Since this is a boutique hotel, they don’t really have any amenities. I found the lobby.coffee area always very crowded with nowhere to sit and relax. The a/c was broke in my room so they brought in a portable window unit which worked, but not ideal.

The bed and bathroom linens were clean and bed made up every day. The draperies and curtains were not clean , did not hang properly in the window. Very distracting and disappointing. The floors were not swept clean. Other than those awful old and soiled curtains and flopping draperies, I loved the hotel.

It was so unbearable that we left and found another hotel immediately and there was no refund. There is nothing besides a coffee cart to enjoy and the air conditioner didn't work and it was a hot day. When I asked for maintence nothing was done. Also when I spoke to the staff on the phone they hung up on me 3 times and also one time one of the staff members yelled at me before hanging up on me. This use to be a great establishment. It is a shame that this happened.

Staff was very helpful and welcoming! The room was fantastic and the bed was incredibly comfortable! We really enjoyed the coffee bar and outside patio. Coffee was excellent and the service was amazing! The hotel location is great. Close to the High Line, subway and walkable to Penn Station. Shower was slow to drain. Had to stop shower for drain to catch up. May just have been a venting issue.

The High line is always home because of the great staff I grew up in New York and when I’m there, I never wanna leave because I feel like I’m back in my home
