we booked 1 night as we staying over an hour away. we couldnt access drinks but wasnt made aware our stay didnt include them. sunbeds were horrendous we had no chance of getting one. our floor cut off all electricity at 5am in the morning if not earlier meaning no air con and no lights. having to check out at 12pm with no showers and sweaty! managers were not interested not even offering somewhere to shower. tried to get food at the snack bar and told we could use that only the restaurant, again we were never informed of what we could and couldnt access.

The staff were pleasant and polite. Thank you! We chose the hotel because of the waterslides. Never did I see information online stating that there’s an age limit of 12 years to use them. The other pool was so full we could hardly enter. I do understand why toys are not allowed, as there is no room. But how can you enjoy a pool when you can’t play? In one week I never found one single piece of Serrano ham, fuet, or tapa. What they had in abundance was all things fried. They even had a British flag on the buffet. I would have loved to find the section with a Spanish flag. Paella and fideua with hardly a marisco is not enough. In theory, the capacity was good. But, at meals a line was forming without any apparent reason. I chose to teach the kids the phrase pardon my Norwegian arm and to help themselves instead of waiting for I do not know what. We had a spacious room. With a good bed. But the sofa bed for the kids had a very thin mattress. As a result an adult couldn’t sleep there. On the surface it was clean, but one look underneath the bed… The staff had little more than 10 minutes to clean the entire room. Some days they didn’t clean at all. The last day they hardly knocked before entering the room at 9.30 and 9.40 in the morning. The Check out was at 12. Elevators: a disaster. All in all: the location was good, but as the pools were unusable for oss we regret not choosing a hotel closer to the beach which was perfect.

Room was lovely with two double beds, perfect for us, also the shower is one of the best I have ever had, was a large enclosure with plenty of hot water, we were all inclusive which was a waste of time for us as we still chose to eat out but the free coffee machine was delicious. Hotel location was perfect. The only downside was the lifts, they are slow, small and warm, we were in the 14th floor and lots of people using lifts to go up or down a couple of floors happens a lot, if two of the lifts were for floors say 8 to 14 only I think this would help a lot but I don't know but apart from that the whole stay was excellent. Highly recommend this hotel, especially for children, not that we had any but there is definitely plenty for children here.
