The room was clean with exception of someone’s gelato left in freezer. I had two issues with them; elevator was not working and had to lug bags up to 3rd floor and I checked out after six am and no breakfast. Paid $3.50 for a tiny apple juice.

Rooms had been "renovated". But drywall, texturing and paint was utterly terrible. Never seen such bad workmanship. Looks like drywall mud was applied with a rake and then just painted over. After painting, the old, dirty, yellow switch and plug covers were re-installed. Too many unbelievably bad items too list. Whomever was in charge of renovations needs to be reassigned. Embarrassing to the Marriott brand.

Even with upgrades going on, this establishment still managed to create a well-lit welcoming atmosphere. Friendly receptionist. Room shows recent upgrades..new flooring, bathroom upgrades etc. well worth the price I paid

Place needs to be updated and had an old smell maybe be the carpet. Staff was nice and helpful. Took a while to get the requested items. Overall, it was okay to stay. I would stay there again. Place was very quiet.

Greeted by an amazing staff member who check us in. Elevator was broken and we were in the 3rd floor; normally not an issue but we had a lot of gear as we were there for a lacrosse tournament. Room was adequately clean, however it felt greasy from the kitchenette’s use. Cleaning staff do an excellent job cleaning, however grease and cooking oils do cling to most surfaces.

Garbage overflowing (always) at back door which we always used due to no elevators. Carpet very dirty on stairs. Room was clean, never used any services, went to get towels and set out own garbage. For what we paid, give it 2/5

Order non smokeing room it smelled like smoke all my stuffsmeĺled like smoke every room was the same smell per from desk. Had to have all things cleaned after my stay just to get the smoke smell out.

Wonderful place to stay. Super clean and the staff is fabulous. Super comfortable beds and equipped kitchenette with full size refrigerator and microwave. Bathroom is very spacious too. There is a Wawa down the around the block. Super convenient.

This was my first and last stay at Candlewood Suites. For three of the five days, there was no hot water. My sheets? Stained and disgusting. And to top it off, we never had a working room key—16 keys later, we still had to be let into our room every night. The staff was a mixed bag. The woman working during most of our stay was indifferent, dismissive, and flat-out told me I was wrong—until she found out I wasn’t. No apology. No attempt to make it right. Just more attitude, like I was the problem. On the flip side, the morning staff member was great—cheerful, asked if things had been fixed, and actually seemed to care. And the lady that was there the first and lat nights of our stay was very pleasant and tried to help. Unfortunately, two helpful staff members don’t make up for a stay that is this frustrating. I won’t be back.

Property was nice, room clean. One thing I did not like about the room - we were on the first floor and there is no privacy curtains. They were just sheers and I am assuming if I can see through them so can people from outside. There were a lot of people making noises around 2 am. Also around 6 am, I could hear what sounded like someone sweeping in the hallway and the bucket kept banging.

For a new hotel the flooring is not instslled correctly. Eveytime someone walks across the carpeted floor you can hear them. We were on the first floor .

One of the most important thing in staying in a hotel is safety. The door DOES NOT properly close you have to push it, and the lock wouldn’t lock from the inside. That’s why I was disappointed.

This property is excellent and the staff are fantastic. One of the best hotels that I have stayed at. I was on a long term contract assignment for a year and they were amazing. This trip was for pleasure and I had to come back here.
