Undergoing renovations....we had nice new carpet. Bed was a bit too firm for my liking but I slept ok. Room was clean. Breakfast was great!!!

Despite the construction, the hotel still looked great. Our room was clean and looked great. Every employee we dealt with was friendly and courteous. We will definitely be staying again when we're in town!

After reading some reviews I thought maybe I should have booked elsewhere, however the hotel ended up being very nice. For an older hotel it had been updated nicely. Breakfast was very good for a hotel. Only downside side is the pool is small and the hot tub doesn’t work.

We booked thru hotel.com. BIG MISTAKE. Our “spacious” room turned out to be about 10’x 10’ room next to the elevator. Noisy thumping all night. The Hampton hotel was under construction. More noise, no pool and no hot tub. After checking out the room, we were told to contact hotel. Com because they do not allow cancellations. We ncontacted their customer service and were told we would get a credit to use on future bookings with hotel.com. Guess what! It never came. The front desk told us hotel.com books the cheapest smallest rooms on site. We will not book through them again. Very disappointed.

Was extremely dissapointed in the service. Book multiple rooms for a lomg stay for a business group. Immediately after booking realized each room was booked for an extra day. Called within 10 minutes to get it corrected and neither hampton or expedia would fix it duebto it being booked through expedia. Will not use either company expedia did a poor job trying to fix it, and the hampton inn s customer service was absolutely terrible. The employee basically laughed about it and said it was our loss. Mind you the rooms were rented for 2 weeks later and the hotel was saying it was full would have been very easy to release the rooms and rebook them. Just very dissapointed with the lack of care for their customers. Also lots of construction going on dust everywhere in the halls and the room.

Very disappointed with this hotel. We always stay at Hampton Inns. We loved this one because of the hot tub and pool, mainly the hot tub. Which was not in service. I went to use the tub in the room. 3 pubic hairs, 2 long hairs. I don’t think the bathroom was cleaned prior. Could hear the elevator, and people coming in and out of the hotel at all hours from our room 212. Heard a loud noise come from the closet, the access panel for the shower, just fell off. Asked for a room change, which was denied. Worst part - I wasted $68 in Expedia points, and over $100 in my money. When talking with hotel mgr they let me know if I would have booked with them I would have been refunded. It was literally one issue after another. Very disappointing.

We were staying at this hotel to be able to help our parents complete projects at their home. It was very hot (90+) and it was nice to have a cool place to relax and sleep. The tile floor was dirty and needed to be cleaned. Otherwise, no issues. Breakfast was hot and fresh.

It was mostly nice but we wished the windows would have better insulation to drown out all the highway and street noise. With many cars and trucks that are loud we had 2 sound machines and ear plugs and still could hear all the outside noise. The room didn’t look like it got vacuumed and I think there should have been bigger trash cans in the rooms.

A little on the grim side—textured walls, popcorn ceiling, views of roof. Friendly staff, convenient, but a tad soul robbing. Oh, no TV signal. I didn't call down to the desk to have that issue resolved, and that's not a deal-breaker, but it contributed to the "meh" impression overall

This was a nice property with food options very close by. Only downside was that the cable for TV was out in our room. When I called the front desk it just rang and rang. The desk clerk may have been checking someone in but you would think they would at least answer and ask you to hold. Other than that, it was clean and the appliances, including heater/AC worked great.

Very comfortable stay, had a great dinner at the restaurant right next to the hotel so that was very convenient. There was some room noise, I was woken up around 4am to what sounded like a garbage truck outside, I was on the 2nd floor. Front desk very friendly and helpful.

Room was very nice, bed super comfy, and breakfast was excellent. The only drawback was the TV - the guide wouldn't display anything, just 23-1, 23-2, etc. but no description of what was on each channel. I finally figured out how to turn the volume up and down, hold down the button while pressing up/down. Boy, it shouldn't be that hard to find a movie to play.

The front desk staff was not trained very well. Had an attitude. Mr had a large divot under the carpet right as you walk into the room. Probably not a big deal for most , but when you are handicapped and have balance issues it can lead to a very serious fall.

I would like to commend your room cleaner Jen, who saw my wife and I coming down the hall, and held the elevator for us to get there, was extraordinarily friendly and gracious, and who subsequently found, and reported that I had left my rain jacket hanging in the closet. We were both very impressed with her friendly and helpful attitude, even before she turned my jacket in. You should be so lucky as to have an entire staff as professional, courteous, and friendly as Jen!

We have stayed at this hotel multiple times. It is an older building so it is a bit run down but nice overall. The breakfast is not great, but the bed was very comfy. Water pressure in the shower is lacking but everything was clean. Also the staff is very friendly and helpful.
