Upon arriving last night I got given a room key and as I opened the door someone already had all their stuff on the bed and the lights were on. Had to go back to the front desk in which all he could say is ‘shouldn’t be’ no apology to me. Nothing. I then got a new room key and was told to put my REG plate into the system. Which I did. Was not told to pay for parking. I then checked at the front desk again this morning I didn’t have to pay as I didn’t get asked to and she told me ‘no you should be fine’…I called the parking/camera company today and they said if I hadn’t have paid when leaving after being persistent with the girl at the desk I would have got a fine.

I got given a room key for a room that was already taken. Opened the door and there was someone’s belongings all over the bed. I was on edge once I got given a new room thinking the same thing would happen to me. I was not told to pay for parking after entering my reg plate in on the system last night when arriving, then when I left in the morning I asked again about it and they said ‘no they obviously just forgot to charge you, you should be ok’’ so if I hadn’t have checked this morning with the parking company, I would have got a fine. Awful awful customer service.
