This home is about a 30-minute walk to the river. We had two cars so we could get to everything quickly by car. We first stayed at Embassy Suites Fallsview for a few nights and that was the thing to do. The incline railway is right there at the Embassy Suites. Then we moved to this home which is close to the downtown district. Very clean. Nice kitchen table and furnishings. If you have one or two cars this is the place for you! Owner is super responsive to your questions.

My friend and I traveled to Niagara Falls for a girls trip. We were looking for a place that was close enough to the Falls but also close proximity to other locations as well. This was the perfect place for our stay! It’s a 15-minute walk to the Niagara Falls attractions, a short drive to the other Niagara park attractions, and close to Niagara on the Lake. The house is equipped with all that essentials for a short stay. Off-street, designated parking was certainly great. Millicent was very responsive and helpful! We enjoyed our stay!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The house has all modern appliances. TV with numerous apps and Wi-Fi throughout home were awesome bonuses. Beds were very comfortable. We loved the king-sized bed on main level but if one-person is not able to crawl across bed, the lg TV hanging on wall (which we never used) will be negative to walking around bed. Loved having a grill on the wonderful deck and kitchen was the best stocked we've ever encountered. Owner gave immediate responses to any questions we had. Driveway parking plus also.

This house was perfect for our family- two adults and three teens. The teens had their own space upstairs with the two bedrooms and their own bathroom. The kitchen was a great space for hanging out and playing games. We enjoyed the deck and the grill. The location is close to the Falls. We felt it was a bit far to walk, but only a few minute drive. My only complaint- and it is pretty insignificant - is that I wish there were more washcloths and towels. I ended up having to wash them over and over, because with three teenagers they were being used constantly.

The place is well stocked and decorated. It has a dedicated driveway with parking out front which was nice. There isn't much in terms of TV service and the internet was on the slow side. There was a firestick on one of the TVs, but the other TV didn't have a firestick, but was a smart TV. We had to change the resolution on the TV to view Netflix due to the slow internet.

The property was very clean and updated. Check in was very easy. Property owner was very communicative and available for questions. House was perfect size for the five of us. It was a perfect house for us, family of 3 generations. Everyone had his/her own space to relax and rest. It was nice to use the bbq grill in the backyard and the laundry room. Upstairs was a little stuffy and hot despite the air condition. It got better in the evening. It was located close to Niagara Falls and various activities--all walking distance with protected crosswalks. We are glad to have found this home where it is quiet and calm vs. hotels nearby with loud noise and chaos.

It was perfect for our needs and was not too far from Clifton Falls. We did have some issues with cleaningness like the light fixture above the table. It was dusty and jad some cob webs The rile in the bathroom shower was grubby a. My friends found the beds upstairs had no sheets and was too soft for them. We enjoyed our stay here with our 3 adult children. Plenty of space and it was very clean. Quiet neighborhood. Host was easy to communicate with and checked in during our stay because of the front door possibly sticking. Perfect location within walking distance to many of the attractions.

Great house for our family. Owner very responsive. We had trouble with the TTLock app for front door but were able to use a key in a lock box at the back door. House has been updated and is very cute inside. It is only a few minutes from Clifton Hill. Neighborhood looks a little sketchy at first glance but we felt safe here. Would stay again!

House was clean and has been newly renovated. Four adults were very comfortable each with our own bed. Stairs are a little steep and might be difficult for people with mobility issues. Bathrooms are big and beautiful. So convenient and close to all the tourist sites. We would stay here again!

Very clean house and great host. As some have stated the walk is a little bit further than stated but still very convenient. I didn't read all the reviews so I didn't realize it really was a 2 bedroom as the 3rd bedroom is in an open area upstairs. There were a few maintenance items that needed attention (shower heads were loose, my husband was the only one who could find the right way to open front door, the faucet in main bathroom was loose, blinds in main bedroom are paper, upstairs bedroom locks on the outside) I have now read all the reviews and agree with all of them. The mattress in the main bedroom is not very comfortable as stated by previous reviewers. However, overall a great stay, very clean, great location and we would stay again.

What's not to like? The adorable cottage charm? Comfortable mattress, welcome bottles of water. Location was an absolute value for money gem, around a 1.3km walk to the Wego bus stop that takes you to all the tourist destinations. We had a wonderful time and a wonderful stay. The size and location of this home was absolutely perfect for my family of four. We were able to walk to all of the major attractions and while we weren't sightseeing we were able to stay in the house without being in each others way. The only word that can begin to describe this home, and Milicent, is "perfect."

Millicent was readily available for all of our questions. The house is exactly like the pictures and very clean. There are no dressers to put clothes but we managed with hanging most everything. The 10 minute walk to the falls was much longer than stated so we drove and paid for parking, but the falls are beautiful and a very close drive. Thank you Millicent for everything! We had a very enjoyable stay!

We enjoyed our stay at Millicent's home in Niagara. The home was well stocked with whatever we needed, and everything was quite comfortable. Millicent responded to our questions quickly and was very helpful! This was the perfect spot for our family vacation to Niagara Falls!! We wanted a space that was away from the crowds but also within walking distance to most attractions. We could easily walk to the falls and Clifton Hill throughout our trip without paying for parking. Millicent communicated often and responded quickly if we had any questions. Definitely recommend this place for a family vacation to Niagara Falls!!

as soon as we got there the property manager called to tell us the door is a little weird to open. she was so so helpful the entire stay. the house was very clean and so close to everything! overall it was a great place to stay and if i ever find myself in canada again (im from ohio) i wouldn’t mind going back to this house!

This property lacks a binder to instruct the renter on even basic use. There is Wifi but no cable tv and the tv just always says NO SERVICE. Apparently you need to have your own apps and passwords however that is very impractical for US and overseas guests. I really recommend at least basic cable channels.The key lock app to access the front door never did work for us even though I deleted the app twice I never could connect so had to use the back door which had a lockbox. The master bedroom needs a side table as there is nowhere to put even a water bottle. There is not even a dresser. The shower and bathrooms have no towel racks so that needs to be done.The kitchen is seriously lacking in basics. Not even a cookie sheet to cook pizza or ribs and no serving bowls or tongs to toss a salad.It would be good to have a dish cloth of some sort and some tea towels. Using paper towels is just so wasteful.Hiding the key to the laundry and making it into a hide and seek game is beyond my understanding.The house is nice and with a bit of attention to detail would elevate the experience immensely.

We enjoyed our stay here with our 3 adult children. Plenty of space and it was very clean. Quiet neighborhood. Host was easy to communicate with and checked in during our stay because of the front door possibly sticking. Perfect location within walking distance to many of the attractions.

This was the perfect amount of space for our family of five. The unit it self was clean and up to date. Perfect for us. The location was convenient to all the Niagara Falls attractions. The surrounding homes were a little run down. We had an issue with the automatic key pad not working upon check in and through out our entire stay but the owner responded promptly to get us a manual key. Overall, we would definitely stay here again and recommend this unit for anyone needing a little more space away from the hustle and bustle in a convenient location. Thank you so much!!!

Excellent location easy walkable to Falls for many and Clifton Hill, restaurants area. Most grocery stores are 8 minutes away. If you don't like paying for parking downtown and need transportation to venture out the WeGo system is helpful...

This home is about a 30-minute walk to the river. We had two cars so we could get to everything quickly by car. We first stayed at Embassy Suites Fallsview for a few nights and that was the thing to do. The incline railway is right there at the Embassy Suites. Then we moved to this home which is close to the downtown district. Very clean. Nice kitchen table and furnishings. If you have one or two cars this is the place for you! Owner is super responsive to your questions.

This was the perfect spot for our family vacation to Niagara Falls!! We wanted a space that was away from the crowds but also within walking distance to most attractions. We could easily walk to the falls and Clifton Hill throughout our trip without paying for parking. Millicent communicated often and responded quickly if we had any questions. Definitely recommend this place for a family vacation to Niagara Falls!!

What's not to like? The adorable cottage charm? Comfortable mattress, welcome bottles of water. Location was an absolute value for money gem, around a 1.3km walk to the Wego bus stop that takes you to all the tourist destinations. We had a wonderful time and a wonderful stay. Millicent was readily available for all of our questions. The house is exactly like the pictures and very clean. There are no dressers to put clothes but we managed with hanging most everything. The 10 minute walk to the falls was much longer than stated so we drove and paid for parking, but the falls are beautiful and a very close drive. Thank you Millicent for everything! We had a very enjoyable stay!

We enjoyed our stay at Millicent's home in Niagara. The home was well stocked with whatever we needed, and everything was quite comfortable. Millicent responded to our questions quickly and was very helpful! The location was convenient to the Falls, but not too close so as to be caught up in the traffic, business, etc. We enjoyed our stay!

My friend and I traveled to Niagara Falls for a girls trip. We were looking for a place that was close enough to the Falls but also close proximity to other locations as well. This was the perfect place for our stay! It’s a 15-minute walk to the Niagara Falls attractions, a short drive to the other Niagara park attractions, and close to Niagara on the Lake. The house is equipped with all that essentials for a short stay. Off-street, designated parking was certainly great. Millicent was very responsive and helpful! We enjoyed our stay!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The house has all modern appliances. TV with numerous apps and Wi-Fi throughout home were awesome bonuses. Beds were very comfortable. We loved the king-sized bed on main level but if one-person is not able to crawl across bed, the lg TV hanging on wall (which we never used) will be negative to walking around bed. Loved having a grill on the wonderful deck and kitchen was the best stocked we've ever encountered. Owner gave immediate responses to any questions we had. Driveway parking plus also.

This house was perfect for our family- two adults and three teens. The teens had their own space upstairs with the two bedrooms and their own bathroom. The kitchen was a great space for hanging out and playing games. We enjoyed the deck and the grill. The location is close to the Falls. We felt it was a bit far to walk, but only a few minute drive. My only complaint- and it is pretty insignificant - is that I wish there were more washcloths and towels. I ended up having to wash them over and over, because with three teenagers they were being used constantly.

This property lacks a binder to instruct the renter on even basic use. There is Wifi but no cable tv and the tv just always says NO SERVICE. Apparently you need to have your own apps and passwords however that is very impractical for US and overseas guests. I really recommend at least basic cable channels.The key lock app to access the front door never did work for us even though I deleted the app twice I never could connect so had to use the back door which had a lockbox. The master bedroom needs a side table as there is nowhere to put even a water bottle. There is not even a dresser. The shower and bathrooms have no towel racks so that needs to be done.The kitchen is seriously lacking in basics. The place is well stocked and decorated. It has a dedicated driveway with parking out front which was nice. There isn't much in terms of TV service and the internet was on the slow side. There was a firestick on one of the TVs, but the other TV didn't have a firestick, but was a smart TV. We had to change the resolution on the TV to view Netflix due to the slow internet.

Cette maison est vraiment parfaite pour nos besoins. 1 chambre fermée avec 2 lits doubles, une mezzanine avec lit double (tous deux à l'étage) ainsi qu'une chambre avec lit queen au rez-de-chaussé. Il y avait une bele cuisine avec un grand comptoir, ce qui était pratique pour éviter de manger trop au restaurant. Nous avons eu l'occasion de cuisiner plusieurs repas. Cette maison était située à quelques minutes à pieds de Clifton Hill (12 minutes environ), ce qui se fait vraiment très bien. Nous avons fait 2 allées par jour, sans problème. En voiture: Nous nous sommes rendus aux vignobles de Niagara on the Lake, qui sont vraiment tout près. Plus loin: Toronto, mais vraiment super pour une excursion d'une journée. Je recommande de vous procurer des passes d'activités afin de faire plusieurs activités à coût réduit: - Fun Pass avec la grande roue, mini putt dinosaure, Zombie Attack, etc (6 activités). Vraiment super, pour toute la famille. - Nous avons aussi pris une seconde passe avec 5 activités (Fun House, Maze of Laser, Maze of Mirror, Maison hantée, ....) TIPS: Prendre une passe par enfant mais une seule pour l'ensemble des adultes qui peuvent se partager la tâche d'accompagner, à tour de rôle. MUST: - Niagara Speedway (go kart). Si les enfants sont trop petits pour conduire, ils peuvent être assis côté passagé. À améliorer: Il pourrait y avoir quelques éléments de base supplémentaire dans la cuisine.
