Port Fiesta Park

Excellent séjour au Port Fiesta Park Hotel ! La chambre était spacieuse, très propre et située juste à côté de la piscine avec un service VIP, un vrai confort. Le petit-déjeuner est copieux et varié. Le personnel est chaleureux et attentionné. Un grand plus : l’hôtel dispose de 4 piscines pour profiter pleinement du séjour. Je recommande vivement !

Everything was excellent overall. Parking was an issue. The pool was cold.

We were a group of 9 lads, celebrating 50th Birthdays, Hotel provided a great base for us, good pool and bar area, with a good breakfast option to set you up for the day. Would stay here again and woukd recommend.

Experiencia recomendable, el buffet de desayuno estaba bien tenia casi de todo y el personal muy amable. La limpieza de la habitación de 10 y los baños están muy chulos. Hay muchas hamacas para poder descansar en la piscina y ademas hay horarios de actividades. Las paredes son un poco “finas” ya que escuchabamos la alarma de la persona de la otra habitación pero la verdad es que en la noche y casi todo el dia no se escucha nada, es muy tranquilo. Respecto a accesos.. es lo que peor veo, se puede ir a la playa andando pero son mas de 10 minutos… Lo ultimo a destacar es el aparcamiento, es horrible. Ellos tienen parking pero yo aparque en la calle (todo zona azul).

goed personeel vriendelijk en verder goede koffie .. eten buffets ..genoeg keuze .. minder zwembad boven is kinderbadje ..veel te klein.. zwembad beneden ook te klein voor zoveel gasten.. kamers en badkamer prima. omgeving prima ook .loopafstand alles .. geen rookgedeelte bij het hotel dus buiten hotel of eigen balkon.. ..bij zwembad of ergens vlakbij mag niet gerookt worden..zou toch anders kunnen. airco werkte ook goed was nodig ook.

Check-in was very easy, took less than 2 minutes. Room was very clean and a good size, with a balcony overlooking the outside pool. Indoor pool was very clean, and water was a good temperature. Breakfast buffet had a good selection of food, likewise with the buffet dinner. Dining room staff were helpful and friendly, and food was continually kept topped up. Evening entertainment was very good, some nights had shows, other nights music to dance to. Free car park 5 minute walk up the top of the road. 10 minute walk into the Old Town, 5 mins to the beach. Excellent value for money.

Really nice hotel. The rooms are very clean and all the staff were really nice and friendly. The outside pool was extremely cold but it is the end of October. The pool table was out of order for all our stay but apart from that we loved our stay here.

Todo muy bien el hotel es lindo y está todo en buen estado, la ubicación es bueno, un poquito retirado de la playa pero accesible y tiene de todo, parque para niños, piscina interior y exterior, bar y animación

The room was very clean, the staff very friendly and location was great.

Really nice hotel. The rooms are very clean and all the staff were really nice and friendly. The outside pool was extremely cold but it is the end of October. The pool table was out of order for all our stay but apart from that we loved our stay here.

La comida mucha variedad pero sabor cero el primer día al meternos en la cama había pelos los ascensores un horror .

We stayed in a double room, the smell was terrible and the only plug socket was either the bathroom or high on the wall next to the TV. The rooms are dated, unclean and not nice at all. The food was nice though and we enjoyed the pool area. I would not book again

Room was cleaned every day, no kettle, cups or fridge in the room, shower was very awkward to use

Hotel was convenient for our weekend stay although a bit dated in some areas, clean and had decent facilities. Our budget room was too small for three people i.e. not enough space to move around really. Nice pool and bar area. Reception mainly helpful depending on who was on shift. Great buffet breakfast with various choices, although no English tea! I would consider staying there again.

Well placed hotel. Staff friendly & helpful. Room was clean & comfortable. Beds a bit too hard for our liking. Bathroom/shower one of the best. Unfortunately, it started with an island of hair, but easily removed. Also, there was a daily dance/aerobics across the road in the parc de foietes which was quite loud & made a siesta difficult (not connected to the hotel). We're been here 3 or 4 times over decades. Would still return in the future.

Food was poor. Had no air-conditioning reported it twice but never got a response and it was never fixed.

Las habitaciones no son muy grandes pero lo suficiente para estar cómodo. El hotel es un poco laberinto, fácil perderse para una persona mayor. El personal maravilloso, super amable y ayudando todo el tiempo. Es un 3* reformado con ganas de 4*.

Se nota que es un hotel reformado y esta muy bien, excepto las habitaciones individuales, al menos la asignada, pues el colchon estaba deformado y olía bastante mal. Lo compensa la amabilidad de todo su personal. Cuando terminen de reformar esa parte, será casi un 4*

Helpful staff. Good breakfast. Paid for buffet dinner one evening which was good. Only criticism would be that the rooms were not very well sound proofed. All in all a great value hotel that was perfect for our short stay

This property may be good if you want to go drinking with your British pals, but quiet, or even moderately quiet is not on the menu. Our real issue however was from our personal booking where we stayed 3 nights but I accidentally book two first nights and a second night, instead of a first second and third night. When I arrived the first night they told me about the error, but said "too bad" we can't do anything about your error to help you, so we keep your money and you can pay again for the third night! I should have insisted on room keys for both rooms when you think about it, but I did not. They felt they were being quite kind to offer a 10 percent discount for the third night. In the end we booked our third night in Benidorm at the Hotel Deloix Aqua Center. The Deloix was so much nicer and the room cost less! The full board restaurant at Deloix was really good, where the Port Fiesta Park Hotel full board was nothing to call home about. Fiesta Park's menu was quite limited and average quality, and their dinning room was so loud you could hardly talk to the person next to you. Skip the Fiesta Park Hotel unless you need to be in that part of town for a specific reason. the rooms are small, the hallways are narrow, and the pool has so many kids in it you are guaranteed to be swimming in something more than just water. the Deloix was more spacious and much cleaner and the food was much higher quality. By the way it also has three pools!

Very friendly staff

I found the hotel clean staff were very attentive and always there to help especially at breakfast and dinner they were very hard working and to me it seemed that the clients where put first and were made to feel relaxed and happy

Just had a lovely 6 night break here at Port Fiesta Park have to say brilliant value for money, all inclusive you can't go wrong, perfect location 10min walk to the beach near the old town. Food was great loved it. Had a couple of nights out in the madness of the Benidorm strip area nice walk on the sea front and got a taxi back 8 euro Will definitely come back

Amacas normales en la piscina algunas antiguas aunque bien cuidadas. Las vistas del hotel dejan que desear parte de atrás a una calle normal

This hotel is very dated with breakfast more suited to the Spanish clients . The rooms were basic but clean . The reception staff all spoke good English and were very helpful. The hotel is a bit back from the centre but it’s in a good location with plenty of bars and cafes around. Overall a good hotel

Hotel is nice and the staff are. Room had no iron, kettle or fridge but otherwise had everything you would need. The breakfast buffet food items where clearly on a budget but for the price paid was happy overall.

Enjoyed our B & B stay, food good, plenty of choice, hotel was very busy, mainly cater for Spanish, but you are in Spain! So we liked it, was nice staying in the old town for a change, bed comfortable & clean, nice overlooking pool, would stay again.
