The hotel is a boutique hotel in the central of Hanoi, with only a few steps to the Hoan Kiem Lake. There is not much to say about the facilities but we were greatly impressed by how friendly and helpful the staffs are. Everyone from reception, concierge and kitchen/restaurant staff are super nice and kind. We travel with 2 kids and they remember my kids by their names and were super kind to them. Appreciate that they went extra miles to help us feel comfortable during our stay. We will be back.

When we checked in yesterday, they told us about their laundry service with a 12h return time. But with us checking out the next morning, they expedited our laundry and returned our clothes folded within 4h! Faster than I could do at home. After our breakfast this morning, Ling the restaurant hostess asked us our plans (Halong Bay cruise this morning), and immediately insisted we help ourselves to some takeaway food for the long car ride, giving us a food container to fill up. And as we boarded our bus to our cruise, the hotel staff gave us a small gift bag of coffee beans etc to take with us.

I had a perfect stay at this hotel and wish to say thank you to all personal I interacted with for the great service, excellent room and allowing me to create great memories in Hanoi. I stayed only one night but I will book again if I visit Vietnam. I was welcomed with warm hospitality since the moment I arrived. The rooms were super clean and beautifully designed. The staff were friendly and helpful. They helped to store our luggage even though we had checked out for the Sapa tour (When we returned from Sapa, we actually checked in to another hotel) but they were so kind to keep my luggage there. When we returned from Sapa, we collected our luggage from the hotel. We really appreciated it. Location wise, it is superb in the Old Quarter and yet it is quiet in the room. It is not located near the train street and yet it is walkable. We stayed for a night in the family room with a balcony and the next day, we left for a 2D1N Lan Ha Bay cruise. When we returned, we stayed in a different room without a balcony. For a family of five, the family room with a balcony was more spacious and the beds were more comfortable compared to the one without the balcony. If you are coming in a group, you can opt for the one with a balcony if it is available. If you need advice on excursions, the hotel has a range of tours to offer. I took the Ninh Binh Trang An tour, it was well arranged, the buffet lunch was great and offered lots of choices. Overall, my family enjoyed our stay there.

This is a budget hotel—but the service was anything but budget. The room was simple, clean and comfortable—exactly what we needed. What truly made our decision to extend our stay was their staff, named Da, who gave us a Five-Star treatment. He went above and beyond to help us with directions, dinner reservations, transportation and even arranging tours, always with genuine kindness and a smile. I left my sweatshirt at a beauty salon and it closed before I could go back to retrieve it. I mentioned it to Da and he went out of his way to get it from the beauty salon the following day—messaged me that he got it back. Moreover, he arranged to have our luggages transferred to a different room since we had an early tour the following day. This level of thoughtful is something I’ve honestly never experienced at much more expensive hotels I’ve stayed at as a world traveler. Da is genuinely kind, thoughtful and cares about their guests—proof that true hospitality isn’t about price or luxury branding. If you’re looking for an affordable place with heart, this is it. I would happily stay here again.

I cannot recommend this hotel highly enough! From the moment we arrived, the man at font desk DA went above and beyond to make our stay unforgettable. He not only arranged all our subsequent tours and hotels seamlessly but also showed extraordinary kindness and care when my friend fell ill. He personally ran to a pharmacy to get medicine for her and later called to check on her and remind her to take her next dose. His generosity didn’t stop there—when I mentioned how much I loved the sweets we had at breakfast, he promised to bring me some the next day. True to his word, he surprised me with ten of them! The level of hospitality and genuine kindness we experienced here is rare. If you’re looking for a place where you’re treated like family, this is it. Thank you for making our time in Hanoi so special! We will definitely be back.

Amazing breakfast with plenty of options and above all super dedicated staff willing to help and bring to you everything one needs. Should mention that as I had late flight my luggage was well taken cared of and I was able to shower, provided with clean towel, just before heading to airport, after a long day of street walking, shower was a most welcome need.

The breakfast menu had American options which I didn’t try, but the Pho was so amazing. Also had boiled eggs, duck, fried rice and some fresh fruits. The coffee was amazing and the staff were so polite and kind. Just in the basement of the hotel. The nice lady saw that I was sweating after putting too many chilis into my Pho and turned the AC to a little colder.
