The hotel is currently under construction and the outside lights were clustered on the ground by the front entrance, the outside door could not be entered from the outside, you had to walk around the building and go in the front door. The deadbolt on our door would not lock.

Currently under renovation. Both elevators were filthy with construction dust / debris. Construction stops at 6:00 PM, but no one cleans the elevator or floor until the next day apparently. Breakfast was virtually non-existent. The desk clerk said the food prep employee didn't show up. Apparently you can only get cereal and bagels then. Can't recommend until the construction is complete; then I might consider giving them another try.

Construction was going on = noisy. Pool closed. Variety of breakfast was good - but, items that should be hot, were only luke warm. Room was nice though. I’m sure it will be better when the construction is complete.

The property is under major construction but our room was very clean and nice. It was very quite. The breakfast on Sunday morning was EXCELLENT! Reno supposed to be done by Nov or Dec 2024. Once it's done, it's going to be an awesome hotel. I'm sure the price will match the reno job. We were very lucky to get it cheaper. Of course because it's under renovation.

The hotel is under major renovation and why it was a cheaper price. But our room was very clean, it was quiet and the Sunday morning breakfast was EXCELLENT. The pool is not open right now and basically only have a gym but you can't expect much with the reno. Reno not supposed to be done until Nov/Dec 2024 but we will stay again if in Tulsa before then. We highly recommend.

Overall, we had a great experience. The hotel, Hyde Park Suites is currently under new management, which is not stated on the website. Buffet breakfast is no longer available and the bar has been elimimated. Only a continental breakfast was available. The hotel room was clean. The only issue was that the pillows were flat and small; only for a twin or queen bed. Parking and entrance to the hotel was accessible and easy to maneuver.

Breakfast was changed up somewhat every single day which means it wasn’t the same breakfast every morning we stayed with them. And the breakfast food was actually really good. Beds were comfortable & the place was super clean & spacious! We are already booked here for next year!

We are from Stillwater and we were in town for my daughter’s prom. We visit Tulsa from time to time and have been looking for a hotel to stay at every time we come. Our experiences have been less than with other hotels in the area. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Our room was very quiet and clean. The hotel was also close to many different dining options that were in walking distance. Great experience overall. We will be back again when we visit Tulsa. Thank you for doing it right.

Check in was very smooth, staff were super nice. Hotel was under construction but that did not affect our stay at all. Our room was just ok. Our family travels a lot for our daughter’s dance and we’ve stayed in a lot of hotels, this was ok. It was not the worst place we have ever stayed. The room was set up weird with a wall between the couch and beds. The tv was in between and so it was awkward to watch tv from both places. The beds were small but comfortable. Pillows were comfy. Breakfast was a standard hotel breakfast a few hot options and the regular toast, bagels, etc.

Everything about the hotel room was great other than the beds. I sleep on a firm mattress at home but these were like sleeping on a concrete floor. My wife and son struggled all night to get comfortable enough to fall asleep.

The staff was very pleasant. But to be honest the bed was very uncomfortable. There wasn’t any notification that the property was under construction. So when pulling up I couldn’t even tell if the hotel was open or not. Was unsure if I was at the right place due to no signage that was visible anywhere. And in the morning when checking out and was going to eat a quick breakfast and be on my way but it was 15 after and the lights were still off and food not ready. Could’ve waited to be honest I wanted to eat and get on my way and was very inconvenient.

It took me at least 20 minutes to find someone to check me in when I arrived. My last day there as I was coming out of the bathroom. The maintenance man walked into my room. I checked out around 930 Friday morning and had them email me my bill. It was somebody else’s bill completely. Then I received notice from them that I should have already checked out.

The two individuals that worked from April 10-13 were kind and polite and wonderful. The hotel was impeccably clean and despite the renovations, the stay was very comfortable. I can’t say enough about the service-minded attitude of the staff. Treat those folks good because they are hard to come by!!!

My bed wasn't made and I had to make it myself there was a new lady there who was very rude and had a problem with me asking for 5 blankets when it was myself my mom and 4 of my children there and the lady seriously checked my room number like I was lying and so I was very disappointed in this stay and hope they re-train her because she was the only one that made my stay bad plus the customer service wasn't the same and it took them longer to give my money back after we completed the stay

Don’t stay here. When we arrived at 10:30pm they told us their house keeping did not show up so we and 13 other people had no rooms. The front desk said we would get refunded (I hope). I asked why didn’t someone notify us earlier so we could make other arrangements. They said it just happened..at 10:30pm really??!! Did apologize but thankfully we found a nicer hotel nearby.

I paid for my stay online and went in there talked to the lady I think her name was Jennifer but she said no you didn’t pay for your room you paid for a reservation 114$ I said no I paid for my room I did it online she said not her problem so I asked for a managers number she gave me her hotel number and I said you didn’t give me her number she said why would I. So I got alhold of hotels.com and he was absolutely amazing resolved everything quick. But the lady was still rude

The front desk clerk was friendly, welcoming, and made check in a breeze! She definitely made the first impression a great one. The hotel is a little dated. The rooms are clean, comfortable, and spacious. The location was very convenient and in a nice area with plenty of dining options and a Quick Trip in walking distance. Plenty of self parking available. Would definitely stay here again!

However, I was in town for business and it was centrally located for my needs and budget friendly as my stay was only a few days.

Our visit was possibly just bad timing but it would have been nice to know when we booked that the hotel is under construction. So there is dust and construction debris pretty much all around the outside and footprints all over inside. The one elevator smelled of BO and the staff just seemed like they didn’t want to be there at all. People came for the free breakfast but whoever should have been maintaining it was never anywhere to be found. Everything was always empty and you had to ask for what you wanted. So overall our visit was not ideal and we left early

Interesting breakfast options - including a shredded chicken and tortilla dish that was seasoned like a great tamale. Of course they also offered the usuals, scrambled eggs, bacon, biscuits and gravy, freshly made waffles and assorted breads, cereals, and yogurts.
