Hotel well situated for a stop-over around Rotterdam (right next to the motorway exit) Large parking FOC in front, and underground; Byclicle parking underground. Rooms renovated, modernized, and well furnished, A/C works well. However, corridors are still in old state.

Made a genuine mistake on booking as booked twin room and used my Expedia credit. Expedia really helpful and thought it would not be a problem to change so booked second room correctly to show goodwill within 2 hours. Expedia, a colleague staying there before and me calling hotel direct could not persuade hotel to cancel second room. So ended up with 2 rooms. Would never stay there again or recommend.

I stayed for 4 nights, my room was not made up or cleaned for the duration of my stay. The room was comfortable and the shower was good. The restaurant food was good and offered a wide selection of meals.

We stayed here as my wife was having a medical procedure at a nearby clinic. The first room we were given stank of smoke and we were changed to a different room the following day. This room was fine. I had requested an extra hour (1300) for late checkout which the staff at the desk told me would be no problem. At 1155 I had a knock on my door and a staff member rudely told me that we needed to leave and didn't believe me when I mentioned our late checkout. I brought this up with the staff at reception and was told that there were lots of staff on and she didn't know about any late checkout. This marred an otherwise good stay and I would definitely be less likely to recommend this hotel to anyone and I will be warning people about requesting late checkout.
