Stayed in penthouse in march was treated very well respectfully clean fast service free parking etc. stayed in normal room this time in may an was totally different experience

Lovely room, were not advised not all restaurants would be open and what was open is very confusing - not even all staff seemed to know, amenities closed at short notice without warning (gym/shop/reception), confusion over what had/had not been paid for on check out, no other options to get snacks when shop is closed, food quality was excellent, gym equipment needs updating but there is a good variety, beautiful buildings and location
