I dont like the pool. Every people from outside enter to the pool, dont use bleach or some for pool, the filter dont in use. need something to use this area identied the people paid the hotel. The pool water smell nasty. like the rooms and people work in.

The accommodation was very comfortable however the parking was a bit difficult as it was right off the road and next to the parking lot of a very busy restaurant.

The floor was filthy, had to ask them to mop it. Only mopped the floor and left towels 1 day of our 3 night 4 day stay. Thats all they did because I noticed a dead bug under the tv stand that was still there after the 1 day a cleaner mopped the floor. It was still there the day we left too !! No rug or mat to wipe your feet. The outside walkway was very dirty, needs to be washed. The room really needs an update, old furniture. It was suppose to be a handicap room but no mat in tub...my husband almost slipped, the tub was so slippery, only had wore plastic strips. The pool area was dirty and the pool was cloudy., and this was in the morning.No pool towels and had to request towels for the room. Will not stay again.

The overall stay was good. There is very limited parking. The people from captin george across the st will park in the lot. Also I originally ask for a room with a balcony and did not get that but was not upset when i found out the balconys are in the back of the building right in front of another apt complex i guess. There were several people outside allllll night loud and partying. The view from the balcony was not appeasing. Other than that i have no complaints.

Great trip. Comfortable and clean room. My only issue was the pool was dirty. Full of dead flies. The pool needed a lot more chlorine added to it. Other than that I had a great time there. I look forward to my next visit.

First room smelt like smoke. The second room had bugs crawling on the walls and fllors when the light went out. Terrible night. Then charged me a $75 cancellation fee because I was not going to stay another night! Horrible place to stsy!

There was hair in the sink and on the bedcoveres. The light outside restroom did not work. It was dark. No cord on the cable box but i did get one after the front desk was informed. The only staff i saw were front desk and they were polite

Upon receiving power after an outage, my girlfriend noticed bed bugs and we immediately requested another room, the only other available room had a line of dirt on top of the covers. I spoke with the night manager who was very courteous, understanding and did his best with the situation. I would not recommend others stay here in fear that they may have the same problem.

This place needs help, so old and furniture is falling apart, lamps are rusted out. Bed was less than stellar, but you get what you pay for i guess. Stayed here because of location to the outlets but wont again. The lobby is decent and nice but not indicative of the rooms.

Welllll, it started that we received a room that was already occupied. Oh yeah, walked right in on a family. We're lucky we weren't hurt. We reserved a king, got a full. Train too close, and a little run down. On the plus side, they reimbursed us $40 for the non King .

The bed and shower were great. The AC unit was efficient and not loud. The suite configuration was helpful in that the bed was at the far end of the room, which muffled any outside noise. And the price was right.

This place was terrible. I drove 4 hours for the weekend to see my kids and I had booked this online. First they gave me my room keys and went up and there was already someone in our room! Unlock the door and got the door slammed back in my face. Thank God they have the top lock latched. The receptionist excuse was she had just gotten there and she didn’t know! Get to room and Wi-Fi connects for my sons tablet then disconnects. It wouldn’t connect for my phone or my bfs phone both nights. Called the front desk and was told to forget the network and try again and that was all she could do. Plus there is a caterers place built into the hotel and it was extremely loud and packed the first night and no where to park. We almost got towed because of it. Will not be staying there ever again.

The room was clean and had all that was needed in a room. The buildings are a it dated but fully functional. The two ladies on reception when we left on the 1st June were lovely and very friendly. The only downside was the noise of a freight train passing close by in the early hours of the morning.

For the price of rooms in Williamsburg, this was great. Our bed was comfy, the shower was great, the staff was great and was one of the only hotels I found with a continental breakfast. We would definitely stay there again.

Had to fight to get towels. Not very friendly. Lost power for over 4 hours and the staff no clue when did not even report the outage to the power company. Room was acceptable for the price we paid. Pool was nice.

The hotel isn't the fanciest but i didn't want fancy. I wanted affordable yet nice and this hotel is a great place to stay. And I can not express enough how wonderful the staff is. The young men working are so sweet and always a smile on their face. The ladies that cleaned were just as warm and friendly as well. I truly enjoyed myself!!

We booked a room as a one-night stay on the way home from the beach. The only good things about our stay was the pool being clean and open until 10pm and the two gentleman who were at the front desk at check-in and check-out were very polite. The first disappointment was no sheets/pillows in the room for the sofa bed which was horribly uncomfortable. Secondly the bathtub took forever to drain like it was clogged so it was a several hours’ long process to get 5 people showered. There weren’t enough bath towels for the number of guests the room is supposed to accommodate either. Then, the Wi-Fi network was nowhere to be found.. we had a password for a nonexistent network, but at least we had a password I guess. The icing on the cake was the room next door to us. Because of paper thin walls we were woken up at 11pm by a screaming match that was quickly escalating to a physical domestic altercation by what we could hear (which was just about everything). We called the front desk to voice our concerns and the woman said she would call up to the room but she never did because we didn’t hear a phone ring and the screaming continued until about 1am. We were close to calling the cops. In hindsight we should have because clearly the hotel staff wasn’t going to do anything about it. I’m extremely disappointed in the room, the hotel, the front desk woman working that night; and the money I threw away on a room that was way overpriced for what we got.

There weren’t enough bath towels for the number of guests the room is supposed to accommodate either. Then, the Wi-Fi network was nowhere to be found.. we had a password for a nonexistent network, but at least we had a password I guess. The icing on the cake was the room next door to us. Because of paper thin walls we were woken up at 11pm by a screaming match that was quickly escalating to a physical domestic altercation by what we could hear (which was just about everything). We called the front desk to voice our concerns and the woman said she would call up to the room but she never did because we didn’t hear a phone ring and the screaming continued until about 1am. We were close to calling the cops. In hindsight we should have because clearly the hotel staff wasn’t going to do anything about it. I’m extremely disappointed in the room, the hotel, the front desk woman working that night; and the money I threw away on a room that was way overpriced for what we got.

The room was clean and had all that was needed in a room. The buildings are a it dated but fully functional. The two ladies on reception when we left on the 1st June were lovely and very friendly. The only downside was the noise of a freight train passing close by in the early hours of the morning.

The lobby was very inviting and quite frankly beautiful. The room was clean, spacious and smelled good. The staff were all very nice. Capt. George is across the street and the ourlet mall is a short walk away. For the price point, this property is excellent.

For an older, fairly inexpensive, remodeled motel, this little place has a lot of amenities. The pool and surrounding patio look new. The pool depth goes up to 8' which is unheard of these days. There is an elevator, which I'm guessing was added on at some point. There is a soul food restaurant attached that is very good and even serves breakfast. There is free coffee at the front desk and snacks for purchase.The beds and bedding were very comfortable, which is maybe the most important part. Bathroom was remodeled and the shower was fine. My exhaust fan wasn't working but I believe it will be addressed. The A/C was cold. I stayed here to work in the room and the desk chair was comfortable. The TV took up most of the desk but I made do. Appreciated the roomy mini-fridge. The location, although not in the heart of things, is close to restaurants and the Premium Outlets and right on the main drag of Williamsburg. I did have to walk quite a bit to park my car, get a luggage cart from the front of the hotel, walk it to the back of the hotel to the elevator and then back towards the front of the hotel to my room, because there are stairs leading to where the elevator is, but it wasn't unbearable. The walkways to the rooms could use a power washing.The clerk who checked me in was very welcoming and helpful.

Room was ok needs a little updating but they are working on the property. Staff was very friendly. Wish they had better options at breakfast. Didn’t like they offered pitches of OJ were anyone can use it and add something if they wanted.

We ckd in Saturday night. We had stayed here before and due to reasonable pet rate and acceptable accommodations at a reasonable price, we opted to stay again. Online shows they have provisions for breakfast, although there were none on our first stay. I noticed on this second stay on Saturday night (when we checked in) that the door to a restaurant off the lobby was open. I asked if they were starting to offer breakfast. The lad behind the desk pointed across the lobby to a table with a mini-fridge and some other accessories noting they have breakfast there, or the restaurant for paid fare. I asked what time the included-offerings were and he told me. I cheered the advancement of services. Sunday morning I went down to gather some items for my wife and I - and the table was bare in all respects. I asked the lad (a different one) at the desk and he said they don't offer breakfast on the weekends. Online noted breakfast. The Saturday night guy noted breakfast. The Sunday morning one said it's only M-F. I guess when they are at 80 or 90% occupancy on a weekend, they don't want to have to feed that many people. What a shame. FYI - the Sunday morning lad encouraged us to buy breakfast at the place just off the lobby. Yeahhhh - not happening. The rooms are satisfactory and we'll probably stay there again when we're in town. However, we have adjusted our expectations that they definitely do not treat their weekend customers the same as their weekday customers.

There was no closet or rack to hang clothes. Property had a wonderful lobby. The free breakfast had a lot of room for improvement which was ok if you liked oatmeal, sausage links, cold boiled eggs, cereal, milk, orange juice and coffee.

Only stayed one night was tired and for the price was a little outdated and morning breakfast hard boiled eggs where not hard boiled, got on our clothes and all over floor. Need some help for the morning breakfast staff the lady was trying her best but too many people and understaffed.

The lady at the counter at 2am was wonderful! We had a problem with our room and she upgraded us to a suite to accommodate our stay. I think the cleanliness could be better. There were piles of trash by the steps through out the weekend. Other than that it was a good stay.
