The hotel is well located - away from central Benidorm but an easy walk away. Parking is easy with plenty of spaces. Breakfast was good. The staff at reception were excellent and the cleaning lady was very pleasant. The gym is well equipped and maintained and the pool is a nice size for swimming. The only negative being:- the walls between the rooms are very thin and it is possible to hear people chatting. Unfortunately in my case I had neighbours who chatted until 04:30!

I've stayed here several times - it's convenient for me when transiting from Alicante airport. I always travel late in the day so this is the perfect stopover point. The hotel is fine, it's clean, the staff are friendly, it has a bar, the restaurant is self service and sometimes not everything is perfect. It's sometimes noisy outside but we are above a bus station so I accept that. I will stay here again, no question.

Was a last minute booking after my beachfront hotel (Marconi) cancelled me with no explanation. I had a hire car for golf so the parking was excellent & safe! Large double room & bathroom. Staff very friendly. Would def go back. 6euros taxi to beachfront or use the us the bus fom the station.

Very clean comfortable Breakfast is basic Not the quality food one may expect it was readable lots of choices For the rooom rate of only £33 it is well worth the money Pool is clean if a tittle cold in November. Sauna is good. A thermomiter and a timer really should be working No alarm system if solo use and you need help

Hele grote kamer met 2 x 2 persoonsbed. Ruime badkamer met regendouche. Allerbelangrijkste voor ons dat het heel schoon was. Enige nadeel: sfeerloos. Er hing 1 schilderij gedeeltelijk achter de tv. Even iemand laten stylen en dan top. Dit geldt voor het hele hotel. Ontbijt was uitgebreid en goed. Locatie aan de rsnd van Benidorm. Prijs/kwaliteit prima.

Principalmente no nos gustó porque la habitación era un desastre, pomo de la puerta del baño arrancado, sabanas con rotos por el desgaste de los lavados, la bañera picada por el óxido en la parte del sumidero. Todo esto son detalles que desagradan y te hacen pensar en la cantidad de gente que ha pasado por ahí antes, desde luego, eso es lo que menos debería preocuparte en un hotel. Por lo demás el trato del personal muy bien, del buffet decir que no era muy variado pero no estaba mal. Por cierto las bebidas se pagan por separado, para los que pidan media pensión, detalle a tener en cuenta.

Construction noise around the hotel and especially by the pool. Lots of people from the UK, loud and splashy thinking they had a private poolparty, drunk and with their own music. No balconys, so always wet towels... Nice staff, plus for free parking in garage. Ok breakfast, but not something ekstra.

The hotel's overall appearance and condition is good but there is no place to even have a coffee in the morning. You have to exit the building and walk around and down to the bus station's "bar". The shopping centre attached to the hotel is either being renovated or abandoned. After we moved the beds a bit, many small pieces of paper were noticed on the floor, the staff was asked to vacuum the room but they never did. I also found the beds to be overly firm.

Great service by friendly staff and very good VFM..... Our only gripe was the noise overnight from our room on the 2nd floor(both from inside[returning revellers/guests in the early hours of the morning c.2am] & outside early morning trolleys etc @ c.6-7am)

Hotel was clean, the bed was a little uncomfortable, very thin mattress. The breakfast was not good watered down juice, cold hot food. Staff very unfriendly like they were annoyed you were there, made us feel a little uncomfortable. But the hotel was cheap, so you get what you pay for.

Greit hotel og store rom, men uten balkong. Er veldig lytt, folk som går i gangene høres lett på rommet. Sparsommelig frukost, men til den e lave prisen er det Ok, for min del. Usentralt og min 20 minuter / 3km ned til stra dpromenaden, så det ein spare på hotellet forsvinner i taxi regninger. Eg hadde bil så for meg var det ok, hotellet tilbyr gratis parkering.

Honestly this hotel was fantastic. On my last day I thought I lost my passport the gentleman on reception eventually found it for me. I can’t remember his name but it was the 19 th feb late afternoon, he was wonderful. I would not hesitate to stay there again.

4 nachten verbleven, elke ochtend en 's avonds dezelfde maaltijden, weinig keuze, de namen van de voedingsmiddelen staan ook niet vermeld. Vis was niet goed doorbakken waardoor ik ziek geworden ben de laatste dag. 's Ochtends verwacht je wat groenten op je bord, ze bieden niks van groenten voor ontbijt. Voor plat en spuitwater moet je 's middags en 's avonds extra betalen, enkel in de ochtend is het gratis, schandalig gewoon! Merendeels van het personeel zeer chagrijnig en onvriendelijk, ik raad dit hotel absoluut niet aan.

More 3* than 4*. Food generally good, always something to choose although with a buffet food cools quickly. Due to clientele, shouting, slamming doors and swearing until 4am occurred on 3 / 4 nights. Staff were very good. No entertainment or information boards in hotel.

Chambre propre et confortable avec un grand parking gratuit en dessous de l’hotel et une petite piscine pour se rafraîchir A une vingtaine de minutes a pied pour rejoindre les belles plages de benidorm Personnel de la réception et du bar très sympathiques Buffets diner et petit-déjeuner corrects avec malheureusement beaucoup de produits industriels (desserts et boissons). Point négatif : le distributeur de boissons n’est pas disponible pendant le diner. Même l’eau est payante !! Bien desservi avec les transports en commun si on ne veut pas utiliser la voiture
