We enjoyed our stay very much, an excellent hotel, great staff, very attentive, and very clean at home like we really enjoyed the gas fire pit at night. It was a nice way to unwind after the day.

The room was clean, but nothing special. The pillows were really worn out. The hotel was almost fully booked up (holiday weekend) but there was no noise from other rooms, we were impressed by that! The pool was cloudy, you couldnt see the bottom. You could feel the paint peeling off of the pool floor also. The outdoor seating aread was ok at best, the pictures made it seem much bigger and better than it was.

The pool was closed for a majority of my stay. Disappointed

Very friendly staff and clean property. The free breakfast was good. There are 2 free fast charging stations for EV cars, which worked out great for us.

For a Marriott, I expected a better experience. The carpet felt unclean on my feet. Despite being a non-smoking room, the room stunk of smoke. I understand that the smell is difficult to get rid of quickly with turnover but at least put the room as out of use in the system for a night and day so that it has a chance to air out properly. They left the window open but it was covered by the curtain which prevented it from airing out properly. It was so bad that my sleeping clothes still smelled of smoke the next day when I went home. It didn’t even smell like an air freshener was used to attempt to mask the smell. The rods meant to pull the curtains closed were broken and some of the clips meant to hand the curtain up were broken as well. I went to use the sink and small little bugs flew out of the drain hole EVERY TIME I turned on the sink. I went to use the bathroom and the ventilation fan wasn’t working and was very dusty. It was clear that the ventilation fan wasn’t working because water drips on the ceiling from previous guests using the shower were clearly visible and covering the entire bathroom ceiling. I would not find myself staying at this property again unless they make serious changes to their cleaning checklist and follow through with it appropriately.

rooms did not seem to have been cleaned very well or at all. once of our two rooms has mold in the shower and did not appear to have been cleaned recently.

Toilet was dirty when we arrived. Bathrooms by the swimming pool/lobby were horribly dirty and no toilet paper.

Check in and check out were hassle free. The room was IMMACULATE. Cleanest hotel I have ever stayed in. The staff were friendly and always available. The pool was clean and well tended to. The entire property was well cared for. Would absolutely stay here again!!!

Check in attendant just handed my key and pointed to the elevator . No mention of room number, I had to look at key to figure out what floor/room I was in. I also had to ask what time breakfast was. Customer service was truly lacking. Once in room, immediately noticed the shower had not been cleaned and there was a pile of wet wash clothes in the corner. Returned to front desk to request another room. Seriously made me question the cleanliness of the rooms when something so obvious was overlooked. As for breakfast. Decent selection, but asked for hot chocolate and was told they don’t have it on the weekends. The nice lady then offered to find some, only to return and say that the winter months they don’t get any. Note- it’s March and high for the day was only 40! I requested a credit for the room cleanliness, but was told because I booked with Expedia he couldn’t do anything.

The hotel was nice but our room was not cleaned when we arrived...there was hair in the shower and bathroom sink..saturday our bed was never made and we never had gotten new towels. House keeping never made it to our room i guess.....

Waited a little until someone came to front desk. Clean hotel. Only issue was the shower…not wiped down and hadn’t been for a while. Dirty spots on the floor and the little step had gunk in the corner.

The fold-out bed had a mattress protector that was just gross. We called the front desk to find out about sheets for the bed. We were told it was in a bag in the closet. It was a thick plastic bag that had a chemical smell, and the sheets were literally rolled up in a ball and shoved in there. Front desk to find out about sheets for the bed. This property was excellent. Our room was spacious, clean and comfortable. The continental breakfast was plentiful. We only wish we had stayed longer. We will absolutely stay here the next time our travels bring us to Erie.

Overall, this hotel is ok, but there are few things I didn't like: 1. The room is pretty small for 4 people. 2. The window didn't open even though it was supposed to. 3. The AC is located very close to one of the beds, so it was impossible to leave it on for the night. 4. Due to the problems with ventilation, it was stuffy and pretty warm to sleep. 5. Breakfast was not good. 6. Breakfast area doesn't have enough seating.

Everything was great EXCEPT all the room doors auto close feature was turned up way to high. Every door on my floor banged when you shut it. So it was hard to sleep in as people started waking up and leaving for the day. Our own door the first time nearly smashed our fingers as we left the room.

The rooms were clean and nice. Breakfast had great variety. The only negative was that we found the wi-fi very slow. If I had had an online work meeting, I don't think I could have done it. Had netflix option on tv but not fast enough to even use it.

The internet was terrible. They want me to pay about $5.00 a day to have a high-speed internet. I would've rated it excellent if this was good

Hotel was wonderful! Quiet area up on a hill with a grocery store and great restaurant options close by. Beds were very comfortable and loved that there was a separate living room section.

It was fairly clean and the staff were nice. The layout of the room was not great and hard to put luggage anywhere and still be able to walk around the beds. Older hotel with an outdated bathroom.

The room had 2 tvs but one didn’t work at all and the other was intermittent. We’ve stayed at this hotel every year but it seems that it’s not being taken care of and feels not like it used to. We will be staying at another hotel in the future.

Our shower wasn’t cleaned, had hair from the previous guest shaving on the wall and soap tray. Microwave wasn’t cleaned, still had remaining time on from previous people. The elevator broke out second night and the front desk (red headed) woman was a nasty ignorant you know what when we asked where the steps were, mind you I am a disabled person, and walking steps to the 3rd floor was not an easy task, especially with a 6 year old.

Access to the property from the interstate was very easy. Staff was outstanding at work with us to meet really any of our needs. The location of the property was also great for picking up anything we forgot. Dining options were plenty of phone easier to access as well. Room was super clean and well kept overall.

The hotel is away from tge interstate so it is nice and quiet. Thee are a numer of restaurants and shopping close by.

Room was comfortable towels were soft lots of hot water. But having several young girls soccer teams stay for the weekend plus holiday weekend plus families breakfast was a nightmare no place to sit lines very long to use toaster or waffle maker if the hotel knew that it was hosting that many young children they should’ve opened the meeting room for more seating and a place for them all to go away from the people that would’ve liked a quiet breakfast. Also, the breakfast attendant ran around like crazy finally had help, but the floors were trashed food sitting out on plates it just was not a pleasant environment.

The hotel was clean and perfect for our overnight stay with 2 teenage boys. We used the pull out coach for one and the other bed for the other. Room was very clean and updated. Complimentary breakfast was good, lots of selection, a little disaapointed with pre-made breakfast sandwiches wrapped in plastic being kept warm in a warmer. Other then that staff were helpful and friendly.
