Really well positioned for central access to old/new town. Hotel staff friendly, outdoor hot tubs closed with no explanation so only option for swimming indoors unless you want cold water. Entertainment more for the older generation

Fridge was not very cold and technician said they were all like that. Radiators don't come on until 1800, had to wear a jumper in room during day. No kettle, tea, coffee in room. Bus stops nearby but bus system is very confusing. Hot food in palace restaurant was lukewarm with no microwave available but there was plenty of choice. The rooms and the hotel was kept very clean. The reception staff were a bit surly but adequate. The indoor pool was spoilt by un -checked children and irresponsible parents. An adults only session would be advisable. Outdoor pools were not heated and therefore unused. The hotel bar and entertainment was totally Spanish but it was an easy walk to first class entertainment on the strip.

Nos alojamos una semana en junio en los apartamentos,estan bastante bien para el precio qe tienen la unica paga las camas que eran incomodisimas tres demasiado duras como dormir sobre una tabla y la otra que se le notaban los muelles al acostarte en ellapor lo demas la parte positiva es que aunque estes alojado en los apartamentos puedes acceder a todas las instalaciones del hotel, restaurante,piscina, jacuzzi,etc.

Groot en proper hotel, alleen spijtig dat het eten wat teveel is afgestemd op de Spaanse gasten Personeel is vriendelijk Spijtig dat ook hier de badlakens al van ‘s morgens mogen gelegd worden aan het zwembad en dat de meeste mensen er nog niet voor de helft gebruik van maken, dus zijn bijna altijd leeg en wij hadden geen plaats

Waited ages to check in, air con doesn’t work till June, you can hear neighbours tv as wall paper thin and trying to relax by the pool no chance , they were using a pneumatic drill around the pool for 4 hours and got shoved in the old part of the hotel as they like locals in the new building

Poseidon Resort is made up of 2 hotels next door to each other. Guests get to use the facilities at either hotel. Breakfast is standard for Spanish hotels. Good selection but hot food wasn't really hot at all. Reception area a little dated but very clean. Again, rooms are clean but pretty outdated, but they are currently renovating floor by floor, so maybe they'll be better soon. Very hot for the first part of the week, but they don't switch their aircon on until May, which seems ridiculous. No fans in rooms to counter this. Bar prices are good and Paco was great, really good fun! First time I've stayed at a Benidorm hotel that didn't offer an iron or board. At all. No ironing service either, so we were a little crumpled at times. They should change that, it's a standard service in all other hotels in the town. My review sounds negative, but it's not. My stay was a good one, and I would not hesitate to stay there again. However, a few minor changes and it becomes my first choice. Oh! Ants! All over the bathroom. Not good.

Es un buen hotel pero está un poco desfasado en carpintería exterior, los ruidos de la calle llegan sin problema. La insonorizacion interior es deficiente, en la habitacion oimos los cánticos de la sala de baile hasta las 24 h. La educación de los clientes es la de siempre, ninguna. A las 7 h empezamos a oir las conversaciones de los que esperan el ascensor, las puertas de las habitaciones no son de calidad ni ajustan debidamente. Y en el baño jemos tenido hormigas los tres dias

The hotel was very nice, we were room only so can't comment on the food. The pool and surrounding area looked clean but we didn't use it as the weather was a bit too chilly. . The room itself was very clean and the twin beds were comfortable. The bathroom had a large walk in shower and bidet.There was plenty of wardrobe and drawer space and a very handy free safe for valuables. Our room had a large balcony with table and chairs overlooking the pool, which is nice in warmer months to sit outside. Maid service was every day if required, make sure you leave the ticket on the door if you wish to lay in late. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay there again. Great location also as it's half way between the old and new town, both a 10 minute stroll.

Non sono rimasta soddisfatta soprattutto per quanto riguarda la cucina. Il cibo si presentava di qualità e varietà sotto la media ma soprattutto ho trovato molti piatti sporchi. La zona piscina risultava trascurata nella pulizia dei lettini che comunque dovevano essere presi e posizionati dagli ospiti sul patio. Le camere invece si presentavo pulite e il letto comodo.
Non sono rimasta soddisfatta soprattutto per quanto riguarda la cucina. Il cibo si presentava di qualità e varietà sotto la media ma soprattutto ho trovato molti piatti sporchi. The hotel is 3 minutes away from the beach and the breakfast at the hotel is good. Housekeeping had cleaned the room every single day, but during my five night stay I have seen bugs 3 times in my room. which was very unpleasant.

Always clean. Comfortable beds. Good breakfast selection. The only things that let it down was the hotel bar closing at 8pm, and they never, ever tell you which of the 2 hotels you're actually staying at. No problem the first time, but the second time one of our party had severe mobility issues, and the walk to the other site wasn't a great experience.

Las instalaciones, en general, son buenas, aunque los tres ascensores actuales parecen insuficientes para dar servicio a todo el hotel y la zona de la piscina del tobogán huele bastante a tubería. La atención en recepción, excelente. Sin embargo, no puedo decir lo mismo del servicio del restaurante, donde algunas camareras fueron cortantes con sus comentarios y algo antipáticas. No me parece lógico, por poner solo un par de ejemplos, que llamen la atención a un niño de 7 años por estar echándose macarrones por sí mismo cuando estaba haciéndolo bien y su madre (que soy yo) estaba detrás para vigilarlo/ayudarlo, o que de malas maneras te digan que no puedes apoyar el plato un segundito en la encimera mientras intentas cortar un trozo de pizza porque los triángulos no están cortados. Y pongo dos ejemplos pero he sufrido y visto más. Respecto a la limpieza, me pareció justita. El primer día había manchas de sangre fuera del inodoro cuando llegamos y hubo un día que se olvidaron de hacernos la habitación. Otro miembro de la familia, tras dos días sin jabón de manos, pidió a una de las chicas de la limpieza que se lo repusieran y tampoco ese día se lo repusieron. Tuvo que dejar una nota escrita a la mañana siguiente. Creo que algunas de estas experiencias no se corresponden con un hotel de las estrellas y el precio que tiene Poseidón Resort.

We paid over £200 per night for two nights for what was a very small and dated room - we left after one night and checked into a hotel a few km away which was £175 per night including breakfast and was fabulous. We were very disappointed with Poseidon Resort hotel - when we checked out early nobody even asked why!

No aircon dispite advertised as having aircon. Staff just said oh yeah its not on in the whole hotel. No fan or anything to help. Breckfast was the usual stuff but very limited and quite poor quality. Was clean enough just dated and a bit run down.

Overall a nice budget friendly hotel with pros and cons, the pros are location, fantastically located giving you the option of both new town and old town in walking distance, the staff were brilliant putting in a lot of effort for entertainment and communication, the pool and breakfast were really nice and clean. A few cons are that the room could do with a update the walls had marks and other areas of the room could do with a freshen up (tv, balcony furniture , coffee making facilities etc) maybe look for beds that could be clasped together to avoid a gap down the middle when combining two singles) Unfortunately the room walls are very thin so from 7am you can here the other rooms leaving and their doors slamming and the bin men outside but if you are not overly worried about lying in it’s not an issue. Overall a very Nice budget stay which could be made better and encourage a return trip.

The hotel was very nice, we were room only so can't comment on the food. The pool and surrounding area looked clean but we didn't use it as the weather was a bit too chilly. . The room itself was very clean and the twin beds were comfortable. The bathroom had a large walk in shower and bidet.There was plenty of wardrobe and drawer space and a very handy free safe for valuables. Our room had a large balcony with table and chairs overlooking the pool, which is nice in warmer months to sit outside. Maid service was every day if required, make sure you leave the ticket on the door if you wish to lay in late. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay there again. Great location also as it's half way between the old and new town, both a 10 minute stroll.

Great find and excellent value - great location for old town and strip. Hotel if definitely orientated towards Spanish holiday makers but that didn’t bother me as did not use bar and went room only. Staff were all pleasant and room was large, great bed and lovely pool view balcony - couldn’t really find fault with my stay . Would recommend and I’d stay again!!

Friendly, helpful and professional front desk staff, everyone fluent in English, clean and comfortable room, "full board" option was a wise decision 🙂 - food was delicious and a great value, good location - lively neighborhood, just 7 minutes walk to the closest beach, great animation staff 🙂

Absoluty loved this place. Polite and helpful staff. We had a fantastic view from the balcony - we were on the 4th floor. Room was clean, bathroom / shower were brilliant. Set in an ideal location if you want to go to the beach or walk to the main strip. 3 swimming pools, mostly quiet even in June. It had a TV, Fridge plenty of space to hang / store clothes. Reception staff were very friendly and helped us out with our shuttle return ( they did not have us on the return leg of the journey so the staff helped us contact to travel company.). Many Spanish people were there, a lot of middle aged range so no noisy disturbances at night time. Definately recommend this hotel to anyone wanting a relaxing break away. Hotel activites were available but we did not take part, and also options for bed and evening meal, but we ate out. If I go back to Benidorm I will be looking to come back again. Excellent.

Very short stay , two nights, to join a recently bereaved friend also staying in hotel. Reception changed my room , without me asking, to let me stay in same block as friend . All contact with staff was excellent. Room was fine and spotlessly clean . Could not fault this hotel and would stay again. Excellent.

Customer service was so bad!!!! Booked two rooms same time (got it different building) 😖😖😖 Car parking was problem! Gave wrong and must change!!! Didn’t even say sorry! Pool bar wine we got less than 6 cm 😏😕 All service was slow or bad!!!! Never again!!!

Las instalaciones, en general, son buenas, aunque los tres ascensores actuales parecen insuficientes para dar servicio a todo el hotel y la zona de la piscina del tobogán huele bastante a tubería. La atención en recepción, excelente. Sin embargo, no puedo decir lo mismo del servicio del restaurante, donde algunas camareras fueron cortantes con sus comentarios y algo antipáticas. No me parece lógico, por poner solo un par de ejemplos, que llamen la atención a un niño de 7 años por estar echándose macarrones por sí mismo cuando estaba haciéndolo bien y su madre (que soy yo) estaba detrás para vigilarlo/ayudarlo, o que de malas maneras te digan que no puedes apoyar el plato un segundito en la encimera mientras intentas cortar un trozo de pizza porque los triángulos no están cortados. Y pongo dos ejemplos pero he sufrido y visto más. Respecto a la limpieza, me pareció justita. El primer día había manchas de sangre fuera del inodoro cuando llegamos y hubo un día que se olvidaron de hacernos la habitación. Otro miembro de la familia, tras dos días sin jabón de manos, pidió a una de las chicas de la limpieza que se lo repusieran y tampoco ese día se lo repusieron. Tuvo que dejar una nota escrita a la mañana siguiente. Creo que algunas de estas experiencias no se corresponden con un hotel de las estrellas y el precio que tiene Poseidón Resort.

El hotel céntrico a unos minutos del paseo marítimo y la playa del levante. Alrededor servicios de todos tipos. La estancia bien, yo pedí una habitación baja por qué tengo un niño pequeño y me la dieron en 1 planta con camas grandes pero no pudimos abrir la ventana por qte estaban los tubos del aire justo a 2 metros. Eso sí no los escuchamos por que las ventanas aislaron el ruido. Hubo espectáculo y las bebidas en la terraza a buen precio. El desayuno bufet muy bueno, merece la pena contratarlo.

Clean if slightly dated interior but with attentive staff. Stayed on a room only basis so cannot comment on other aspects of establishment. Used by Spanish nationals' so I'd treat that as an endorsement. Good location for old town Benidorm, the beach and other aspects of the town.

Overall a nice budget friendly hotel with pros and cons, the pros are location, fantastically located giving you the option of both new town and old town in walking distance, the staff were brilliant putting in a lot of effort for entertainment and communication, the pool and breakfast were really nice and clean. A few cons are that the room could do with a update the walls had marks and other areas of the room could do with a freshen up (tv, balcony furniture , coffee making facilities etc) maybe look for beds that could be clasped together to avoid a gap down the middle when combining two singles) Unfortunately the room walls are very thin so from 7am you can here the other rooms leaving and their doors slamming and the bin men outside but if you are not overly worried about lying in it’s not an issue. Overall a very Nice budget stay which could be made better and encourage a return trip.

We stayed here for our annual weekender to Benidorm. It was conveniently located to all the bars, the beach and nightlife. The hotel had great facilities, breakfast included and two outdoor pools all for reasonable rates. The staff were courteous and helpful when needed. Our room was comfortable and clean. We will definitely return here for our stay next year❤

Poseidon Resort is made up of 2 hotels next door to each other. Guests get to use the facilities at either hotel. Breakfast is standard for Spanish hotels. Good selection but hot food wasn't really hot at all. Reception area a little dated but very clean. Again, rooms are clean but pretty outdated, but they are currently renovating floor by floor, so maybe they'll be better soon. Very hot for the first part of the week, but they don't switch their aircon on until May, which seems ridiculous. No fans in rooms to counter this. Bar prices are good and Paco was great, really good fun! First time I've stayed at a Benidorm hotel that didn't offer an iron or board. At all. No ironing service either, so we were a little crumpled at times. They should change that, it's a standard service in all other hotels in the town. My review sounds negative, but it's not. My stay was a good one, and I would not hesitate to stay there again. However, a few minor changes and it becomes my first choice. Oh! Ants! All over the bathroom. Not good.

Lovely hotel in a great location for the old town and beach. Staff at reception were really nice and helpful and you felt welcomed. Room was clean and nice balcony overlooking the pool. TV had British channels, bed's were comfortable and the bathroom had a brilliant shower. Room had a safe which was free and a fridge. We had dinner and breakfast. The evening meal was quite basic and not as much choice as previous hotel's I have stayed in. Breakfast was nice and enough choice, hot and cold. I would use the hotel again but probably only go for the bed and breakfast and go out for dinner.

Fridge was not very cold and technician said they were all like that. Radiators don't come on until 1800, had to wear a jumper in room during day. No kettle, tea, coffee in room. Bus stops nearby but bus system is very confusing. Hot food in palace restaurant was lukewarm with no microwave available but there was plenty of choice. The rooms and the hotel was kept very clean. The reception staff were a bit surly but adequate. The indoor pool was spoilt by un -checked children and irresponsible parents. An adults only session would be advisable. Outdoor pools were not heated and therefore unused. The hotel bar and entertainment was totally Spanish but it was an easy walk to first class entertainment on the strip.

We had a lovely 4 night break, full board, our room was fine plenty of space & a comfy bed, we had a decent bathroom, tv needed reseting & was sorted very quickly, a good choice of food in the restaurant, with it being buffet some foods could have been warmer, but overall very good, decent bar & activities during the day & entertainment at night, nice pools, but to cold on our visit, we would reccomend this hotel as its a short walk to the beach & old town,

The only things that let it down was the hotel bar closing at 8pm, and they never, ever tell you which of the 2 hotels you're actually staying at. No problem the first time, but the second time one of our party had severe mobility issues, and the walk to the other site wasn't a great experience.

Trevligt hotell i bra läge. Rent och snyggt och väldigt bra klass på maten vilket var en positiv överraskning så helpension kan rekommenderas! Det enda negativa är att det är väldigt lyhört så man vaknade flera gånger då grannen bredvid stängde sin dörr. Men vi kommer gärna hit igen vid nästa Benidorm besök till hösten.
Trevligt hotell i bra läge. Rent och snyggt och väldigt bra klass på maten vilket var en positiv överraskning så helpension kan rekommenderas! Det enda negativa är att det är väldigt lyhört så man vaknade flera gånger då grannen bredvid stängde sin dörr. Men vi kommer gärna hit igen vid nästa Benidorm besök till hösten.

Always clean. Comfortable beds. Good breakfast selection. The only things that let it down was the hotel bar closing at 8pm, and they never, ever tell you which of the 2 hotels you're actually staying at. No problem the first time, but the second time one of our party had severe mobility issues, and the walk to the other site wasn't a great experience.

We paid over £200 per night for two nights for what was a very small and dated room - we left after one night and checked into a hotel a few km away which was £175 per night including breakfast and was fabulous. We were very disappointed with Poseidon Resort hotel - when we checked out early nobody even asked why!
