Check-in was easy and the person was friendly and helpful. Parking was very convenient.

Parking is safe and in the same property. Hotel is new and staff is very friendly. Rosangelie, a peruvian girl, was very attentive and helpful. Everything was excellent. Breakfast could improve in variety. Besides that.....perfect!!!

Everything was fine. I loved the parking area. Made it so easy to get in and out of the hotel. The only somewhat negative comment I have is about two items in my handicap accessible room, room # 206 The little refrigerator was stationed on the floor, not easy to use for me with my rollator, or any one in a wheelchair. And secondy, I did not like the desk chair, it id not have any arms, so hard for me to get out of, and scary, because it is on wheels. Rest of the room was great and I enjoyed my stay Martine Overeynder

Brand new hotel. No frills (as expected) but very clean. Staff were great. Parking is sufficient but the small property footprint means a good bit of it is at ground level underneath the building. If you’re driving anything large might want to call ahead about your options. Only complaint is that there is really no buffer with the adjoining room except for the single door. Rooms are not carpeted so sound really carried. I could hear a phone conversation in the adjoining room like they were in the room with me. For that reason I likely won’t stay there again unless they figure out some way to deaden adjoining room sound.

Relatively new hotel/motel in Burlington, VT area. checkin great, covered parking great. Walking distance to some restaurants. My room had a very loose bathroom faucet-did tell management about this as was at motel for 2 nights. Also, bathroom toilet was what I would call a "squatty pot", not the average height toilet....especially in a new facility!

Didn’t like that the garage port was leaking above where the car was parked…looks like it’s been leaking that way for a while

This was probably the cleanest hotel room I have ever stayed in. Room is contemporary and minimalist but has everything you need and was great. Breakfast was just what we needed to get started for the day. We would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Fire detector flashed like an airport beacon. Noise from talkative guests well down the hall was easily heard. Staff both at check in and check out were aloof. Room was clean and bed was ok.

Only reason for the low score is because the smoke detector kept flashing through the night illuminating the entire room. Needless to say, it wasn’t a restful night. We couldn’t sleep with the room lighting up every few minutes.

Spark is the Motel 6 of Hiltons. Sparse, functional furniture, boiled egg on a bagel breakfast. This is their “premium economy”, for $300 a night. Laminate flooring does not muffle noise, so I kept my tv on mute and listened to my upstairs neighbors instead. The rattling heater didn’t help. But everything is new, and the staff was nice, so there was that.

The staff were great. Very polite and helpful. The room was clean and spacious and in good condition. The mattress was hard as a rock and very uncomfortable. The bed linens were 100% polyester and the pillows pillows were just as bad. We ended up having to buy pillows, blanket, and a humidifier to make the room more comfortable.

Poor construction. Walls are paper thin. Could hear the people above walking around their room. Could hear every little noise outside.

We love staying at the Spark hotel when visiting our family in Essex Junction. The staff is friendly and attentive. The rolms are spacious, quiet and comfortable. The complimentary breakfast has something for everyone. This visit, it was decorated for the holidays and it felt like home. We look forward to our next visit.

Malheureusement pas de cafetière dans la chambre nous devons allé en bas et même chose pour le Micro onde. Le déjeuner est au minimum aucun plat chaud n est servie

I was very disappointed with my recent stay at the Spark by Hilton in Essex Junction. Upon arrival, I found that there was insufficient on-site parking and was forced to park at the neighboring Dollar Tree, which was inconvenient. Later that evening, around 11:30 PM, we received a noise complaint while simply watching television at a low and respectful volume. Then, at approximately 12:30 AM, we were startled by a loud knock at the door. A front desk staff member informed us that multiple noise complaints had been submitted—apparently all by the same individual. My boyfriend attempted to explain and demonstrate that we were merely watching TV at a normal volume. At that moment, the guest who had filed the complaints appeared at our door and, rather than engaging civilly, made a threatening comment to my boyfriend: “If you take one more step, we’re going to have a problem.” This made us feel extremely uncomfortable and unsafe. While I fully understand the importance of addressing noise complaints, in this case, the complaints seemed unwarranted given our behavior, and the aggressive interaction from the other guest was completely unacceptable. Ironically, the disturbance caused by staff knocking loudly on our door in the middle of the night only added to the noise issue. I documented the incident with a video and would have appreciated a way to formally share it during or after our stay. Overall, this experience fell far short of the standards I expect from the Hilton brand.

Excellent staff

Great customer service. They check me in quickly and the room was great. My flight was delayed by a few hours and they let me have a late check out to accommodate that. I will definitely come back!

Spark is brand new hotel in Essex Junction. The rooms are spacious, comfortable with all of the amenities. The hotel is quiet and we had a great rest. It is located near the Williston shopping centers as well as the Champlain fair grounds, dining and Burlington. The staff is great and they provide a free continental breakfast.

Staff was welcoming, the room was clean and new, the breakfast was good, it was a bit far from Downtown Burlington but easy to go in car or the bus passed right in front of the hotel, parking was easy.

It was just a few minutes walk from the Champlain Valley Exposition. Large comfortable bedroom. Excellent and helpful staff. Good choices for breakfast.

Good location. Walking distance to restaurants, market, drugstore, gym. Disliked a somewhat noisy air conditioner despite it being brand new.

The hotel appears to be brand new. One window in our room did not close 100% (left a crack open). There was so much space in the room it appeared to be missing furniture. On the other hand, the hotel is right across the street from the fair and so we were able to walk to and from the show we were seeing that night.

Stayed the night to attend the 38 Special concert at the Champlain Valley Fair which was virtually across the street. Could not have been more convenient. This is a brand new motel. The staff was fine and check in a breeze. The room was spacious. Room furniture and decor is what I have seen in European hotels with a hard floor (no carpet) and component furnishings. Nothing wrong with that but a bit different than what we have become accustomed to in the states. AC was a tad loud but slept well nonetheless. Plenty of places to eat within walking distance but we found the included continental breakfast more than adequate. Overall a good pick for our adventure.
