parking ramp because ramp clearence is only 6.8. Shampoo dispenser in shower was empty. Staff was very busy due to unforeseen computer issue by the software company, but handled it very well. Very apologetic, helpful, and did an awesome job. I would still stay there in the future because it's a nice property and in a safe location.

The parking is not as good as it could be. All of the reserved spots make it difficult to find a spot when its busy. The elevators are insanely slow.

I stay here once a year. It’s clean, and the staff’s always nice and helpful. The rooms have fridges and microwaves. But the best part is the location. Walkable to so many bars, restaurants, coffee shops, and even a large grocery store. There’s a river walk/bike path right across the street that is cool to stroll on. The one down side is that the pool is really small.

We checked in and went to the room, which was filthy and hadn't been cleaned yet. The cleaning staff was nice and sent us to another room pretty readily. For this much money, I guess I expect more, i.e. clean, not as dated and better customer service.

Overall very clean and comfortable. Future I would request more pillows for bed but for the most part very satisfied with our stay for it being short and sweet for concert in town! Nice check in gal, very kind and friendly. Good explaining of how accommodations work for the area!

The mirror in mine and my sisters bathroom had several black smoky smears on them. The shower had hair on the ceiling and overall the room was quite disgusting. There are two elevators and only one worked after our second trip downstairs. The gal at checkin was walking around and we waited over five minutes for someone to come tell us that "it'll be a minute" then she was short with us when we got there. Overall, this hotel left much to be desired with the only benefit being the location.

This hotel was very relaxed and friendly. Very clean the rooms were wonderful and spacious. We had a private patio in our top floor room to sit and smoke and look over the beautiful city. Close to bars and restaurants and the music venue Vetter stone amphitheater. Will definitely stay again.

We arrived at 2am and had a little difficulty getting the attention of someone to let us in. The internet was easy to log on to, however, we couldn't get logged on to the premium wifi that was posted in the room and the front desk had no idea what I was talking about. The pillows were a bit too squishy and the bed was really soft. I had requested extra pillows before check in yet had to request them twice before they were delivered. The toilet flushing handle was cracked and the TP holder was not attached. It was nice that the pool was open til 11pm. The room was quiet. It was a bit frustrating that we couldn't use our own firestick. Would recommend for a nice stay!

I was downgraded from a suite to a Jr suite and was not told about it. I had been planning this trip for a couple weeks to propose to my then girlfriend and I had surgery the night before so it really felt like a slap in the face, especially since we were not reimbursed for the difference in room cost. The only person that was nice was Andrea at the front desk. She tried to make everything right, but I’m not sure you can fix things like that when you’re not willing to either eat the room cost or pay me the difference but she did try. no thanks to her manager. I was told they overbooked for their suites and I was bumped down because I booked through Expedia. I will say that again I was downgraded because I booked through Expedia.

When I checked in Saturday, I was told they gave my room away and only had a king. My companion had to have a rollaway bed brought up which he said was not that comfortable. I was told to contact them later if ai want to dispute or complain. This marks 2 straight stays there where my room was either given away or they had rooms incorrect.

Had extreme difficulty contacting hotel to extend their me night following neurosurgery. Ended up paying much more than previous 2 nights (that were booked thru Expedia. My husband was very upset with hotel staff and really can’t see why we’d be charged so much! Impossible to get front desk to answer!

We had reserved a room with a King Bed through Hotels.com for one night. When we arrived, the host at the desk gave us an ADA room. When we asked to be moved to a non-ADA room, the type of room we requested, he told us he was unable to do so and that hotels.com sends their information to Hilton hotels specifically requesting ADA, regardless of what the user requested. When I showed him our reservation, the front desk host stated there weren't any more rooms available as they were booked solid. During our short stay, we never saw another hotel guest - not in the elevators nor in the lobby. We saw three people in the lobby bar that evening, but that was it. It happened that the same person was at the front desk when we checked out and he asked us how our stay was. When I told him that we doubted the hotel was booked as he had stated and that we suspected he was being untruthful, he stated that he was sorry that there weren't more people in the lobby to show us how many people were staying there. I told him he didn't have to be a jerk and that this is no way to treat a customer who just spent a fair amount of money for a type of room they didn't reserve. I will never stay at that Hilton again.

To start things off, the A/C was out in the building. While your individual room worked, we were there for a wedding so no meeting people at the hotel and hanging out. The restaurant is way over priced and could t get orders correct. Then they sat in the window for 20 minutes p, despite asking to serve them. We knew they were ours because we’re the only party in the restaurant.
