Very friendly staff from the Front Desk very helpful to the Breakfast staff and the food being served was really freshly cooked. The chef came out to check the food and even greet the guest. The Housekeeping staff very attentive to the guest needs. We were a party of five and I booked two Queen bedrooms. All of my groups agreed were empress. We all like the Fitness room as they have the Equipment just what we only need. Also the pool is okay. What we like the most was the Sitting area outside the Pool. It was really great for hangout with friends. They have tables and chairs. We said "WoW!!!

The buffet breakfast was very good, with variety and fruits. It's a new facility and everything is still in good shape. The kitchen facility was good and the bathroom though small was functional and neat. I am not too happy with the $15 charge per day for parking. Many hotels around have free parking. In addition, I had to pay extra charges ($43.40) for destination fees plus sales tax. I thought Expedia had included all these extras. There was no Senior's discount for me.

Great breakfast, these young ladies work hard to keep the breakfast area well stocked and tidy. Really disappointed that only after checkout, upon checking my email, i noticed a charge for daily parking. $15 a day is ridiculous, I'm already paying to stay there, just have a tag for customers if parking is a problem. I was never told this at checkin. Very distasteful!!

Nice, clean modern hotel with very nice finishing touches. The room was great but the kitchentte with the stove, dishes, microwave and medium-sized refrigerator gave us ao much added flexibility. They gym was clean, large and provided lots of exercise options especially for me as a gym fanatic. The breakfast provided lots of options and the dining area was very clean and well kept. I thoroughly enjoyed my visit here and intend to come back soon. Keep up the high standards, team.

Family of 5 had a fantastic two night stay! 5 min drive to Clifton Hill. Ample parking. Rooms very modern and comfortable! Breakfast was included and was decent. Service was very responsive. Kids enjoyed the pool, wasn't very big but area and pool were clean. Would highly recommend.

Clean, safe and quiet establishment with free breakfast and paid daily parking. The room was new and modern. Kitchenette stocked with all utensils needed. Friendly helpful staff. Ideal mid point between the falls area and the butterfly emporium area. We go bus stop is across the street and so is the White Water Rapids Walk. I would definitely stay here again.

The room was spotless and felt fresh as you opened the door. The staff too are pleasant and very helpful. We stayed in Florida in the this chain and that too was very comfortable stay, hence we chose to stay at Townplace in Niagara. It was the best decision we took.

Room had a funny smell and my entire family had an issue with the air conditioning. We woke up each day with our noses runny. The bathroom was not well cleaned prior to our arrival. There was hair in the bath tub and also on the “clean” towels. There was extremely long hairs present throughout the room even in the sheets. The location is very convenient as it is right across the street from the river walk and the Green/ Blue line transportation.

This is a brand new hotel. Our room had a small but clean and well equipt kitchenette. The beds were very comfortable and the hotel was quiet so we slept well. The staff were very nice and really wanted to help any way they could. The free breakfast buffet was a nice surprise because they had some hot dishes like eggs, sausage, and waffles, not only continental style. The only minor complaint is that the buffet area was rather small so it got pretty crowded at times. The hotels is only about a 5-7 minute drive to the falls. Parking was $14 per night. I highly recommend this hotel and will return when we are back in Niagara Falls.

Loved everything about this hotel, staff were amazing and very friendly, new renovated property which is nicely decorated both in the room and the property itself. Room size is amazing, very spacious, great feature is the kitchenette - it has everything you need such as a fridge, dishwasher, microwave, dishes, pots and pans, cutlery and so much more, if you there for an extended stay this is great for preparing meals or if you just want to keep drinks cold lots of options. The gym is nicely quipped, has everything you need for a good workout and the pool is a good size, in both it has towels that your free to use which is a nice touch. Location is good, it’s a bit off the beaten path but still close enough to Clifton Hill and the falls by about a 5mins drive - it’s in a more industrial area right across from the white water walk and Canadian border bridge. Would 1000% recommend this hotel

I was at the hotel over the weekend, and it was booked up with hockey kids and families. It was unbelievably noisy until after midnight each night, constant kids running and screaming down the halls, and garbage outside my door. Complaints to the front desk made no difference. It was certainly NOT a relaxing weekend away.

The staff were all super nice, they kept the space VERY clean. The only thing is I wish they offered rooms with a balcony, but beside from that it was a great place to stay. We will be back for our next trip with them!

We recently spent a couple nights at the Townplace suites in Niagara Falls. A beautiful clean suite. So nice to have the regular size fridge, sink, stove top, dishes etc… It was a very comfortable stay. Every staff member we encountered was so pleasant. They always took the time to say hello with a smile. The front desk staff were amazing. So pleasant and helpful. A special shout-out to Alexander P. of the front desk. He always had a greeting and a smile on his face. Alexander was so helpful with the tourist sites to see. He also gave us great advice on how to travel easily throughout the city. Alexander always asked about our daily excursions. We definitely would recommend staying there.

The front desk were very welcoming, professional and very kind. They were always ready to help you and provide you with excellent customer service. The rooms were amazing and clean, and also the bathrooms were clean. Every interaction I had with the staff and front desk were top notch and they treat you like royalty. There was a power outage issue when we arrived and because of the issue they gave our family a 20% off discount! The staff here really knows how to take care of their customers. I will be staying at this location whenever I come to Niagara Falls. Also a wonderful and delicious breakfast from 7am-10am which was amazing! Thank you to the front desk and staff for an amazing experience!!! Will be returning back. 10/10

Amazing hotel experience. Top notch customer service, I particularly took note of Alec. TownePlace is lucky to have staff like that. Alec is a natural. If you are looking for a quiet and serene place to unwind towns is your go to. No regrets at all. Amazing breakfast experience too

Clean room, nice hotel. I had reserved a room with a queen and a pull out couch bed and marked for two guests. When we arrived at check in they had given away all the rooms with two beds or a bed and pull out bed. They told me if I would’ve put that there were three people in the room they would have been sure to keep one of the rooms. We did not want to share a bed. This is the first time this has ever happened. For the guest services to tell me it was my fault was insulting. We moved to embassy suites the next day and preferred that hotel.

The room in itself is good but the staff is horrible. They really need to train the people they hire because this has been my worst experience in Mariott Canada so far. They did not provide housekeeping even after specifically asking for it, we were 4 people staying in one room and they provided only 3 towels, I had to ask multiple times for one extra towel. They charged me falsely on my credit card (parking) and even after calling twice they haven’t refunded the amount. I would strongly advise against this property.

Check-in took longer than expected. I booked a room with 2 queen beds but got a room with 1 king bed. The attendant was able to switch us to the correct room. The shower floor is very slippery. My tiddle slipped twice. They charge for outdoor self-parking and did not mention at checking.

From the moment we arrived until the time we left, everything was excellent. The room and all the amenities were in great condition, and the cleanliness really stood out and was very much appreciated. The bed and pillows were extremely comfortable, which made for a great stay. The only minor downside wasn’t related to the hotel itself, but rather to the guests staying in the room across from ours, who were very noisy from about 10:30 p.m. until 1:00 a.m. By the third time I was woken up, I decided to call the front desk, and after the staff member kindly warned them, the noise stopped right away. Other than that small incident, I truly have nothing negative to say. I would definitely stay here again without hesitation!

Nice shower and kitchen area with utensils and cookware you can use. The location is close to the falls but not right in the thick of all the hustle. I would definitely stay here again when I come back to Niagara Falls.

Love this property. Only downfall is that it’s a 40 minute walk to Clifton hill but we found parking for $10 close by. Clean, friendly and good breakfast. I would definitely book again.

Excellent stay at a new hotel. Especially appreciated letting us check in a little early! Right across the street from the Riverwalk attraction and bus stops for the WeGo bus is right out front. About a 10 minute drive or bus ride down to the Falls and all of the action.

We enjoyed our stay. Our room was clean, well organized, and we had a kitchen which was a plus. The staff were welcoming and the free breakfast was delicious. You do have to pay for parking each night while you stay there. Right in front of the hotel you can do the White Water walk. A short walk you can grab a bite at Hungry Moose Diner and a short 5-7 minute drive you can see a Niagara Falls, a Skylon and visit Clifton Hill.

Newly renovated hotel. Rooms are clean, well designed with a small kitchen area. Rooms were quiet. Pool was quite nice. Location was just opposite white water walk and the wego bus is just outside. We stayed 3 nights. The breakfast on the first two mornings was pretty awful. The morning we left it was like a different hotel! Croissants, plenty of fruit, fridge had yoghurts and milk rather than being empty. If they keep the breakfast items stocked I’d rate the hotel 5 stars.

A really nice room with a kitchenette. Nice layout and use of space. A shuttle to the falls would be great as it is about 4km to the falls. Breakfast was simple. Maybe some muffins or sweets would be nice. Eggs (over easy or scrambled) would have been nice rather than egg&cheese on English muffin. Already had English muffins on the area with toast. Really friendly staff. We would return again.

breakfast was greasy bacon not cooked potatoes tots. Needs more toasters and the bacon was not refilled only bits not enough food for the amount of people who were there for breakfast. No muffins every thing except the powdered eggs was no fully available. FAST FOOD IN REFIDGERATOR for use in the rooms not healthy at all.
