Spectacular oceanfront with beach a view on 4th floor with oceanside heated pool

We have owned and rented this property for 20 years and have been coming to Seagulls Condominiums for over 40 years. The condo bathrooms and bedrooms have just been updated and the entire building has just finished a major upgrading and painting. Heated swimming pool with ocean view, new workout room, tiki huts on the beach with grills. kayaking rental nearby that will drop off at Seagulls. There is exclusive, shaded parking for 2 cars under the building (#11) HOA Prearrival form needs to be filled out prior to coming so you will have working key fobs and wrist id's. Grocery stores, liquor store, shops restaurants, diving, fishing charter are all close. We can also set you up with a boat rental, kayak rental, or snorkel rental. There is a one week minimum and a Saturday to Saturday requirement during Prime season which is January through March. Rates shown are for two people. Fees: Cleaning: $180 Tax Rate: 12.5% local, county, and state taxes at 12.5% RENTALS ARE CHECK IN OR CHECK OUT ON SATURDAYS ONLY ESPECIALLY DURING PRIME SEASON. Minimum 7 day rental by license RATES QUOTED ARE FOR 2 PEOPLE. Extra people are charged $30 per person per night.
