Did not get the king room we booked. And it was after checking time. So they gave me a single Queen. The bathroom looked like it wasn’t cleaned so they gave us another room. And as soon As I walked through the door there was a cigarette but on the floor no towels tub still filthy in this one also. It was worse than the first one. I went to get towels and they didn’t have any available. Left the next day.

After coming to this hotel years after years it’s sad to say it’s declined quite a bit. Looks bad from the outside and then it showed on the inside. Went from having waffles and cereals and bagels a few years ago ( at least 6+ now ) to only bagels ( literally last time I went in 2024 ) to not having a free breakfast included at all ( all though they advertise it on websites! 09/2026) now all they have is a cold serving coffee machine and a *brand new* gambling machine where breakfast once was. Secondly! I had booked a King room originally and was told upon arrival my room wasn’t available and I could have a double instead. No big deal I guess but once I was in the room they gave me I noticed it was dusty, the chairs have the fabric worn/torn off them, and it just didn’t seem well kept. Don’t get me started on the bedding felt like I slept on a bale of hay. Sad to see a hotel that once had decent rooms ( ones you’d come back to and relax in between trips to presq isle ) and breakfast that gathered the whole hotel in one area for a brief time is looking like it could close at any minute. My trips itself was great Erie is great just need a better hotel next time!

The room had no towels, no soap or shampoo, it had the in room coffee maker but no coffee or items for it, we had a smoking room, which was on the forth floor, but everytime you got off the elevator or walked into the hallway it smelled like bad weed, the smell even lingered into our room in the middle of the night, was woken up at 3am with people in the hall yelling, and the elevator worked but was very scary, it bounced everytime the door opened or closed.

Building is old and in the back of another hotel and feels dark and unsafe. But overall service is good and okay for a one night sleep . Staff very nice and kind.

This hotel was unacceptable. Everything that the amenities that was on the website is not their only thing they have is a pool. The TV didn’t work. The Wi-Fi didn’t work. The air conditioner didn’t work. It was very nasty and black and smelly and they didn’t even want to accommodate and switch us to a different room. They actually took us out the system and said we didn’t stay there. It was a horrible terrible decision to stay at that hotel and if I was up to you guys, I will stop doing business with them as a third-party. That’s how terrible it was.
