The property is great and all amenities are easily accessible. Room was fantastic and Mario our host was always helpful each day. Luis at the pool was very attentive and our maids were excellent. My only complaint would be the shower…better pressure and heads needed!

The beachfront in front of infinity pool is amazing. Quality staff. Excellent rooms and always found it neat and tidy after housekeeping had been in. Love their interior/exterior decor. They go beyond with all of your needs, but be aware there are numerous surcharges added to your charges.

The resort is nice but a little tired. We travelled with kids and the kid’s areas left a lot to be desired. The food was good but lacking variety. Our 3 bedroom Casona was nice but a bit tired. Our butler and the pool servers were top notch though! We’ve stayed at Grand Velas a few times in Cabo and Puerto Vallarta and prefer the food, service, entertainment and kids club and pool experience there. For the cost of Esperanza, I would pick Grand Velas over it (even paying more overall) or we’d probably try another high end resort.

What was such a treat at the Esperanza, was the quality of people, the professionalism of service and staff, the personal care, making every effort to make you feel extremely spoiled. Karim, your personal concierge, is exceptional. Jaesian and Fernanda at the pool are top notch in service. The pool is stunning with its 2 infinity edges and seating in the 3rd level. And a beautiful beach to enjoy. The Restauant on site, located with a spectacular view, fabulous dishes that are clearly created by magnificent chefs, is our go to spot even after trying other 5 star local restaurants in close 5 star resorts. We give the Esperanza a 10 out of 10!

I booked a gateway at Esperanza, Auberge Resort in Cabo in July. The property and the rooms are beautiful and most of the staff was super friendly and attentive to all our needs. There were a few issues that we experienced which are worth noting. - During our last night while having dinner I was stung by a wasp. Security came and was very professional and treated the bite. However, the restaurant staff did not seem at all concerned about this. The waiter's only comment while I was in pain from the bite was "at least now you know you are not allergic to wasps". After that the waiter and restaurant manager were nowhere to be found. They did not check on us once (after security came by) to see if everything was good or if we needed anything. In fact I had to get up from our table to find someone to sign for my check before we could leave to go back to our room. That was very disappointing. - While they offer free wi-fi, the connection is not secure at all. Furthermore, the connection was very unreliable and there was no signal in many parts of the hotel. - The TV did screen cast as it was supposed to do. It took a lot of trial and error to get it to work. - All the restaurants are outside. There was no inside place to sit and eat that had AC (except for your room). - There are 3-4 restaurants but the food choices were not that great in my opinion. I am not sure if I would go back to this resort again.

The best hotel experience I have ever had. I will be back. The property is incredible; the Staff is A++. I can't think of another hotel experience that I have had that could top what the Esperanza Auberge Team delivered. Additionally, Cochina Del Mar is one of the best dining experiences I have ever had, two nights in a row. Breathtaking setting. I won't forget this trip, and I can't wait to return. We just visited for 3 nights for my best friend’s 40th and we had the best time. The property was so beautiful and the staff was incredibly sweet, accommodating and wonderful. We had a chef cook our last dinner in our gorgeous suite and it was the most incredible experience! 10/10!

Every visit is exquisite. You always want to go back. I am already thinking of the next time we will be there again. 💕 One thing I feel needed improvement is the hair and bath products.
