Beautiful property, be prepared to pay for parking or park across the street. They also charge for internet service. No continental breafast, but there is a restaurant on site. Its been a while since i travelled so this may be yhe norm.

I have stayed here 3 times before. Staff is great and welcoming. I want to thank Jessica from the front desk , your kindness went without question, thank you. Stayed 3 nights and they accommodated our every needs. Cleaning staff was awesome. Pool was great, they have a sauna& fitness room. We will definitely be coming back a 5th time.

This hotel needs a solution for event parking. There was a wedding one of the nights we were there and the wedding guests parked in the hotel lots instead of the event parking at the back of the hotel. We ended up parking there and walking to the front of the hotel. It is not well lit and incredibly inconvenient.

Hotel lobby is nice and welcoming but that's where the hospitality stops. When checking in, the front desk staff told me I should know my Marriot Bonvoy # so that I could make their job easier. Hotel room looked like it hadn't been deep cleaned in months. Lady bugs all over the inside of the walls and dead bugs in the bathroom. Housekeeping service was a joke. Had to call 3 times to get dirty room service dishes removed. The only service provided was clean towels. Countertops were not wiped down, floor was not vacuumed, and bed was not made. Tea and coffee not replenished, make up remover towelette not replenished after first day. Was in town for a conference and have recommended to conference organizers to book the annual event elsewhere. Hotel rates for conference were no better than what I could book online through a third party source.

I have visited this Westin property before, however, it was not as uncomfortable and slightly difficult as this one. Day/Night 1 there was hair and brown stains on the sheets. I was too exhausted from travel to request assistance, new bedding, or even a new room. Therefore, I cranked up the heat and slept on top of the bedding. The next day I requested room service to change the bedding only to return to the same issue of the hair and light brown stains on the bedding. To say the least my entire stay I slept on top of the bedding. The carpet in my room had stains. While in the room once, room service placed the comforter on the floor! Yikes. There were soooo many guests with about 2-3 guest service members I just decided to settle with the conditions. In addition, I could not enjoy the relaxation of being in my room because I was placed next to a room that was receiving repairs. Which means loud banging, drilling, slamming doors. This was everyday! I had no choice but rose early between 7:30am-8:30am, so no sleeping in or catching up on rest for me. That sucks. Then returning to the room during the afternoon was the same issue. Once I had the television volume on 100 that’s how long it was. I would call guest services from my room and it would ring continuously or no ring at all. The on property smoking is an issue as well. I think the property should consider creating a designated area for smokers. A week’s stay, I would loved a more enhanced experience.

I was there for a business conference. The room was clean, check-in went smoothly. My complaint is the lack of heating. On the first night I called then went to the front desk twice. Each time I was told someone would be there in about 10 minutes after 30-45 I checked back. Each time the excuse was different with the same outcome. The next day I told the front desk, and the heat was on over 80 when I got back to the room. I turned it down and it did not come back on. The next day I reported it again. It was a hot day outside I left the shades open and did not attempt to cool down the room. I bought a room heater from Walmart. The conference rooms were frequently so cold people were wearing their winter and fall jackets during the lectures. conference.

Hotel and grounds were very nice. Several places to eat or shop close by, walkable if needed. Room was a little small and the bathroom didn’t have much counter space or storage. I also wished there was a microwave in the rooms. Bed was comfortable, but pillows weren’t great. I’m pretty particular about my pillows though. Overall we had a great stay and the location was perfect for accessing Boulder and Denver.

Our stay here was very very nice! The bed was incredibly comfortable, the room was spacious, parking was easy at all times of the day, the building itself was clean and beautiful. The only low point of the stay was our initial check in. We stood waiting, holding our bags, for about half an hour while the front desk attendants were taking phone calls. While I understand that phones must be answered, when there is a line of 10+ people all waiting right in front of you, please help the people. We would love to stay here again and will highly consider staying at other locations of this hotel chain!

1/29/2025 8:00am The hotel is really nice, love the pool, the views of the mountains are beautiful from the rooms. The bad is that the 2 times I have been here i reserve a travel package(flight, hotel,auto rental) through a 3rd party (Expedia). Not sure how the system here at the The Westin Hotel is set up, or if its done by management as a form of insurance to cover themselves, but i walk in on arrival day, check in, everything goes great!! Next morning when I wake up, there is always a withdrawal for the full amount stay on my card!!! Even tho the trip, hotel has already been paid! So instead of me enjoying my coffee , enjoying the mountain view with my family, i have to be downstairs going back and forth with the people at the front desk. No apologie. Just a my Mgr went ahead and reverse it, we had to go into another system to see the the Expedia transaction. The first time they did this move to us they took all of our little extra spending money while on a 3day vacation. We had to change our diner plans, and destinations due to lack of funds. I asked if they would be willing to cover diner at their restaurant because of the inconvenience and trouble and I was offered 2 drink voucher. Please be careful when staying here at the westin hotel when on a budget and when booking through a 3rd party. To The Westin Hotel, please,please, please train your management and front desk associates on 3rd party booking, it becomes a huge inconvenience.

The beds and pillows are comfortable, the staff (for the most part) is friendly, the restaurant onsite offers some great cuisine, and the hotel is clean and well-kept.

We really enjoyed being at the Westin Westminster. The Kachina restaurant is an excellent choice with top notch service. The room service menu online wasn’t working but it was easy to run down the host desk and pick up our food. The front desk staff were wonderful and very very helpful, accommodating our need for an accessible room for my mother. They were always offering to help or asking if we needed anything. We will definitely stay here again.

Wonderful, beautiful hotel. Clean, comfortable, and safe. The restaurant food was also exceptionally wonderful. Kind, polite hosts, and servers. The hotel staff on the other hand I didn’t have the best experience with. I was greeted by a lady at the front desk, not sure if her name, but she approached me extremely disrespectful, the man she helped prior to me I overhead and she gave exceptional service to him. The service i received felt as if I was approached by Bigotry, prejudice and, discrimination. There was another front desk, staff (extremely helpful, kind and genuine) that was trying to figure out where to find my membership, and the lady was actually being extremely unkind to him as well, as if she was self-righteous and superior over anyone else.The sense of desire and power she was acting upon disgusted me. Out of all the hotels I have had the privilege of Staying in and out of all the exceptional service I received from other locations from staff. This has by far been my worst staff experience I’ve encountered…

The overall stay was enjoyable. Staff, hotel restaurant staff was amazing. House keeping was a different experience. Knocking on the door starting at 7:45am, again at 8:22am opening the door to peak in to see if we were in the room. Again at 9:30am letting themselves in to ask if we were checking out. Very uncomfortable and awkward situation knowing that the hotel check out time was 12pm noon. Made a complaint and spoke with front desk and the manager, Kody Kunkle. We were not the only guest this happen to, finding out this happened to another guest that was at the front desk to check out. I was in room 717 5.15-5.16.2025 and the other guest was in the 8th floor. This is an issue that needs to be addressed with house keeping.

The grounds of the Westin are beautiful. And our view was stunning. Our house phone did not have a battery, so we were unable to complain about the unsupervised teenagers nextdoor who woke us up at 7 am on Sunday morning. We had a great experience at the restaurant for dinner and breakfast.

Absolutely AMAZING hotel! Gorgeous and set on a stunning lake and nature. I just absolutely love this hotel and will definitely be back every year! The restaurant in the hotel was fabulous!
