Nice place. Friendly staff, easy and free parking.

Really good hotel, close to my job, good facilities and the staff were amazing. I recommend fish and chips in ljs bar.

Free parking, access to m50 is great. Good service at reception. However the entire hotel is very very outdated, and covered in bad smelling carpet. Rooms were very old, bad smelling carpet again and uncomfortable bed. I saw the cleaning staff spraying air freshener on the carpet by the lifts, that's how bad it was. With the price I would not stay here again and do not recommend

Annoyed with hotels.com as I booked with a credit card and they said I could provide one at check in. I wanted to change credit card and hotel was willing to do it but said I could not because of the hotels.com restrictions. The hotel was hot with no air conditioning or proper window ventilation. The rooms were so old the carpet smelled. The public WiFi network was not accessible in the fitness center and there was no cell service. There was only 1 wifi network available (that wasn't seen anywhere else in the hotel) and the front desk was not willing to accommodate and share the network password. The fitness center also did not have any disinfectant spray/paper towels to clean off the equipment. The mats looked like they hadn't been cleaned in days or weeks. The fitness center overall was extremely disappointing in equipment provided. Only 4 cardio equipment machines, all of which are easily several decades only. Also there was no water provided.

This property is on the main ring road around Dublin, about 20 minutes driving from the airport and from city centre. It is situated in a commercial/industrial area, so there is nothing much in the immediate area, but has a bar & good restaurant on site. Clean, modern rooms and easy parking. Good value for a short business trip to the Dublin area.

Everything about this hotel was excellent. Rooms quiet,beds very comfortable,staff polite,dining at Joel’s next door was great,breakfast good and parking was very handy for a big van.

Room was outdated and had obvious damages to fixtures, tables and carpet. Bathrooms were not fit for purpose, had to move rooms out of one which was covered in mould and rusty fixtures, new one was better but physically couldn’t fit under the shower head.

The staff were terrific. The room was clean and comfortable.

The room smelled like sewage and nothing was done to correct the issue. Incorrect directions were given to nearby public transportation. Incorrect garage code was given in order to exit the parking garage. Overall very disappointed with this stay and will not be going back

The room was old. Everything was extremely worn out, it was like sleeping in a thrift store. The bed was hard, the pillows were completely flat. The bathroom floor was very dirty and showed it had not been cleaned.

Light switches in room were broken. Dirty shower curtains and dirty fan in bathroom. Stained bedsheets and floor had not been hoovered. Found nail clippings from previous guests. From then I was unhappy about us and my children walking barefoot. Bedroom curtains smelt heavy with dust and smoke which really wasn't ideal with a 3 month old. Travel cot was not suitable, no proper mattress. Baby slept in our bed which was super hard and noisy and also in her pram. Big whole in the floor boards under carpet so made alot of noise walking, tried to avoid it during the night. Rooms could do with proper air con and a mini fridge. My toddler had a temperature from the heat and it was really hard trying to cool him down. Other than that, the bar staff were great, we filled up the kids water bottles each morning and night and brought some ice to the room to keep them cool. Very odd the buses are kept right beside bedroom windows. we retired earlier on our second night due to heat exhaustion and were met with beeping buses parking up to 10pm. Location of family room wasn't great because we could hear the music from the events room/hall at night, plus the 4/5 steps before our hallway was difficult with a pram. There was a little lift, but it was hard to operate and we didnt have time to wait for it each time so we ended up lifting pram up and down. WiFi connection wasn't great. Kids weren't able to watch t.v but thankfully id brought their iPads. Opted out of breakfast because of price.

Dated in some parts and not the cleanest in certain spots. Was surprised there was no air conditioning and windows had limited openings. Would try someplace else if we are back in the area. It met our needs but not on our list for a repeat visit.

The worst shower in a hotel anywhere in Dublin

Very hot rooms in October. No air con. Hallways between rooms very hot. A bit hard to sleep with the heat. Great staff, clean, good beds, room nice and dark at night as the blackout blinds are very good. Good shower but it was in a narrow bath with a shower curtain so I was touching the shower curtain on one side and the wall at the other side while having a shower. Not a big deal but a bit of elbow room woukd be nice. I'd stay again if the rooms weren't so warm.

He insisted that they have no means to do this - strange how they sent me a message 2 days later via hotels.com asking for a review. It then got worse in the room, the shower would not get hot, the toilet flush did not function fully and the floodlights at the front of the hotel (just so it could be seen from the M50 I guess) lit my room all night long (there are large curtains but they leave a gap at the edges which the light blasted through). I had a very poor nights sleep. I'm sure all these aspects can be resolved and it would otherwise be a good place to stay but this time was a disappointment

Beds were pretty hard and uncomfortable. It’s also a bit of a pain to bring your luggage to your room on the carpeted floor when there are multiple fire doors to open on the way in the hall.

Hotel is perfect in every way except for no air conditioning. It's hard to sleep with the room being so hot as the sun is on it all day.

Stayed here plenty of times as it's a convenient location for business trips. Rooms are a bit dated (standard double room) with varnishes wearing off here and there and the shower being the oddest arrangement (due to hidden tank/plumbing). Staff are pleasant and service is up to scratch. Breakfast is accommodating and they have an endless filter coffee station, so that makes my morning. Will continue to stay here when it's practical.

The room was OK. The bathroom needs a bit of renovation but everything was working. The breakfast was great. WiFi was slow at most of the time, so if you need to do conference call be sure you have mobile data.

Everything was fantastic. Staff were helpful and really nice and patient with an American abroad. The rooms were comfortable and clean, and the food was excellent. Of course the Guinness flowed. Tram station is an easy walk, and it takes you right to the heart of the Dublin. Such a wonderful time for my wife and I.

Overall the hotel is not a business hotel, it is more of an holiday makers hotel and refugee accomodation hotel. Nevertheless, the biggest problem is when at checkout the receptionist refused to provide me with the receipt of payment only because I booked the hotel via hotels.com. Hotels.com clearly stated in my booking that as I decided to pay at the property, the final receipt would be given by the property. Still, the receptionist refused to provide the receipt. It took a manager to step out to tell the receptionist to issue the receipt as it was fine. Not sure why the hotel has decided to put an incompetent receptionist and on top of that give her the rights to do as she wants. Will not go back !

Service at breakfast was also not great. I think it was just that the staff are inexperienced. We enjoyed the stay overall.

Thumping music all night long till 2am and then loud guests making their way up from the residents bar after 4am. No response when I called reception at 11pm, midnight or 2am. Won’t be staying again.

Hotel was a perfect distance outside the busy city and close to a tram station. Great rooms, and the hotel bar and restaurant was perfect.

3 night stay, good location if you have a car or a good 15 min walk to the local red cow luas where you can pretty much get anywhere or the local buses which also stop here. The hotel is located on a busy motorway but dont let that put you off. Staff friendly and parking good, rooms a little tired but clean and good essential kit provided

Property was just OK or barely OK. Booked last minute and read reviews but this is next to a big highway, great if you are driving but walking only it was a long walk 20-25 minutes for the average person plus a big overpass to cross but hardily convenient and certainly not pleasant next to a major highway. Room was dirty, shower flooded the bathroom each use and dead flies. Didn’t eat here, spoke with one guy and he was super busy with the phone and looked like he could use helps and a few friends. They need staff basically. It was the closest to the city but after a 20 minute fast walk and a 48 minute train ride it was hardly close. 2 stars at best but that’s pushing it. No airport shuttle, offered a cab. I found a bus from the same train station a 20 minute walk away but paid only 8 euros it was about 45 minute ride approximately

Would’ve been nice to have better walking instructions from Red Cow bus stop or directions from train and ferry port.

The restaurant did not have good service and the food was mediocre. The lady refused to make an omelette for me when I asked her to make an omelette.

Great hotel. Staff are excellent and attentive. Food exceeded expectations. I’d stay here again without hesitation.

The entrance from the road is hidden by a restaurant on one side and a garage on the other so take it easy as you approach The food in the restaurant was dire Cheap quality fish cooked in oil that was too cool resulting in undercooked greasy looking fish ( worst of our trip) Eggs at breakfast kept too long so we’re like bullets. All staff great and very pleasant

This was a surprise as the area is perhaps not the most attractive but the service, rooms and food were all superb! Do not be put off by the limited/simple menu in the bar/restaurant! The food was absolutely superb and the service excellent. Rooms were very clean and comfortable and quiet too, given the proximity to the roads. All in all a very good choice and I would definitely stay here again.
