Restaurant & employees were Amazing, food was delicious. However, we were there for almost week & the rooms were not cleaned at all during our 6 day/5 night visit (even though I personally requested it) i had to constantly be asking for toilet paper & water, on top of that there was also a huge hole in the wall of the most expensive room.

I only stayed long enough for a 4 hour nap but I appreciated that they reached out and scheduled transport to the hotel. The bed was comfortable, the shower was hot.

Check in was at 2pm, we a family 6 got there to rest after a long flight, and had to wait for an hour to get the room, it wasnt cleaned. Only 1 restaurant on the facilities, and the service and quality is terrible. Hotel it self, half of it was hot other half was cold. I am sure its fine as a resort but as a hotel to use to rest between layover i would not recommend

I ask the staff to get me the car to tour me around and drop me off in the airport . While I’m going around the city I left my carry on bag in the car and I lost my jewelry I check my jewelry before going out and still and when I came home the small bag of my jewelry still there but my jewels are gone
